Great place for todays and vintage parts. Gates hoses & belts..other tried and true replacement items in stock such as Trico Wiper Blades. Locations throughout Sacramento valley. Fast service with order/pickup as well. Handicapped parking and ramped entry way for those in need. The sales staff are well versed in all areas of automotive products and their advice is always genuine.

Service is horrible right now. Ordered parts a day in advance, was told everything on stock. Went to pick up next morning, was told some items were out of stock. When question the guy who claimed he was the manager, his answer was I dont know. Drove to another store to pick up rest of parts. Dropped off all parts to mechanic only to find out that I was given 4 rear rotors.

Good parts store if you know how to fix car. Affordable price, good customer service, always willing to help. Recomend.

Excellent customer service! The store manager there, Mark, was such a great help to our family. We also spoke with Robert and John and everyone was very helpful. We had purchased an alternator at this store in 2015 and it must have been a defective one because it stopped working. Napa honored the warranty and gave us a replacement alternator. Not only did they do the exchange quickly they were also friendly. Not too many places offer this type of customer service anymore so I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you very much everyone for all your help!

Great stuff, good service, and they have a AAA discount. Only reason its not 5/5 is I dont think theyll let you borrow tools like other auto stores but I could be wrong

Okay, Napa branded parts are quality, and pricing is up there with Walmart but with more variety and stock. Napa is my go auto parts store.

They were able to find me the correct O2 sensor and other parts for my car (where other stores gave me bad info). They had everything in stock for both of my cars, including rental tools in new condition. Very helpful and friendly, I will be back for sure.

Tom and the cashier there were so helpful, both were life savers. My serpentine belt broke and Tom to time to show me how to put it on my truck. I had my wife and two daughters with me, and it would have been a real struggle if Tom wouldnt have helped me. 20 min and I was back on the road. Great customer service, and two heaven sents. Im will be buy my parts from this particular store from now on.

I so want to like this store. It is new, close, clean and spacious. I was so excited when I went there. I was replacing a clutch on my sons toyota truck. But it was a fail, they had none of the parts. I had to go to the Power Inn Napa. Got the parts.Fast forward to pulling the pilot bearing. Again no puller, in fact they seemed to have no idea what I was asking for. Autozone for the puller.Next project I will try to use the, but for now they are 0 for 2...

Pretty much like any other Napa store.

In 30 years plus buying from NAPA Ive only had 2 issues (one store closed/ other irevalant) service has awlways been good. Shure they cost a little more, but there parts seem to hold up a lot better.... Starters, alternator, fuel/ watter/ AC pumps & anything electrical last longer then AutoZone any day....

I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and helpful they were!

The store has been redone, but the same helpful people work there and parts come pretty quick if they have to order them.

The Napa on Fulton has terrible service. I went in there and waited for so long for somebody they help. They were three people in the back look like they were doing some kind of inventory and talking and laughing and it was one guy in the front handling all of the traffic nobody from the back looked up to help until about 10 minutes had passed. I will never go to that store again ever Napa on Fulton
