Fantastic service and product. The entire process was smooth, and the head office called to double check our order the morning of the delivery. The delivery guy was super communicative, he dropped our gravel right on our tarps so that it wouldnt make a huge mess. We also utilized their service to wheelbarrow the gravel into place and settle it into its new home. That team was also fantastic. Great prices, too. They have great prices and we where able to order 38 yards of mulch a few days prior to the Memorial Day Long weekend and they where able to deliver the mulch and install it with in 3 hours. The delivery and installation of 32 yards of leaf mulch was done quickly and well. The two man installation crew from Gonzalez did an outstanding job. The installation crew arrived at 8 am, the first truckload of mulch about 5 minutes later. The truck driver was cooperative and put the mulch where the installers could get to it easily. The second truck arrived a little late, but not enough to slow the entire process by much. The crew left about 12:30 after cleaning up. Overall very positive experience, would use Capital Mulch again.

Great price, easy to order online and fast delivery

I ordered 2 months in advance, and requested and received an AM delivery. You arrived at 4:30PM. Pretty much wasted my whole day.There wasnt any point in confirming an AM delivery. But Im a one and done customer, next time I will find another place. Word of mouth will be the same as this feedback. No hard feelings, just would have been better to make sure someone who ordered well ahead of time was taken into consideration as far as routing/timing is concerned, The topsoil was topsoil, so Ill give you the decent soil as a plus.

We had him drop the mulch in a tricky location due to a tree but he unloaded the mulch in the exact spot we wished for without breaking a twig! Fabulous company!! I submitted a request on a Friday evening for the following Monday delivery and they made it happen effortlessly. Their cubic yard calculator is super helpful and the ability to order mulch and installation online is so convenient. They arrived on time and dropped off the mulch in the driveway as requested. The installation team arrived shortly after drop-off and did an amazing job laying the mulch, including cleaning up any stray mulch shreds that were left in the driveway. Ordered screened topsoil, with installation service . He was nice and delivered on time . But the quality of the screened topsoil is worst . It was full of stones and mulches . I had to use it for lawn . One of the service man who was spreading was always on phone and just covered whole grass with top soil, like 3 inches soil on tops of grass. I had spend another 4 hr clear that mess and I’m still doing it since the grass is fully covered.Please see some sample photos that I took, after i spending lot of time every day to remove the stones and mulch from the grass.I gave 2 stars just because of delivering on time and one service guy (young) had good job spreading .Update : changing the rating to 1 Star, since that’s the minimum. Look what I found on my yard while I’m taking again . There are lot of broken glass pieces. I don’t know how to recover the lawn now.

I had never ordered mulch, hired help for my yard, or had a major delivery like this before now. I called to place my order and Julie was super easy to place my order with. Delivery driver of the mulch gave a lot of attention to detail as not to damage my trees while dumping the mulch on my driveway. He also called about 15 minutes before he arrived. I also opted to have people come to spread all the mulch out - They arrived on time, did a really thorough and clean job, and were super polite. I was able to pay my invoice online and leave a tip at the same time. Absolutely excellent both in service, communication, and quality of product.
