So disappointed in this place amazing they still in buissnes how do people give them so many stars. Absolutely nothing like a Polish store no one ever answer the phone its as bad as the one in Greensboro. I will travel to Charlotte at least the products are fresh and they have cakes on weekends. And no pierogies are bad you cant eat them. Wont be back .
Delicious lunchmeats. I am german and cannot find head cheese, blood wurst and liver wurst (besides the liver wurst in HarrisTeeter, which isnt as good) anywhere in the Raleigh area! Go hear to get your lunchmeats and all the yummy canned veggies. Just call ahead to make sure it is in stock. I drive over an hour to get here. The family is so nice and welcoming.
This place is literally amazing!!! The most polite man ever helped me find just what i was looking for to help complete Christmas
The owner is a nice lady the store is not property run need to find another place for shopping..Frozen kielbasa is not fresh and pierogies are just awful sorry
Great place for specialty polish items you wouldnt really be able to get anywhere else. The frozen pirogis are also great
My parents always shop here for polish goods & the quality of the product along with the customer service is beyond excellent! The gentlemen who always works there I believe his name is Andrew is very polite & takes care of all the customer needs! Parents are very pleased with this location & the customer service it delivers!I would highly recommend this place to any new comers! Happy hoikdays !
This is the BEST STORE in the Triangle area for those with refined European tastes for the gourmet delicacies of the Eastern European Cuisine. If you are looking for Romanian zacusca, Sibiu salami, Gipsy bacon or smoked Hungarian sausages you will find them all here along with shelves lined with goodies for the most refined tastes from most European countries. Marta is not only knowledgeable of her products but will personalize your shopping experience and always greet you with unparallel European warmth and hospitality. Our entire family loves to visit and shop here and our children are always receiving goodies from Marta.
Stopped by to pick up some REAL pierogi! The manager, Andrew, was very helpful. He helped me find what I needed. Also, the best selection of authentic Polish sausage!
Great kielbasa lots of different choices. Good selection of pierogi.
Love this market. Picked up some cherry smoked kielbasa and pierogies. There was a small line outside due to social distancing inside but was happy to wait knowing they were taking precautions during this pandemic. I am so happy to still have this place to shop for my Eastern European comfort foods.
Amazing little grocery. They always have what I am looking for and the staff will offer suggestions of new items to try. Great fresh deli/sausage selection!
Hands down the best European Market in the area. Always friendly, kind, and helpful. The variety and availability is unparalleled. They keep their Facebook page very up to date, with frequent notifications about deliveries, stock, store hours, etc. They have such a wide variety of Kielbasa (including fresh), pyrohy (many types of sweet and savory), crepes, you name it! Highly recommend.
I’ve been coming to the Polish store for a few months now, and it’s always a good experience! They always go out of there way to try get me exactly what I’m looking for I’m super thankful for this place! Never fail to let me down! Thanks Martha, and Andrew for all you guys do for the polish community!
Fantastic market with the best polish sausage in town. It’s an experience for the kids, trying to read the packages and tasting the different candy. We enjoy every visit.
Sitting in the parking lot for over an hour while they decide to keep delaying opening. Sign out front said “open at 11” so did google. When we returned at 11- the new updated hours were 1130. Line outside waiting in the rain. Store it’s self was very very dirty, disorganized and had very little stock. Understand it’s the holidays but this was very disappointing considering e other polish store in Durham just closed
Awesome little grocery, good selection, reasonable prices and the person working there helped me find a couple things that were a great addition for the holidays!
Absolutely love this market. Reminds me of home, when I was a kid. Love the selection and the owners are so nice.
Cookies, pastries, fresh kielbasa, fresh pierogis, condiments, jellies, jams, chocolates, and whole bunch of things that Im not sure of (Im not Polish-I just love trying new things). I was very impressed with how much this little store had. Its a type of Polish market. I purchased a few snack like items that I had no idea about and they were delicious. Young lady in the store was friendly and helpful. My husband and I WILL be back.
Authentic. Marta is awesome and Im a happy customer! You wont be disappointed!
I haven’t seen so many options in a European store since Connecticut. The man behind the counter knew exactly what I was looking for an more.I can’t wait to go back :)
Very responsive via text message in regards to stock. I will always make a stop here when I’m in town.
From Chicago, been in NC for construction projects for almost 2 years now. Im just happy there is a Polish deli where I can get a taste of home.
Nice small market packed with a lot of food. Friendly, helpful lady worker. Will definitely make the hour trip back to Raleigh to shop there.
We travel like 45 minutes to get amazing stuff from here. You can find your country and your childhood here. Service is very nice and helpful. We are from Hungary and love the selection. Recently I discovered the German style Bologna, and the Polish Bacon. We buy teas, soup pastas, cold cutsand Cheese, fruit drinks, chocolates, and pates..Thank you so much for this little store with great selection in it.
This is THE definitive place for not only Polish specialties, but many from the other side of the Atlantic. Marta runs a great shop. Fair prices for priceless goods. From sausage to chocolate and cookies to pierogis, you gotta come and get something delicious!
Very nice store with authentic polish foods
The owner is helpful, and can even share tips how to cook some foods better.
Nice little specialty shop with many choices of traditional Polish meats and cheeses and more. The lady who runs the store is very nice and helpful, too. Worth stopping in.
This was a great find. We found a ton of great food and really made our day. Its nice to find real cultural food and not just the same boring stuff all the time.
Best polish sausage around!
The best service and the best products in the world. Always fresh and good variety. They get always busy before holidays but the owner and helpers have lots of patience, very polite and always answers any questing with smiles. 10 stars!
I am of Polish heritage and love the food here. There is not another place like it in the triangle. This is by far the best place to buy polish food. Truly reminds me of the food my grandmother used to cook when I was young.
Excellent polish market! The pierogies (frozen) sand kielbasa are the best Ive had (other than homemade). They also carry breads and have canned items and candies!
A true Polish deli that has a great selection of of any kind of Polish and Eastern European foods.
Unique and friendly place. Best Polish Deli in the South!
Very great store! Went there yesterday, had everything I needed for Christmas dinner for entire family! From sausages to blintzes, pierogies, borsch and home made bakery! I don’t know why people putting the pictures of the clearance shelf and complaining about ginger bread spice. I guess they need to shop regular instead of coming once during rush season! Marta is working so hard to keep the store running and helping all people to get what they want!!
Best Polish food Ive ever had. The stuff thats in there can be prepared any way you want! Reminds me of all the Polish food my grandmother made me when I was in Poland as a kid. Real great place and GREAT service too!
If you want a taste of Poland, this is the place in Raleigh. Remarkable to find this store here without a Polish community here.
My new favorite local small business! Staff very helpful in explaining a cuisine Im just discovering
Very nice store. Many kind of food.I love this store.
Excellent service also a great selection of products . Definitely I will shop again..
I only get here once a year for hit dogs and pierogii. The best!
I went to this polish market a few days ago and i had the best experience. They had everything you could possibly ask for, and the owner is a very nice woman that you can get to know. Alot better than Halgos in Durham.
Very small shop, it is kind d of misleading to call it a market. We went in looking for packzi and pierogi. The had frozen versions of both. I did not purchase either. If you are from the Midwest or a big city that has a large immigrant population you wont be impressed. They did have a decent selection of sausages and some meats.
Excellent kielbasa & nice pierogi selection. Great service & very helpful with selecting items.
Very good kielbasa. If u want real polish kiebasa thats the place to buy not other store
The best kielbasa Ive ever tasted! Great selection, wonderful products, fantastic service!
Was under the impression they had fresh polish meats... They dont all brought in from NY area.
Always helpful and friendly. Marta is a sweetheart who cares about her customers.
Little store full of food treasures from Poland, and from entire Eastern Europe. REAL Polish coldcuts and kiełbasa (you cannot imagina how much its better, than Polish kielbssa you know from regular American stores), sweets, pierogi, golabki,, @ lot of great canned goodies (pates, mielonka, whivh is kind of flavorful luxury spam but muvh better, great canned fish, Polish and East European chees of all kinds etc). You need to see it, and try it on your own! :-). Friendly owner (Ms.Marta) will guide you through the great tastes and flavors :-).
It is a tiny little store with quite a few items. But it is a small store. Not as good as Halgos in Durham which is the best Polish market in the Raleigh Durham area, but it is good for those who cant drive all the way to Durham.
We have been coming here for years to get the necessities for Wigilia. She always has such amazing things that help us keep our Polish heritage alive. The perogis are as good as babcia made, and very resonable. Many other things like angels wings, and breads, sausage, spices etc... She also has opłatek which is wonderful.
Lovely little store with a wide variety of Polish items. Including perogies and meats.
The Russian store was closed but here they had everything I needed for our traditional Russian party.
Cute little market with tons of goodies.
I love this store!! Yes granted it might be small but its size has no negative effect what-so-ever on the quantity or quality of the products and customer service, ive been to both markets in Durham and Raliegh, but this Raliegh market blows the Durham store completely out of the water! The selection of products are just like the ones up north and back home, This store is amazing and theres nothing else like it, i will definently be back for more!!
Wonderful staff. Wide variety of products.
Great food, great service, as usual :-)
Very good grocery
Best service and great, fresh food.
