These guys have this down to a tee. It’s essentially a drive thru mulch facility. I was thrown off at first, trying to park and go inside the office. Nope. Just pull your truck up, pick a pile, get loaded up, go to the window and pay. Really efficient. The lady at the window was super nice, the boss/manager thanked me for my business TWICE, the young attendant explained more to me about mulch than any big box store worker could have. This was our first experience with buying mulch in bulk, and I feel like we struck gold with Mulch Masters! From the first inquiry call to delivery, everyone was absolutely amazing, kind, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I was so impressed and grateful every step of the way with Mulch Masters as we scrambled to get our sons playset site leveled. Highly recommend them! We will certainly use them again!

Great Mulch and Excellent ServiceI ordered 6 yards of triple shredded this morning and they said they could get it to me today. Their supplier was running behind so it backed up their deliveries all day. I think it was Lauren that called and let me know the delay but eventually worked it out to get the mulch delivered after closing time. Colin the driver was great despite having to work late.I have to add that the quality of the mulch was nearly perfect. Ive ordered from other places before and the mulch had trash in it or wasnt finely shredded. I didnt see a single piece of trash or even chunks of wood. These two kids rode by on hover boards while I was spreading it and one said to the other, wow, that mulch looks good. Cant make this stuff up.If I could put 6 stars I would. Great job 👍

First off, the customer service is outstanding. Extremely polite and accommodating. Susan and Sandy in their office were also funny and ended having a couple laughs before I left. Lee was super helpful and assured me Id get what I paid for. At other places Ive found you could get more or less mulch for the same amount ordered and there was no measuring what they are giving you. The pine straw and mulch are by far superior in quality. I landscape for a living and found this place in search of better pine straw. It was clean, red and you could tell it had not been sitting in a trailer for long. It gave more coverage at the job I did and looked fantastic. The walnut brown designer mulch was completely dyed not having parts that were not dyed. It also had no trash in it which unfortunately is a thing at other suppliers. After putting the mulch out it still kept its dark brown color even after it dried. Their dump trucks looked immaculate. They are super clean which is not a big deal, but its nice to have a clean truck drop the mulch at your customers house. I am so happy I found this place. Look forward to get my supplies here from now on.

Exceptional Customer Service! My neighbor and I underestimated our quantity of mulch, and we had to call them back out. To our surprise, they were able to come back out the very next day. What really shocked me, was the fact that the owner (Keith) was the one driving the truck! An owner with this commitment to Customer Service will ensure this companys success for decades!

I dont often review companies but I felt that I had to provide feedback for Mulch Master. The service I received was impeccable. Not only did I receive a top grade product, the delivery was smooth and on time. They made sure that I understood the composition of the products and followed up to insure satisfaction. This company is a real class act.

Been using them for years but todays delivery was outstanding! 1st they were able to arrange to deliver in the exact window time I needed with my prearranged help then because we just had a new driveway poured needed them to drop the load in a very precarious location and the driver Lee executed it perfectly! Tip-of-the-Hat to this company!

Unfortunately I witnessed the true character of this business, from the Owner himself. Mr Caruthers was rude, angry and disrespectful directly to me. I have called him twice to clarify this matter and discuss why he behaved the way he did. He has not returned my phone calls. After waiting 9 days it seems clear Mr Caruthers does not truly embody the Family Owned business persona. Why did he behave that way? Because he thought I did not follow his procedures when I clearly did because I have frequented this business for years. Instead of apologizing he continued to treat me extremely poorly. I would strongly recommend you choose another supplier.

Landscaper said the load looked short. Keith, the owner came out and measured. He says the load was correct. Customer service in the office was courteous though argumentative. Driver was on point. They may have been great years ago but their service is now terrible. They just dumped half a truck load of mulch in the street without even thinking about the safety of drivers in our neighborhood. There are plenty of other options out there which well definitely be using in the future. Customer service = none!

Went in with a trailer on a sunday not realizing it was closed. Owner happened to be there and went ahead and filled the trailer and said call in during the week to pay for it.Thats the kind of service that gets lifelong customers.

Called advance to make sure theyd sell me 1/2 yard at 3:30. I live 25 miles away. I arrived at 3:30 and the attendant was very rude. Said they were closed and he had to go to the dentist
