After speaking with one of the owners on the phone, I flew from Philadelphia to Raleigh to look at a car that Swift Motors was selling. The car was in great condition, and I got it for a very fair price and drove it back to Philadelphia that same day. It was a real pleasure to do business with such honest, nice people. I highly recommend this place.

I drove 3 hours away to look at a Toyota Sequoia, and it was well worth it. It was quick and easy to agree on a fair deal for the purchase and our trade. I experienced none of the nonsense I have grown accustomed to dealing with at car dealers. Definitely recommend!

As someone with over 8 years of retail experience I would not hesitate on recommending this store. No gimmicks or games, VERY clean inventory and attentive customer service.I found the SUV I wanted and Naji answered every question I had, pulled all documents available in the vehicle without me having to ask. I purchased the Escalade from these guys and I was amazed by the experience. The customer service was excellent, I had my family with me and they offered refreshments, food, and were big with keeping the organization clean and sanitized during the pandemic. The children even had a great time. The vehicle process was fast and they met and exceeded all my expectations. Oh and forget to mention they worked with me on the price to help me achieve my dream vehicle!!!

I had an A+ experience with Swift Motors. At a used car dealer the top expectation a buyer has is honesty and I always felt like the team at Swift Motors was being honest with me. The vehicles they had were in great condition and I was able to get into my ideal vehicle at a fair price.

Buyer beware! If I could give zero stars I would and when the going got tough the dealer was not helpful. We had a dead battery and check engine light at delivery. The dealer offered to “take care of the battery”, but never followed through with a solution. I paid for a pre purchase inspection and there was no check engine light or dead battery at the time of inspection. I hired a transporter to deliver the car to me in NY. He told me he had to jump the car to load it in the truck and then jumped it again at the drop off location. That was just the beginning, in the 90 days Ive owned the car I replaced numerous parts and the dealer stands by their sold as-is statement. You know the reputation of a company based on how they act in difficult situations. A great dealer will support their customers and to make things right. I would never refer anyone to this business because of the poor attitude from this dealership. Once they take your money expect zero post-sales support. Youre on your own, which is why I hired an excellent local attorney Maitland and English and subsequently sold the car to someone else who didn’t mind all of the issues. The dealer offered to buy back the vehicle but said I would have to deliver the car to them on my dime. After shipping costs, it was cheaper to get rid of the car, and it was a very happy day. In the end I bought another car from a reputable dealer group and will avoid a used car lot like Swift Motors. When I sold the car, I listed all of the issues and I was open and honest. Guess what the buyer didnt call me with complaints. And so you guys know Swift Motors sold the car for $7399+299 dealer fee. It was way overpriced for the junk bucket with a bad battery, camshaft position sensor, leaking oil pan gasket, poor alignment, worn out tires, failing ball joint, no factory radio, etc. I learned a valuable lesson. Drive the car yourself, dont buy sight unseen, ask for service records, dont rely on pre purchase inspections and most of all get a warranty. Dealers like Swift Motors will take advantage of trusting people. Trust me the best thing you can do is stay away from this dealership.

This is quite possibly one of the worst car dealerships I’ve ever witnessed. Watch out for these crooks. They used spray paint on the seats on a car I bought and over sprayed the entire car. Very dishonest and misleading.

Terrible dealership, they will sell you a vehicle with multiple problems and not tell you. They might help you a little but will ignore you once they feel they’ve helped the little that they do. Bought a vehicle and the next day the engine blew up, they paid for the engine and made me pay for the labor which cost $2000+. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.Update for the response of the “owner”,I was not “allowed” to take the vehicle to the mechanic of my choosing, I had to because you said you’re mechanic wouldn’t look at it. And I did not take it for a lengthy test drive, I drove it for 3 minutes before I felt unsafe driving due to terrible steering components on the vehicle. I took it to Firestone, due to the close distance. They made mistakes but were not solely at fault. You’re vehicle had 8+ quarts of oil in it after the Jeep exploded, which means even more before the engine exploded. Both of y’all should’ve caught it but you didn’t. And you didn’t pay for the engine for “good faith”, you did it so I wouldn’t tell people that the vehicle I bought from y’all exploded the very next day. But you’ve chosen not to reply to my questions as to why the horn doesn’t work or the emergency parking brake which led to me losing my faith in y’all as a dealership. It is a used vehicle, but the doesnt mean you can sell a lemon. As I said before, if you’re a possible customer, save your time and money and go to a reputable dealership that knows what they’re doing and will not screw you over. I rarely do reviews because of my busy military schedule but when I do, it’s to warn people like me so they don’t get screwed either. Your response to this situation as a business shows you don’t care about the customer, you’d rather paint yourself as the poor victim that got treated badly, but that’s not the case. I was respectful with you until I realized you sold me a lemon.

I called Swift Motors after finding the Toyota Avalon on Cargurs and drove four hours to the dealership to see the car. Upon arrival I met Naji, right away he gave me keys for the test drive. Im a picky, but experienced buyer and it was just as advertised with the condition, rare color combo and low mileage. After the test drive, I pointed out issues with the car I found, we quickly worked out a deal and he agreed to make the repairs. Two weeks later we drove back to the dealership, the car was repaired just as agreed upon, we closed the deal, took delivery and headed back home. The process was quick and easy, only about an hour and a half in total at the dealership. I had a great experience buying from them, I would recommend them and buy from them again.

I purchased a truck from Swift motors about a month ago, I drove from Concord North Carolina to Raleigh North Carolina which is just shy of three hours away. When I arrived I had a great experience and we’re looking at a vehicle I had a few concerns but they were addressed. The main concern I had was that there appeared to be Some water damage to the roof in the cab I was assured they were no leaks so I purchased a vehicle and drove home. The next day I take the truck to get a car wash and it’s like a waterfall in the truck the back window is leaking water everywhere I reached out to Swift motors sent him a photo of the water leak and they paid for the window to be replaced. I would recommend swift motors to anybody Looking for a Reputable place to purchase a vehicle. I was very happy with my experience and my new truck

Drove 3 hours to look at a 2010 Toyota tundra back in July of 2019. Truck looked great just looking from the outside. Had slight shake when driven but nothing an alignment couldnt fix. Now just over a year later I had to replace the 4wd module and other part on the front diff costing me $800. What I couldnt see from the outside was all the broken tabs under the hood, the ones that hold the under headlight fillers in were broken, one for the grill was broken, the whole underside of the front bumper has major mount points that were broken (being held on by zip ties now), i had to take thw front spash guards off because those tabs too were broken, one fog light is holding water and just recently i found out the truck has two DIFFERENT leaf springs in the rear....all things you wouldnt see when just looking at the truck at first glance. I would not recommend buying from here and I will not ever again.

Poor quality of vehicle purchased. After owning the car for several months I noticed some smoke coming from the hood. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who told me someone had jerry rigged a catch can to catch oil being blown from the motor. Will not purchase another vehicle through them and I would advise anyone else not to.

Unprecedented car buying that by far the best experience I have ever had during such a transaction. I have never had a better, more through, or more helpful salesman in all my years of car buying. I always dread going to buy a new car. The moment I contacted my bank they sent out the crusaders to bombard me with offers I could have never afforded and offered me cars that didnt want but fit my budget. There was a point that I wanted to give up because although I needed a car, and I seriously mean needed, I dreaded going to the dealership. The long waits, the back and forth, the fake us against the manager makes my skin itch at the thought. I found Swift Motors by accident. I am always weary of small auto sales because of the horror stories of driving off the lot and the transmission explodes and guess what you dont have a warranty. Yet, I made the trip and my goodness it was worth it. I found the car exceeded my expectations. It was exactly what I wanted, and needed, in a price range that was fair. The salesman helped me every step of the way, took my trade, offered me guidance with the financing, and NC DMV. The lot was extensive, the vehicles were well maintained, and the people were above and beyond. It is very rare that you go to buy a car and actually have contact with a real person who understands that you are not just another paycheck. I have referred people here already and if I ever need another vehicle I know exactly where I am headed. Over all, excellent service and prices. Today I found out they left spare tire flat, and I had to tow my car just because they provided flat spare tire, The spare tire is one of the parts that you can not check or easy to forget to do and so they take that opportunity and give you the bad one.

Where can I start...Everything from my initial contact with Swift Motors to the final deal was a breeze. I contacted them via Facebook messenger on Thursday to check on a Kia Optima they had listed. I was told it was available and Saturday we went to check it out. The vehicle and staff were great. Ishmael (our sales guy) got us in and out in 30 minutes from test drive to closing the deal. Their inventory is very diverse. I know you can find a nice vehicle for your family. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their cars. I purchased my SUV from Swift Motors. I worked with both Naji and Ishmael. Ishmael first showed me the vehicle and came to a agreement on a price and Naji completed the purchase paperwork. The process was quick and easy. However, there were two issues. First, the vehicle should have been detailed prior to driving it off the lot. Leaf debris, sticky spots on the shifter, doors, dirty and oily spots around windows, gas cap area. I spent 2 hours detailing the vehicle myself. Secondly, Ishmael used a razor blade on the paint and scratched the paint off down to the metal when removing a clear door edge guard. This door’s edge guard had trapped water and dirt underneath and appeared rusted but not. I asked if it could be removed and was told that their detailer was out and they did not know when he would return. I said I would come back any time in the future even if it was weeks into the future. Ishmael said he could not do this task because it required a heat gun and he had never taken guards off before. The day I purchased the SUV I was told Ishmael was taking off the edge guard while I completed the paperwork. It was clear a razor blade was used from the gashes and lines showing. I had my windows tinted one week later and that business took the edge guards off two other doors that were also dirty using a heat gun and left no scratch marks. I called Naji asking for something to be done about this, paint repair, new colored edge guards could be installed to cover the scratches, and he said they “could not do anything for me”. Unacceptable and very disappointing as I was willing to come back in the future and instead they decided to do it themselves knowing they did not have the tools or expertise to do so. Now I have a scratched door I must fix. I will not be a return customer. Beware, do not ask for any special request. Just wait and get it done right.

They practice with totally transparency and only have vehicles that have been through a rigorous inspection and buying process. You can tell that they really take the time to search and find vehicles that are in outstanding condition to ensure their customers are getting a great value. During the buying process they addressed all my concerns and they also offer a 3 month/4500 mile warranty with all their vehicles. The price and the vehicle condition were the best Ive seen during my search. I would definitely recommend them and will use them in the future. Talked to 2 salesman there about an Acura mdx. Was told it had no prior accident damage and there were a few light scratches. I sent my family 2 hours one way to look at it. My daughter sent me pictures of multiple damaged spots down the entire right side where it had obviously sideswiped a garage or something similar. At least one spot was down to bare metal and rusting. Needs a significant amount of paint work. A waste of half a day. No apologies or willing to negotiate in order to be able to get the body repaired.

You are able to examine any vehicle in the comfort of your own home without wasting your money or your time. Of course, there is no substitute for the test drive, but you can expand or narrow down your choices until you are sure youre ready to get serious about the vehicle buying process. Thats what I did. I decided on my choice, thanks to the Internet, and drove for two solid hours to Swift Motors. I had texted the dealership the night before and within a few minutes, I received a response from the staff at Swift Motors, confirming that the vehicle I was interested in was still available and that they were looking forward to seeing me within the next few days. When I arrived, I was treated with the utmost respect by all the guys there. I test drove a sharp, clean Volvo XC90 T6, which drove out just perfectly. But, quite honestly, I was as much sold on the dealership as I was the Volvo. Ive owned Volvos before, so Im no stranger to them; however, I was a stranger to the Swift Motors dealership, but you wouldnt know it. They were professional, but friendly. They were completely honest and upfront about everything during our negotiations. The bottom line is I bought the Volvo... cash money and left feeling like a good friend.I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They have great inventory, great attitudes, and great people skills. Thats very rare in automobile dealerships! If youre in the market for a vehicle, you should go meet these guys for yourself. They make car buying real easy.

So I bought a 2007 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel in April 2017.The good: The salesman Naji was great. Very personable and friendly. He stated the truck was bought at an auction in Texas by a buyer he trusted, for the business. The price was really reasonable, but the truck also had some minor issues that I saw and knew of, which most of these issues I had fixed the day I brought the truck home. The paperwork and whole sales process was seamless.The bad: I knew the truck was a Texas truck and could tell it had been used as a truck. I crawled all under the truck and felt I did my due diligence in checking it out. There were no leaks and the underside was clean. Now I think it was too clean. I have only put a couple of hundred miles on the truck since I bought it and it looks like every seal and gasket that could leak is leaking or seeping. No, its not leaving puddles or dripping, but it is no where as clean as when I drove it home. So, at this moment I dont know what to think. Was I hoodwinked? Was this a intentional coverup? I cant honestly answer these questions. But I want it out there so if you purchase a vehicle from Swift Motors you do your homework or carry a mechanic or dont make a rushed purchase, take a moment. I have given them three stars. I would give Naji and the sale five stars. The verdict is still out on the truck. Ill update in a couple of months. It is a diesel, they do sometimes mark their territory, but it was not what I expected.

I bought a truck here in July this year, and Id say my experience was okay, but not good.Took a few trucks for a test drive, decided on the one I wanted, and the buying process was pretty quick and painless. When I bought the truck, there was *seemingly* nothing major wrong with it. After about two weeks, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree and it developed a horrible vibration/noise when driving. ABS light, TPMS light, Stabilitrak, trailer brakes and check engine lights all came on. Turns out, there are issues with the turbo, front hubs and ABS sensors, one tire has a broken belt, one of the headlights randomly goes out and comes back, and the spare tire removal tools are missing. I still havent figured out the trailer brake or Stabilitrak issues...I understand that most, if not all used vehicles will have problems, especially older ones. Im okay with having to fix some things, being that Im pretty mechanically inclined, but Ive already spent hundreds of dollars on this thing and there is still a long list of things that need to be fixed. By the time everything is done, Ill have spent thousands in parts alone.Like I said, the truck had a couple little things wrong with it when I picked it up, and I was told that it was good to go, but none of these things could have been foreseeable and Im just upset that everything seemed to go wrong with it right after bringing it home.I wont be around the area long enough to buy another vehicle, but if I were, Id definitely look elsewhere.

These guys have it right for selling used vehicles in todays internet market where we all know whether a vehicle is priced good or not with a simple Google search. Dont deal with new car dealerships that price over KBB and then force you to try negotiate. Swift prices below KBB and no smoke and mirrors haggling required. Nice inventory and staff. Bought a Rubicon from them for less than the same year model comparable mileage Sports are listed for at the big new car dealerships. Naji is both attentive and easy to deal with. Ill be back with future purchases.

This place is a JOKE, JUST TERRIBLE, Cant test drive a car because the TIRE IS EVEN FLAT OR NEEDS A BATTERY .

Unfortunately it was closed but I could see what interests me the vehicle
