First of all, my review is WAY overdue.I needed a new engine for my sprinter van. I called all over Northern California looking for the right shop to take my van into. Sprinter Experts were the most knowledgeable (I guess hence their name) as well as being fairly priced. To get to their shop and back is a 4.5-5 hour trip for me. Would I do it again? ABSOLUTELY! If you have a sprinter van, I highly recommend making the trip to see these guys and have them take care of your vehicle - it is worth the drive.When I picked up my van, I was coming back LATE on a Sunday night form out of town - they readily agreed to make a special trip into the shop to meet me and to give me my vehicle.I ended up having a slight hiccup in my van which I let them know about. They were very reasonable in accommodating me and meeting me on the weekend while providing me with transportation so I could go skiing with my kids.If you have a sprinter van, this is the place to go.

My 2013 Mercedes Sprinter that I had just purchased was a no start after having it towed to Sprinter Experts they found it to be just a corroded ground strap. They cleaned and tightened it and checked a few other things at my request and I was on my way. The cost was a great surprise. Because of my situation (traveling to Colorado) they could have taken advantage but not here. Integrity above and beyond Thanks Guys!!

I worked with Ali Olshan to purchase a 2016 Sprinter Mercedes van, which was a salvage title fully restored by Sprinter Experts. Ali drove it from Sacramento to Arizona, then he helped me with the paperwork at the Motor Vehicle Division, and he took the time to show me what I needed to know to operate the vehicle. I couldnt be happier with this purchase!!! It was a private sale but this company does great business and really cares about their clients a lot. We had a problem with our serpentine belt on our sprinter while traveling through california, the folks at Sprinter Experts squeezed us into their shop and quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and a very reasonable cost. Very impressed with the friendliness and service, will be stopping by here to get the van service as we pass through. These guys eat and breathe diesel sprinters, I highly recommend you bring your van here!

Vitaliy is a great mechanic! I brought my Mercedes Sprinter into his shop with a power loss issue! He replaced my turbocharger and it ran like new ever since! u2029He stayed late just to get my Sprinter up and running! Not everyone would do that! Amazing mechanic and really expertise workshop. I am travelling from Europe with a Mercedes sprinter motorhome and so far it was not easy to find a very good mechanic at a good price too. I was in limp mode for over a year a local Bay Area shop charged me a couple hundred for a diagnostic and told me I’d need new manifolds, seals and a bunch of other stuff that totaled over 6500.00 they sent me back on the road in limp mode eng light on and no power I drove it like that over a year! Fast forward smog is now due I took it to sprinter experts after talking with another sprinter owner that assured me it’s worth the drive to Sacramento... I made an appointment several days in advance because it’s a busy shop, I felt relieved right away when I got there... several sprinters there and tons of extra parts around, friendly clean operation... they replaced my belts, dpf sensor and ran a regen on it for a total of 280.00 it passed smog no more eng light and it’s out of limp mode with tons of power and sounds beefy like it should..Not many mechanics know what there doing on these sprinters and many will jus replace everything while ripping your head off while they reach around with there other hand into your back pocket... I feel so fortunate that I know this place now and it’s only 150 miles away... the guy who referred me said he would gladly cross 3-4 states to get there and so would I... a must know shop if u have a sprinter!!!!!!!!

I would keep my feet away from this place!I did all the way from Reno to Sacramento, with Greyhound for about 5 hours. A Chrysler Town and country 2012 was on my spot after talking with these guys several times to ensure its a trust sell. Fortunately, another buyer found that according to Carfax, the title was salvage and not clean as promised, and as the paper title showed. Its highly likely that the milage (59,000) was reduced. I made the whole way back to Reno, another 5 hours on roads. To say the least, handling this situation was totally not professional and not respectful.

2008 Sprinter Belt Tensioner Froze causing belt to break and pulley damage. Vitaliy came to my house and fixed the issue replacing every worn part involved. Was very thorough and unbelievably fast. I would highly recommend Sprinter Experts!!!
