Staff was very helpful and friendly. Our cookie cake was decorated beautifully. Every time we stop by, we’re always greeted pleasantly and the cookies are great!

I ordered online from California for surprise birthday delivery to my sons USMC workplace in Raleigh NC. The Marines loved the giant cookie and I greatly appreciate delivery guy Pedro who really stuck with it to find the office and someone to give it to. Thank you!

My family loves the milk chocolate chip cookies. I have to travel to Raleigh NC to get them at Crabtree Valley Mall. Its definitely worth the drive.

The guy behind the counter was so rude, he was turned around on his phone ignoring another customer when I got to the counter. I had to call to get his attention multiple times and then he tried to argue with me and was incredibly rude to me.

They used to give out free cups of water until this year. When I asked the lady for a free cup of water after I had my cookie-cake slice, she said, Only bottled water, two times. So... I decided to walk away without purchasing a bottled water. I refuse to pay extra if I only asked for a free cup of water. If you want a free cup of water and they dont do it anymore, I definitely would not recommend going there at all. I dont like those foreign employees with their so-called cute whatever attitudes or their so-called strict policies. I dont care where those same foreigners are from, even if they try to come here and change the policies against us customers so they can try to defraud us. I know the Bible is fulfilled, but that doesnt mean they can away with it. I aint going to then beat me over the head with the their so-called Only bottled water policy. I dont want to cause major problems over there, but they have to be careful who they are messing with because they will reap what they sow.Also, I totally agree with one of the guys about poor communication going on over there. Ive been there before with some Asian guy who didnt understand what I was talking about when I was ordering a cookie-cake slice. He thought I was talking about the cookie sandwich, but I said, No. I wanted a cookie-cake slice with red and white icing on top. So he got it straight. I would never recommend dealing with the same guy because hell end up trying to play you just like he almost did to me.I know people are going to be people, but that doesnt mean I have to deal with their schemes at all. I will do whatever it takes to restrain myself from going off at them. As a matter of fact, lets pray and hope that this place gets shut down until those employees get their act together.

I really enjoy their frosting filled cookies. But its June... So it didnt even occur to us the we were buying old Christmas chocolate till we took a bite. Upon examining it does say expires in June, but this nastiness is past prime. Time to trash the Mrs. Field chocolate👎🏻👎🏻

I called to ask a question about an option for a cake and the person on the phone refused to answer until I provided all contact information. I tried to let him know I needed answers before I could continue but he wouldnt listen until the 3rd or 4th time I said it. Not impressed.

I have only had great experiences here. In Feb, I got a heart shaped cookie cake in a hurry and they ensured it looked great--fast.

This location is very disorganized and one employee is a jerk. I feel they messed up the time of my order, even though I called to check on it, and the person who took my order was repeatedly insistent that I had said the wrong time, even after I suggested to him that perhaps we just had a bad connection. Its worth noting that he was insistent without any prompt from me. At no point did I blame them for the mistake and at no point did I show any displeasure in the service I was receiving (up until he started being a jerk about it).I ordered a giant cookie covered in frosting for my wifes birthday to be picked up at 5pm after work. I ended up taking the day off to spend with my wife, so I called earlier in the day to see if they happened to have it ready and sitting around (I didnt expect this - just thought Id try them). This would have been a good time to check that the details of my order were correct, but apparently they keep records all over the place and have a hard time finding individual orders, and they just told me it wasnt ready at that time (probably around 3pm). When I came by at 5, it obviously wasnt ready and they said it was only 15 minutes to put together, noting that the time they had recorded was 7pm and also noting that my number was wrong. I said that was great and just wandered the mall before I came back.Up to this point, I was completely satisfied with the service I received and I feel I was courteous (I really dont care when people make small mistakes - 15 minutes isnt a big deal). When I came back at 5:15, the girl I had talked to at five was busy with another customer, so I told another employee hey, I talked to her earlier and there was some confusion with my order and Im back to pick it up. He wanted to know who had called in the order and when he found out it was me, he insisted, without prompt, that I had said seven for the pickup time, not five. I responded with I said five, but maybe there was a bad connection so you heard seven. He insisted that I said seven again. He didnt say I heard seven. He said you said seven. At this point, I got really annoyed and told him it was a bad idea to argue with his customers. A third time, he insisted you said seven. At this point, I was really mad at how rude he was and threatened to leave without buying the cookie, which quieted him. After paying, I angrily told him I said five and called him a vulgar name equivalent to jerk.My wife had overheard me ordering the day before and confirmed as we were leaving that I said five. That fact, paired with the fact that my number was wrong, makes me believe that I had said five. I think its more likely we had a bad connection and he heard the numbers wrong than I told him my number wrong and the time wrong and my wife heard me tell him the time wrong.But the correctness of it isnt as important as his unfaltering insistence that I had said something wrong. He could have said nothing about it and things would have been fine. He could have even dropped it after the first insistence and it would have been fine. Until he repeatedly cast blame on me, I didnt use any language that suggested it was their fault. I wasnt bothered that I had to wait an extra 15 minutes, either. I was offended that this guy went out of his way to be so self-righteous about the situation with a customer. He didnt have to blame me. He could have easily said I guess we had a bad connection because I swear I heard seven, but it wasnt a big deal because we were able to put it together in 15 minutes.I would strongly recommend avoiding this location. I dont understand why that guy would be a jerk when I was so understanding about the mistake/miscommunication from the start. You can hope that they just get your order right, but with how disorganized they seemed, its likely youll have a run-in with this jerk.

All of there cookies are old, for the price it is a ripe off and the prices of the lemonade are a dollar more than what the price sign says!!!

I nearly threw up watching the guy prepping the cookies and baking them stuffing his face for at least the 45 minutes while I was sitting there. Talk about unsanitary and unprofessional :-/
