I just recently bought a car. This was m first time purchasing a vehicle and the whole staff made everything easy and very understandable for someone who has never done this before. Brandon was my sale person. He was super personable and easy to get along with. He answered all of my questions and was super patient. Jordan was also helping me and he was great as well. There were some problems securing the car but they made sure I was aware of everything going on every step of the way which was reassuring. Tony is my financial manager and is great as well. He was very funny and made everything a great experience! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I knew what everything was. Overall it as a great experience and I am super happy with the car and the service I received.
Gabriel assisted me and he was truly my Angel. Some others need to learn that how you make a customer feel is the most important thing. 😇

EDIT: 9/10: As per the response/comment by the dealership, I did call the number below. This is not a person, but a auto attendant. Had to leave a message, and so far still no response after several days. Removed a star.9/7: My sales person, Taiwan, and her sales manager Carl were great. We agreed on a price and I was congratulated on the purchase of my new car. However, this negotiation needed to be approved by a desk manager named Matt, who did not approve of the already agreed price. I was told that this was rather unprecedented and that when Carl floated prices to buyers, they had not ever been denied to their knowledge. You can imagine my disappointment in this, after having been congratulated by both Taiwan and Carl, who made it seem like a done deal. Matt never came over to speak with me or my husband, personally. The impact of the negotiation was a matter of $360 over the life of the loan ($6 per month to the payment over a 60 months term). As a Fred Anderson (Toyota) loyal customer, and now Fred Anderson Nissan buyer, as well as a 5x Nissan Altima owner, this left a very poor impression. Therefore, I would probably not recommend others shop at Fred Anderson (Nissan or Toyota). And its not likely I will be back to purchase another vehicle at any Fred Anderson dealership, either.
I went to Fred Anderson Nissan after conversing with Malcolm Burke, a sales rep. I had previously looked online for a car which happens to be at that particular location. Malcolm was awesome. He was patient and very knowledgeable about my car. He gave us Play by play of the buying car process. He was friendly, attentive to my needs and make sure I knew about resources and maintenance after purchasing the car. When I serviced my car, I had William Stafford who was my maintenance service and did an excellent job .
Ive been waiting for 2 months to get a vehicle. I was not sure when was the right time but then I finally reached out to here and Brandon answered. He promised me that he and his manager were able to help me get a bigger SUV for my family. He was right. Everyone was absolutely wonderful and nice. Brandon kept me updated on the process even I knew how the process worked and it takes time but he still kept giving me updates. The process was smooth and everyone there will treat you as family. Great to work with, bought a used car but still came with lifetime free oil changes. Brandon was great to work with and helped us get to a good deal on the vehicle. It was used and we found a couple issues, one they fixed in their shop as part of the deal and discounted the price on the one they could not fix.

I had a wonderful unexpected buying experience recently with Taiwan and the team at Fred Anderson Nissan Raleigh. I live in Fayetteville and had been to the local Flow Nissan dealership twice while car looking and no one ever approached me to see if I needed anything. Totally different experience with Fred Anderson as I was warmly greeted when I walked in the door and walked out the door in a 2022 Pathfinder. After inquiring about a vehicle online a few months ago, I stopped looking due to the low inventory of new vehicles. During this time, I continued to receive periodic emails and phone calls from Taiwan just to check in (which I stopped responding to as soon as they started). She wasn’t pushy and I never felt pressured, I just had lost interest. I happened to be in Raleigh the other day and decided I would stop by to see what they had on the lot. They had ONE Pathfinder in the showroom. Because Taiwan had done all of the outbound outreach, I was paired with her and she turned a looker into a buyer. I had ZERO intentions of buying a car that day, but Taiwan was so professional and easy to work with. She did an excellent job building rapport and getting to know me as a customer. Before I knew it, I was in the office with Tony (who is a rockstar) signing my paperwork. Highly impressed with my buying experience with Taiwan and the Fred Anderson team.

Brayan in service was easy to work with. Dropped my truck off for a starter replacement along with other maintenance. Needed a loaner in the midst of a shortage and got one. Communication was there, which is lacking across the board these days and service was quick and clean. Ill be going back again for work on my 16 Frontier.

I have purchased three cars from this dealership, and each time I had Shi Hall as my salesperson. She is amazing, helpful, and friendly. She knows her information and is very customer service oriented. Management and Finance are also friendly and professional and all three buying processes were a breeze. Service appointments have always been excellent as well. Facility is clean and organized, and they have always had a good selection of vehicles to choose from. Highly recommended!
I have written favorable reviews for Fred Anderson Nissan, but this is not one of them. I bought a warranty so I get my car repaired at the dealership. My battery died (twice in two weeks), so I called for an appointment. They didnt have anything Friday, Saturday, Monday. Their next appt was Tuesday 3pm. The woman, whose name I wish I could remember, was snotty. I was incredulous that I had to wait 5 days to get my car checked. Do yourself a favor, dont go there for service; obviously they have too much business. I bought the car there and bought a warranty, but this is the second time Ive had to wait almost a week, without a car. I hope next time my car fails and I need service, Ill be able to time it during their slow periods.
I love my salesman, but the service department makes me want to not buy another Nissan. Communication is poor, service is rarely completed sufficiently in one visit. They tried to charge me an exorbitant charge for a tsb.
When you visit here see Octavia, she is awesome! Octavia helped us better than any other sales person with any question we had she found an answer. Most questions she could answer on the spot but I cannot say a bod thing about her!

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. The salesperson I had was nice and seemed to do everything they could to help, but speaking for the rest of the business I dont know. I bought a used car, it was my first car buying experience. I did not feel like a priority. I had seen the car online and was cautious about driving an hour away to check it out because there was not many pictures of the inside of the car online and I understand why when I got there. The car had not been cleaned out yet, the interior was in decent condition but just dirty. I still bought the car the same day and was told it would be cleaned for me to come pick up the next day, it ended up being 3 days later, and it still never got cleaned, I just had to ask for the keys and pay for it to get done myself, I needed a car to get back and forth to work. On the third day I waited at the dealership for 3 hours till closing for them to clean it and it never happened. There was one big thing I saw the day I got the car that was messed up and they said they couldnt fix it so they took some off of the price but when they called 3 days later to see how I was liking the car and if I found anything wrong I never received a call back, at the time I had found out that the left turn signal did not work which should have if they did the inspection, and the driver door unlock and lock switch did not work. I was also not told before I bought the car that there was only one key, and the case was breaking and cracked, I had to purchase a new case for it because it was falling apart, I know everything cant be perfect but I feel like this was simple stuff. A service guy found a second key in the back floor board of the car but it was dead and broken too. The car is more reliable than what I was driving (an 03) but like I said I definitely did not feel like a priority or my satisfaction was important.

Impossible for a service advisor to call me back I tried three times twice by phone to the 800 number and once by email. No one ever returned my call or email for service. I will say that once I made an appointment after an hour and 15 minute wait on hold (!!) and when I visited the service department in person they were helpful.
Well this place just had me wait 3 hours in the lobby, for the simple fact that the sales boy was doubling up on his appointments and couldnt focus on one thing the kid was everywhere. Anything said went in through one ear and out the other I got there at 4pm left at 7pm for absolutely nothing. I could had been looking other places that would actually help me get into a car. Be patient with me everything looks good we should have u out in a bit he was clearly worried about the other sale more even when he was talking trash about his customers before hand. My experience with working with Mr. D. Rashad Watters was excellent. He was very experienced and knowledgeable in showing us various cars. I have been going to Fred Anderson Nissan Raleigh since 2019 for my Vehicle regular Maintenance, it was good experience until today but I did not like the service today and the Service Specialist (Matthew Clark) who spoke to me is not professional. I had a coupon from Fred Anderson ($19.95 Synthetic blend oil change) which I wanted to use and I also used that coupon previously. Specialist told me that they dont have synthetic blend oil and they can offer 29.95 oil change for full synthetic oil. But when my Service was done they billed it way too much and when i asked why this is charged more than what you said me initially, he replied your car requires more Quarts. When I requested him to open my vehicle service history. Same oil change ( 0W20 Mobil Syn 0W-20) was done for 19.95 before and he started flipping words and started saying previous service specialist you saw did mistake and I cant do same mistake by doing it for that price. He also said we have lot of Nissan customers who come here for service and we are not bothered if you dont come. I am definitely not going to this place again.

Well my shopping ended early and Octavia sold me my new Rogue 2018 sport SUV. She was attentive, knowledgeable about anything from vehicle maintenance to vehicle history she had an answer for every question and concern. I was thrusted into the car market after a total collision and I had harbored quite a bit of anxiety around the process however, on this day my concerns were put to rest and the stars aligned. Beyond the expert sales associate and service I received at the front of the house I also had a wonderful experience with the finance department and (I can’t remember his name) but he took his time walking through the paperwork, explaining the numbers, and even guiding me through steps to improve my credit score. Was met by Carter, a very nice guy, as soon as we walked in. He was very helpful in answering all my questions and showing me all the inventory on hand for the Nissan Kicks. As I had already driven a Nissan Kicks at another dealership, I did not need to go on a test drive. after deciding on the color and options I wanted, Carter worked with the finance officer to get the price within my comfort zone. As it was getting late I came back the next day to complete my purchase. Carter and William, the finance officer were both great. In and out of there in a couple of hours. Never felt any pressure.... I usually go to Crossroads Nissan in Wake Forest. That particular day, they were fully booked so I went to Fred Anderson. Its farther from my house than Crossroads. This visit was actually my second time. The first time I went, the customer service was just out of this world! My second time was the exact same way! Because of that, I dont mind driving those extra miles to get my car serviced.

Took in my 2016 Rogue for service and left with a 2021 Rogue. The service was great. Rachel was awesome. I was impressed with the new part of service which was a video taping of the vehicle inspection. I liked that I was emailed and texted a link to the video. While waiting I decided to ask the salesman about a new Rogue. Received great service with Jermaine White and had a great experience with everyone that assisted him.
I came in for my 36,000 mile service. The service team performed the work and had me out the door within an hour. I really enjoyed the video inspection that the technician performed. That is a nice touch.

The person that helped me with my service his name was Garrett. Very kind and understanding when I wasn’t able to explain/describe what was wrong with my car. Even though I had to leave my car over night my car was ready the next day bright and early.
I did not want to leave a bad review although I am so upset about my experience with this dealership. I purchased my SUV on August 16, 2021, I was so excited the vehicle is everything to me. Although the process was long and drawn out I felt it was worth it because it was what I wanted. My salesperson was new, and seemed to have a lot going on, but others did step in to try to help. I do wish I would have had someone a little more experienced, but I was willing to give her a chance. The day I left with my vehicle I was assured my vehicle was thoroughly inspected, detailed, and that it was in A ok condition. After shortly driving off with my vehicle I had to turn around and come back because my tire needed air in it. Ok easy fix, I got it done and left. Not even 2 days later I had to bring the car back in for maintenance because it was screeching really bad, and loudly...only to find out it was the breaks and roaders. They wanted to charge me $500 plus dollars to fix it, even though I had not had the car a full 3 days yet. I immediately let them know they could have the car back if they were going to charge me, I ended up not getting charged and it was fixed. Since then its been even more confusion and frustration. I set up an extended warranty that I was told I did not have an account with the company therefore the payment I expected to come out of my account never came out, which is how when I called I found it was never set up completely. I have called at least 3 times no response to any of my calls, or voicemails. I called today 3 more times, and still no response. I have been told to talk to Tia, Quinton, Jennifer, Chris, Isa, and with all these different people, yet NO ONE has been able to return my phone call regarding this matter. Today my salesperson (Tia) answered the phone when I called and knew who I was and still didnt make an effort to get anyone to call me back. I find it amazing no one can return your call once you get the car but you get called over and over until you do. I honestly believe because I am a young female I was not taken seriously, and I honestly regret buying my car from this dealership. I have received numerous messages about leaving a review about my experience and today I figured I should because it seems this is the only way my concerns will be heard, considered and taken seriously. I honestly was so sure this dealership was going to give me a great experience but at this point I wouldnt recommend anyone purchase from this place of business.

They kept it in top shape and I got the maximum trade-in value for my car when negotiating the purchase of my Nissan Versa. Bought a car in Dec. with what was supposed to be bumper to bumper coverage. Turns out its only powertrain coverage. Car shakes and shudders when accelerating. Was told I need to pay $180 to update computer code that could catch this problem. Hoping sales team will cover this but not holding my breath. In the end it is my fault for not reading documents at signing. I do feel taken advantage of.Update:After talking it over with GM he decided that sales would cover the cost of the update. He did let me know that he understood my frustration but that he appreciated how I went about it. I had let them know how upset I was but I was respectful, and that went a long way with GM.After code update it was determined that I did need a new transmission. Service was excellent and even gave me a loaner while my car was worked on. I did have to pay a deductible but it was a whole better than paying for a whole new transmission.The whole team from sales up to service turned this negative situation into a positive one. They have earned a customer in me!

Why is the service center always behind? Every time we schedule regular oil change it take all day…no exaggeration 2 hours and 7 vehicles in front. Poor scheduling for the service department. I recommend you all to be prepared to spend half your day waiting in the lobby.Update: 10:45am appointment and at 12:49pm the car has not moved. Still parked outside where I left it. A sales rep commented, “you still here? ”, as in disbelief. So I end up leaving without the “Express oil change”. Manager offered to give $40 credit. Thanks but at this point Every encounter with Fred Anderson Nissan has been piss poor customer service. They need to revamp the entire service department. Not only has my time been wasted but they mentioned that I have to get the recommend brake fluid flush in order for the oil change to be “free”; which is over $100. Apparently at 80,000miles it’s required for my service package. 🤔 I have never had a “free oil change” because there is always a recommended require service that’s needed for my 2018 Nissan Armada. I have great repore with Michael Jordan Nissan (purchase & service experience) and will gladly drive from Clayton to Durham to have a honest transparent experience. Be aware of Fred Anderson upcharging prices for services too. To keep this review from becoming very lengthy, I’ll just say, I’m disappoint and extremely frustrated with Fred Anderson Nissan Raleigh. I will NOT return.

Its only a four because they dont have refreshments- only water. Car buying can be a long process. Salesperson was great!

From the minute I arrived for my service appointment Kelvin kept me advise of what was going on with my car. He also took the time to explain in order of importance what need to be fixed even writing it down for me. His help was much appreciated.
I came in to find a new car and was able to find the perfect one for me with the help of the workers. They were friendly and very helpful with everything they did.

They wanted to waste our time instead of being up front and helping us. We called to do a credit app before we drove an hour there only to wait almost 3 hours without hearing anything. When we called up there to find out what was going on, the rep was very rude and said “I’m not your sales rep but I’ve been hearing things going around the shop and yall were approved but you need this much down so unless you can do that we can’t help you.” I don’t appreciate having our info go around between people like we’re being made fun of. Everyone should be treated the same and with the same respect regardless the situation.
I had a very pleasurable experience with salesman, Malcom Burke. He kept in touch with me to make sure all of my needed questions were answered and provided additional information. He worked with me through the selling of the my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Tony,the finance specialists also did a great job with explaining the figures along with the additional specials on the vehicle, all while training a new hire with the company. They made me feel very comfortable from the first time I step foot into their door up until I pulled off the lot with my purchase a couple of weeks later. The staff is very courteous and customer driven. I would definitely recommend my friends, family and associates to that dealership.
Really like my service advisor, Kevin. He is one of the few that seems to look out for his customers, not trying to sale services that arent necessarily. Need more honest ones like Kevin...
Worked with Marquis - they were all great. Got a deal that worked for me and gave me time to think about it. Didnt take as long as normal car experiences have in past!
My wife and I were driving along the blue ridge parkway, visiting from SC. We kept hearing a metal on metal scraping sound every time we would turn left in our 2020 frontier. We looked up Fred Anderson Nissan in Asheville, and drove there hoping we could somehow squeeze in to have it looked at. We were hoping it wasn’t serious like a wheel bearing. When we pulled up around 3:45 we were met by someone who I assume was a service advisor. She listened to our complaint intently and took our keys to see if someone could look at our truck for us, since we were leaving first thing the next morning (Sunday) to head back to SC. We waited for about 20 minutes, only to have the service advisor return to tell us our truck was done! To our surprise the Assistant Service Manager (sorry I can’t remember names) took it out himself to investigate and fix the problem! He found that something had hit the back cover that protects the rotor and pushed it in far enough to rub the rotors on turns. He didn’t charge us for his time, but we are grateful the service department took the time out of their busy day to help out a couple form that state to the south! We frequent the Brevard/Asheville area, so maybe we will keep y’all in mind when it’s time to purchase a new vehicle…thanks again for the great service!!
The customer attention was great, the salesperson Rashad Watters was very nice and he was worried about what I liked to find the best suit for me, plus he was funny and made the purchase of my first car easier.100% recommend.

Seller Brandon seemed to be in a rush when we got there. He was not very clear about running my credit and purchasing a new vehicle vs a pre-owned. Had to call back to ask one of the managers for clarification.No one showed us the features of the car. After signing all docs, the financial manager Quentin was nice enough to ask us if we were showed how everything worked and if we had questions. We said we didn’t know any of the features of the car. He shaked his head and apologized.We were not impressed with the whole experience and I don’t think I will recommend anyone to go buy there.
I had to update my initial positive review when I discovered that my family was simply the victim of lies and high pressure sales tactics. While I appreciate that they did the bare minimum of what a dealership is supposed to do, I would have preferred to not waste hours making it happen.
I was very pleased with the treatment I received from my service adviser, and the treatment & service Thanos (my 2017 Titan XD) received.
Malcolm and Toni were great to work with, the facility was very nice and everyone was welcoming and helpful! Great customer service and happy with my new lease!
The new transmission is good but my tires are out of balance which makes the steering wheel shake at above 60 mph ( wasnt occurring before my service). I have been a Nissan owner since 1992 just totally disappointed.
I dont say this very often about car dealerships, but I had a very easy-going experience at Fred Anderson Nissan. Malcolm was my salesman and did a fantastic job showing me around the Titan and was not pushy whatsoever. Definitely see Malcolm!
