Game Room Home Store took our pool table and sold it back in October/November 2013. The purchasers did not get it delivered until late December/early January because their house was not ready. BUT... we still have not gotten a check for our portion of the sale. Its the middle of February. Thats 3 months. Weve called, went to the store, and did everything we could to get our check and they still have not given it to us. We are going to call the police and report it stolen because basically, thats what they did.

Excellent selection of games such as: fooseball, ping pong, and most importantly BILLIARD SUPPLIES...great inventory and the owner of the store was very knowledgeable, intellectual, and down to earth. He gave me great prices, repaired the tip on one of cues and did an awesome job. I had one cue tip repaired previously at a store (not mentioning the name), and it took 24 hours to get my cue back, whereas at the game room I literally watched and waited while it was finished like 20 minutes later. I will never go to another store. 10 stars!

Dishonest Business PracticesPurchased a pool table in full and was given a delivery date. It is now over two weeks past the delivery date and I have still not received my pool table and the owners of this company have completely ignored my phone calls and all email correspondence. Website indicates they have a Wilmington location (this is false). The Raleigh store had notes posted on the front door inquiring information about the whereabouts of other pool tables ordered by consumers. It is an unfortunate thought to think that others, like myself, have had their hard earned money stolen. This business does not display any business ethics and should not be permitted to operate. I hope sharing my experience will prevent others from conducting business with this organization.
