I’ve been to a lot of by here and pay here Dealerships but one thing I can say for sure all star auto was the best dealership I could ever get a car at. Crystal, Billy, and Joann have been nothing but a great help. They assured me and make sure they help me as far as in picking out a car. I have a 1999 Toyota Camry CE and this was the most reliable car I drove since I Bought it. Car payments were very easy to handle and they will work with you as long as you keep them updated on your payments. If anyone is looking to buy a car I encourage everyone to check them out.

The car you saw in their inventory that you find interesting is most likely a salvaged vehicle.They won’t tell you upfront that the car is salvaged. If you still want to give them a shot, then try to get the VIN Number of the car you’re interested in, and check the car’s history on vehiclehistory.com

For me personally Im not doing business with anyone who cant provide mw with car history and I have to pay to get a carfax report that should be provide. That is not good business and nobody is going to want to buy. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are probably selling jacked up cars.

This is the first car I ever brought and I was actually referred from another car dealership and to them and Joan was absolutely amazing. She already had a car for me in mind and it fits me perfectly! All the staff are very kind. I would suggest them to anyone who is looking for a decent car for any budget!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! This honestly has to be the worst place anyone could EVER do business at. Please be aware of what you may be getting yourself into. The 2nd day of having my 2007 Jeep liberty, it broke down because of engine problems. I took it to a mechanic, come to find out the engine was dying (as well as several other problems I was not informed of prior to purchasing the Jeep) Even though they have a policy of having to fix your car they will go against their own policy and hand it off as your problem. I told them I cannot make any future payments if the car does not fixed. The next day while I was doing my grocery shopping my car was towed with all of my belongings in it and to this day they have YET to give me my things out of the car. Youre pretty much paying for a piece of junk, they literally get these cars from junk yards and fix it up the best they can. After buying a car from the owner Billy, I saw how disrespectful and inconsiderate he can be. PLEASE, SAVE YOUR MONEY.. For crying out loud. God Bless

All the staff here were very welcoming and accommodating. Joan was awesome! She let me come by when they were closing and let me take my time to look at their inventory. I test drove the car I was interested in and they worked with me as far as the money down needed. The approval process was super fast and I was more than satisfied with everything. I drove a rental car to their location and Joan followed me to the car rental place so that i could drop of the rental and she drove me back to the dealership so that I could drive my new car home! NOW THATS OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Joan goes above and beyond to help you get a vehicle. Definitely recommend this place especially if your credit is not all that great.

Never had a better experience. They are kind and friendly. They helped me out when I was in a bind with letting me pay the tax and tag a couple weeks later. There a great company. Weve bought 4 cars from them. Our recent one is Sandy our suburban, we had a air conditioning problem. I was told to bring it back...It was fixed that day for FREE! The owner, Joan and the rest of the crew are awesome people!

DO NOT BUY a car from this company. The cars are trash. Bought a 2005 Ford Escape. After having the vehicle for 90 days, the compressor stopped working, transmission started slipping, and front C/V axles broke. This doesnt even include the list of minor issues such as the bolts on the back window was so rusted it broke so you cant open the trunk without the window falling out. I will be here all day listing all of the issues. Dont buy a car here.

They dont try to sell you a warranty and will even help you after the car is paid off if you need work done at a way less price than most shops. I went to All-Star as a last resort, and what do you know, I drove away with a car. They will work with you to get you in a car. Whenever something needs to be repaired on the car, I just take it back to them and they fix it, NO PROBLEM!!! If you need a car, go to All-Star! AND NO, THEY DID NOT PAY ME TO SAY THAT!

Omg the worst place to get a vehicle. Will come repo your car and act like they had to pay someone and charge you different prices to get your car back. Joan is super nice. Billy was nice at first until I got behind on my car payments.... Ana is nice... The other dude is rude, cussed out my insurance company cause they didnt want to deal with them, tried to repo my car and I still had coverage... I can go on and on, overpriced cars and half of them have salvage rebuilt titles and they demand you to have full coverage with deductibles so low your insurance rate will be high as a young inexperienced driver....Thank god it ended up getting totaled and being paid off..... Never again.... Now I have a 2018 Jeep from the dealership....

No honor code. My help mate purchased a car yesterday, even after they assured us that they fixed the problem that the car was having when it was rest driven. They did not want to provided any written documents of the maintenance work they put into the car before we purchased it. They gave us their word that they inspected the car thoroughly and what we experience during the test drive was a minor fix. We took the car to a dealership mechanic and they informed us that there was obvious incompleted work done and he was able to show us. Before buying the car, we explained our situation to them, that we lived at least 1hr away, work long hours and that we lost our car in the storm we had recently.

Please whatever you do! dont buy a car from this place they came an Repod my car and because i drove 20,000 miles with no oil and made a call on the 1st on the month to let them know i would be late on my payment of $275.00 this month, so here it is may 10th and they picked my car up. i went to find out why they took my car and if it was something i can do about getting my car back. the owner billy kicked me out as soon as I got inside. My husband has a speech disability billy only wanted to talk to him because he knew he would be able to take advantage of him. Billy lied and told us that my husband was 7 payments late which is a lie. So now hes probably switched the dates on receipts to say he was late (you never know) We called the police and they came before they arrived, Billy made threats and made up more lies a deer hit us a few months back we got an insurance check for $1,300 he told us to have the insurance company make the check out to him and he will fix the repairs and plus put at least $400 towards our car payment. that didnt happen, so now my question to billy if we were so much behind in payments why am I just having this issue, hes a liar and the customer service sucks.. what ever you do dont buy from here. this guy thinks hes Dog the bounty hunter. he shows no remorse and only cares about him self. the cars are the best even tho its ac heap place to go always remember you get what you pay for so think 10xs before paying a car! they need to be shut down.

One star isnt a good review for this horrible company My husband Christopher Will. purchased a car from this hell hole, these people are beyond rude and dont give a f***k about their customers. we never missed a payment always paid on time . we called on the 1st of this month (may 2018) because we are on a fixed income to let them know we were gonna pay at the end of the month. they threatened us and told us they will come repo the vehicle after Thursday. here it is Wednesday and this no good ass company came to my daughters house and took my car they didnt have a tow truck they had a spare key, had someone drop them off in a gray car while some guy cranked up my vehicle a drove off at full speed with the gray car right behind them . My van wasnt worth all the money I paid. I was very respectful to these low life ass holes and this is how they treat customers. all the cars they sell and they cant afford a tow truck? they are a meaningless business. I wont rest until I have them shut down! I maybe on disability but they dont know my background and who I know.

I am buying a 2010 Kia Forte Ex from them. I explained to Joan my situation and why I needed a car and that I had $1000.00 as a downpayment. She showed me 2 cars she said fit that downpayment. The Kia and Pontiac G6. The G6 need tires all around and when I opened the door to crank it up it smelled like WEED. So I decided on the Kia. But.... the failed to tell me the total downpayment would be 1500.00 which the 500.00 was their D.O.C. fee which i was never told beforehand wasnt included in the 1000.00 down i paid. I was mad later about that. Im not happy they make u choose the lowest deductible possible or else ur car can get repod. That causes peoples insurance rates to be high as hell. Then I ended up with the check engine light on. They told me when I got the car that if I have any problems with the car to bring it to them first to fix it but I tried that but they acted like they did not want to do anything to fix my car and that is why i still havent gotten the problem fixed. I highly recommend people go elsewhere, if possible, to buy a car and make sure they have a warranty. All All-star auto sales wants is their money or they make threats to repo peoples car due to the gps they install on their cars. They should lose their business license. I will continue to make my payments on time til car is paid for but will not be doing business with them again. They have such tight restrictions and fail to disclose all important information upfront so a potential customer can make a good decision as to whether or not it is really worth the headaches of buying a car from them. I do know not every customer they ever had or have has experienced difficulties as described above or worse but this is to help others with making a wise decision and investment. Ask yourself this important question....is it truly worth the headaches of buying a vehicle from them with such restrictions. I just finished paying off the car on July 16th 2019. Billy the owner took car to the back to remove the GPS and when left the place my mirrors navigation system started messing up and now doesnt work plus it looks like they rigged up some electrical wires to my starter where the GPS device may of been hooked up. Odd that the navigation in the mirror worked til Billy removed their gps device. Things are only get worse for the place if they do not properly fix what he done. Stay away from this place at all cost. If he does not fix this problem asap he will took to court for tampering with motor vehicle. I will be taking All Star Auto Sales to court for tampering and damaging electrical wiring to my starter when Billy removed their GPS device from my car. Now my directional indicator in my mirror doesnt work. See ya in Civil Court.

Recently, due to a job and income loss I found myself in a situation to need a vehicle with bad credit. I visited one of the larger places that advertise no credit no problem,but they still verify income and other things. I talked to a friend who had bought her car from Joan at All Star Auto Sales of Raleigh and had nothing but good things to say about them. I called and said who I was referred by and Joan said please come on in and you can drive your car home today,I went in to the lot and left with a great used vehicle and it is only financed for 1 year. I will be sending anyone in need of a car to see Joan and All Star Auto Sales.

They suck there not honest people they sold me a car that had a bad transmission ive told them several times about the car i purchased that it has problems and they never did anything i lost $3000 because the car broke down 4months after. The lady told me when i first purchase the car that it has a brand new transmission. and i talk to the owner and he tells me it wasnt a brand new transmission they got it from a salvage yard. Do not i repeat do not buy a car from this place.
