We have had the cookies & the cookie dough, but this time we had the ice cream cookie sandwich. The cookies are always warm, fresh out of the oven & the ice cream was good. My only thoughts would be one heaping scoop of ice cream instead of 2 so you can taste the cookie more— b/c that’s the best part.

Employee refused service if we didn’t wear masks, yet there’s tables with unmasked patrons within 10 feet of the ice cream. Because covid is contained to tables when you’re eating.***The employee was HAPPY to try and refuse us service, he was under no “stress.” Mandate or not, having seating within 10 feet of your counter with patrons sitting there for 15-20 minutes is no different from people standing at the counter for 2 minutes ordering and walking away. Mandates are not laws. You’re spineless for complying and putting your employees in positions where they must refuse service.

Ordered a 2x custom ice cream sandwiches, 2x milkshakes, and a to-go mason jar of cookie dough. The service was speedy and southern friendly, the treats were positively yummy and I’d definitely recommend! (You just might want to share those sandwiches since they’re plenty big)

Delicious!!!We were a little bummed to see they were closed for a break, but we were way too pumped to miss out. We had 30 minutes to kill, so we walked around downtown and came back.SO thankful we decided to stick around!The cookies are huge - and delicious. Nadia was great and offered generous portions of ice cream. 😋There was a line after they reopened, but Nadia just kept making those ice cream sandwiches! So good!

Cookies are always warm & just soft enough for my liking. We had the ice cream sandwich this time, and we have had their take home cookie dough in the past. My only advice would we less ice cream, maybe one heaping scoop over 2 so you can taste the cookie more— because that’s the best part.

I am a classic cookie person. Captain Cookie is the best in Raleigh. They are THE place. I will pick them over sleepless cookies and fall apartcookies every time.

Got the chocolate chip and my bf got the ginger molasses. Both were delicious!

Perfectly delicious ice cream sandwich!I ordered and ice cream sandwich and this wonderful woman loaded me up! She put that first scoop of ice cream on the cookie and I was thinking looking good! Then the second scoop was put on it. I was excited! Then she went for a third scoop, I about died. She doesnt hold back on the ice cream. Then, she knows her clients well you need a spoon? Well, I didnt think I did but looking at this monstrous ice cream sandwich, I probably need one.She was right. I needed that spoon. That ice cream sandwich was pure perfection. I mean, you cant go wrong building youre own ice cream sandwich.Just saying. Pure perfection.

I had a long day and decided to give this place a try! I ordered an ice cream sandwhich with a double choclate and peanut butter ice cream sandwhich. I wasnt a huge fan of the peanut butter cookie, but the double choclate was amazing! The ice cream itself was just okay. What made this expericene magnificant was Nadia. She was awesome and recommended the double choclate cookie. Thank you so much Nadia!!

We were visiting the area decided to walk ~20min through down town for a delicious looking ice cream sandwich on 4/18. We arrived at 7:40pm but were rudely shouted at “we’re closed” while beginning to look at the menu. It’s odd because the posted hours showed open until 8:00pm on Sunday. There were several customers after us who were treated the same way. I don’t plan on trying your ice cream any time soon while you are treating people like this. For anyone else looking for ice cream nearby, check out Amorino - it’s a gelato place we found on our walk back that actually served us.

The staff here is so nice (shout out the Haylee!) and always have a smile on their face. Their cookies are the best in Raleigh! They are always fresh, soft, and delicious!

My son and I each got a milkshake- they were thin and mine which was chocolate had chunks of something else in it. For a $6 milkshake my expectations are higher.

Only problem is they are a little too good. Staff was amazing too!

Amazing ice cream + fantastic cookies = super freaking awesome ice cream cookie sandwiches! Theyre huge too! Its in the new Transfer Food Hall along with some other great restaurants. If youre looking for something sweet, definitely stop there! Anytime Im downtown Raleigh, I always have to swing by to get one.

Nice staff but the variety box of cookies was just okay. Flavors almost seemed a bit bland.

The cookies here are made fresh on site. Theyre all fantastic. The ice cream is also delicious and locally sourced. Variety and availability are lacking, so the option to try new things can be limiting, but for what it is, its worth a visit.

Sunday November 7/21, 3:30 pm. I went to this place to have some shakes. There were one guy and a woman in the front. The guy was gentle and patient, but the woman make me felt terrible. English is not my native language, there was a moment I did not understand something she asked me, so she raised her voice in a disrespectful way. The nice guy who worked as a cashier noticed my discomfort and explained to me what she just asked. She never apologize and it seemed like she was working without joy. I will think twice before coming back this place.
