I love crumbl cookies!! They have new flavors every week! I am so excited for each week for the new flavors. It has been a great bonding experience with me and my roommates because we always go every week. The customer service is always good and there is kiosks if you want to order there.

I orderd Crumbl through the app. Its easy and convenient. I love the app because you also get to see what new cookies are available and what is sold out. They have curbside pickup which is great. The cookies I have tried have been great! Definitely a must try!!!

Hot and fresh. pickup or delivery. these never disappoint. my wife orders probably 2x a month after her neighbor friend recommended them. big ol cookies with rotating seasonal options. the staples of sugar cookies and chocolate chips are amazing but the new limited tome ones like pumpkin, etc are damn gems. just treats on treats on treats

Friendly staff - but these cookies are not for me. Imagine cookie batter mixed with pancake batter and biscuit batter. The consistency/ texture is weird. The cookies are heavy, but taste like flour... I really wanted to like them, but they just arent quite right. Think I will stick to regular/normal sized cookies that dont taste like 3v different pastries.

My children and I visited the store for the first time and we were pleasantly impressed with the aroma first. The ease of ordering was spectacular. They have kiosk in various locations to place an order, so there are no long lines or waiting period (at least at the time of day we went). The cookies were amazing. I only intended to eat half of one and ended up eating two throughout the day. Oh the shame! My taste buds doesn’t regret it, but I am sure the scale will.

First time at this tik-tok heavy chain. I personally did not try any of the cookies, however my daughter did order 4 - chocolate chip, orange juikus, Neopolitan, and cookies and cream.Least favorite was cookies and cream. Others she liked a lot. They do crumble. Suggest eating with a spoon. Very busy.Went around 7pm and all ice cream combos were sold out as well as 1 cookie. However, I saw people getting it.This is a small place. There is no where to sit. Order or Pre-order on the app and go.Staff was super friendly. Suggest downloading the app if you plan to return as their rewards are decent. One cookie will cost your $4+ with take. 4 will cost you just shy of $13. The cookies are rather big.Location is clean and we did not wait long. we will be back!

These cookies are unreal... warm, crisp edges with a soft center and delicious toppings! I don’t know if I have tasted a better cookie. The menu changes every week but I got the caramel coconut, strawberry shortcake, chocolate fudge brownie and a classic chocolate chip.

These delicious cookies were ready before I was even done placing the order on the kiosk!! My husband and my first time here, we highly recommend grabbing your next sweet treat from Crumbl! My husbands favorite is the caramel coconut fudge one, but I loved each of the 4 we got!

Digital store concept - go to the store, order and pay digitally on an iPad and wait for your order! Your cookie is placed in a nice pink box presented warm to you when ready. I went for the classic chocolate chip $3.77 with tax. Cookie is sizable, more cake-like but has a nice crispy outside. Chocolate chips were sweet and milky ( I think salty walnuts would have been a perfect balance but they didn’t have that flavor today). Decent cookie but don’t think I would make the trip just for this. People who like a thick Cakey cookie this is great for you!

I ordered 50 mini catering cookies for a birthday party. They were a HIT!! We ordered 10 of each flavor of the week. Blueberry Cheesecake and Pumpkin Chocolate Chip were the most popular.

I ordered on the app to pick up on the way to dinner with friends. Picked up within the window, but it took over 15 minutes inside to pick up my order. I had to catch someone to get helped. Otherwise, cookies were tasty!

I am super disappointed. I ordered last night as a surprise delivery to my husband for our anniversary and he was given a bag with a sandwich and a coffee with someone else’s name on it… I have been trying the store’s phone number for the last 4 hours and cannot only not get a person, but when they tell you to hold for customer support, the phone line goes dead. I have had these cookies before and they are AMAZING, which is why I ordered a box for my husband and his co-workers. Needless to say, I will not be ordering again.

It’s a new kind of place you do all the ordering yourself which was easy. I didn’t know that’s how you do things so I had a slow start, lol. The cookies are amazing and for a sweet treat. I think an alternative to birthday cake.

My bf and I are big Crumbl fans, often ordering a box late at night. Recently when I do my TJs run, I like going over to grab some cookies at the store. The team is always extremely eager to answer questions, and make sure your cookies are just how you want them (have yet to try the ice cream).Some of the cookies are certainly better then others, but I think its all down to personal preference! I love that they change weekly flavors, but certainly miss my favorites and wish I could order and freeze them to enjoy at my leisure!Recently I got a cookie that after two days developed mold on it. I reached out to the team, and they rectified the situation and shared that this particular cookies ingredients expired fast. It was the 1st time the cookie was out, so I hope when it comes out again they suggest others put it in the fridge to store it, if not being completely eaten right away!I highly recommend the cookies and this location/team!

If youre into cookies, this place is pretty good but I cant justify spending $3.50 on a single cookie. Thats just personal preference though because thats comparable to other cookie shops around the area. The facilities are spotless and there is good parking close by which is a huge bonus for me. My only other concerns are that the cookies are a tad too large for me to eat and some can be a bit overloaded. Plus the menu is not large which means there isnt even much novelty to the cookies. Unfortunately this plagues basically any cookie shop though and I just wouldnt want to go out of my way to visit any cookie place

Unfortunately I just ordered here for a birthday celebration for a curbside pickup and had to wait a good 15 minutes for my order, well after the time designated as pick up.I was to pick up between 630-700 and came at 7:05 and was told the cookies that I ordered were given to the customers who came into the store and not prioritized for the customers who ordered ahead. The manager said that is what they tell the employees to do and gave an apology but no kind of here’s an extra cookie or a voucher for a free cookie for your wait. It’s just sad the type of customer service places are giving these days. Just curious what the order ahead option is for then if it is not going to have your order ready at the time it is stated to be picked up?

When we got our cookie box, they smelled and looked delicious, but when we ate them, they were even better, oh my!. The chocolate chip was warm and fresh, well they all were fresh. We tried Snickerdoodle, chocolate chip, frozen hot chocolate, and chilled sugar cookie. Sooo good! Well have to come back and try their ice cream.The only thing that would make this place even better, would be if they serve some coffee or tea, something to go along with your cookies. I know Starbucks is around the corner, but who wants to make to stops, when you can get everything you need in one ;)

I tried Crumbl Cookies for the first time today! It is worth all the hype!! The cookies were freshly made and exceeded the standards set by others. The flavors were unique and very creative. I enjoyed all flavors and felt it was money well spent.

My nieces and I went for the first time a couple of weeks ago! Store was very clean, it’s in a great location, ample parking and even though it was our first visit we would probably go again to try other flavors IF we were in the area! We are NOT local, the commute is an hour!

Once you open the door, you will get excited by just the smell. We got to visit this week and the menu are amazing! Cookies are soft and moist. Love that they change the menu weekly. A must try! Definitely coming back weekly to try more exciting flavors.

Huge, moist, fresh cookies. I usually mobile order and they always arrive still warm. Variety is a little bit limited if you’re mobile ordering, but still extremely good.Just know, if you intend to order more than one, these things are like… almost two inches tall, five inches in diameter, and heavy as all get out, I can barely power through one because they’re so rich.Don’t make the mistake I did where you go “oh I get the little bin of 12 cookies from Harris Teeter for myself and eat them over the week, 12 cookies from Crumbl sounds good” and then they arrive in a whole arse flat-box and you have to decide which is worse, food waste or substituting cookies for meals.

Scrumptious cookies, and truly big enough to share! The varieties change each week (only 6 at a time). This was my second trip; I have now sampled ten different kinds; all are excellent.

My sister ordered these for my birthday and had them delivered. She lives in MN. They are delectable!! Some are too sugary for me but boy each one is delicious! I gave teachers one as a part of end of school year and they were blown away by the deliciousness. Yum. Go get one. Your taste buds won’t regret it but your waist might.

Great service! Very busy location with a hard working staff. And yummy cookies of course! I like using the app because it shows me if a cookie is temporarily unavailable. Saves a trip in the car. 👍🏼 You can also order, pay, and have your cookies brought to your car.

First time visiting had to wait on sold out cookies the staff stated it was a 10 minutes and 20 minute wait. No customer service skills when I came to the kiosk. I was told I could wait in my car or nearby. I decided to wait inside and at least 8 people place an order before me that just walk in. They fill door dash online orders first. I was able to order one cookie that was ready and had to wait another 10 minutes to order a 4pack. All this and the hype was not worth my time, the cookies are heavy a texture, not for me. I would not recommend this to my friends or use it for business functions. Would like to thank the young man working the flour dough for telling me how to order since it was my first time.

We visited Crumbl for the first time today and, sadly, we were not impressed. The cookies were not bad, but we expected them to taste better than mediocre, especially since I have seen so many locations pop up and hear people raving all the time. I did like that they were served warm.

I love these cookies, but sometimes they go fast! So it makes ordering them difficult because they run out and have to bake more – however they are worth the wait. The staff is very responsive and they answer when I call about when cookies will be ready, and they don’t mind answering questions in the store either, even if they are busy.
