I had a problem with the transmission in my 2020 Honda Odyssey & it was unsafe to drive. Had it towed to Folsom Honda, Lynn contacted me the next day & had a loaner Odyssey ready for me. The parts were ordered for my car, shipped quickly & repaired in less than a week!I was thankful my car was still under warranty!! It’s less than 2 years old with less than 24,000 miles. I’ve now heard that this is not an uncommon problem for this make/model.My only “complaint” is that I didn’t feel like what went wrong was explained in a way I clearly understood- I always want to know why the problem occurred. I understand that “a part” was replaced, but I’m still not sure what that part was. I don’t think the transmission was replaced, but some part was.I was told that my warranty still covers any problems for the duration of the original warranty. Wouldn’t this new part be covered by a new warranty rather than what’s left of the original warranty??Overall, the service was very good.
Well, My son acquired a new car 2021 in this dalership, unfortunately things have not been as expected. The car in less than a month has been in service for four occasions for various reasons but the worst thing is that no one in this dealership gives reason for anything. the car is taken into service for one thing and is damaged for another. nobody gives a car for rent. nobody ilooks like is responsible for anything. In this dealership. they all answer the same. Bring the car and lets see what it wrong with it I do NOT recommend this dealership. Not at all! for absolutely nothing! customer servixes = 0. Now his car is unable to drive and nobody respond . My son cant ride the car! new 2021. Bring the car to service for something cosmetic and is delivered damaged by the technological system. I do not recommend this Honda dealership.I do NOT recomended this Honda dealership. The car is useless right now. He can not drive the car because is againg damaged.!!!!Loose cables, doors that will open when they feel like it, if the car is secured, the trunk will open, if the car is started the doors will open. and if you drive on the autoposta, the engine cover falls off. Thank God my son is safe. because this is the second time that the engine cover falls off on the highway. and at Honda Folson, nobody knows anything and nobody is reaponsable for npthing! That is the answer we always get from them. Waste of time! So, please give you a favor. Go buy your car sowhere else.

I was in there recently and I was am to get what I wanted for my car and get a new one. Dont love the payments but Anthony Lo and Tom Palombi were good to me and made some magic happen. The service department works hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Friendly personnel. Its always busy at the service department so I got there early on a Saturday morning and was still 12th in line. Was there a total of 2 hours which wasnt too bad.

Very professional and knowledgeable service. The AC in our Honda wasnt working correctly. When we got the call about the repair we were asked if we had purchased the extended warranty. We had, but for the life of me I couldnt find the paper work. While trying to get the info from the dealership we bought it from, Lynn (or service guy) had already found all the info we needed! GREAT CAR, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICEI recently purchased a 2022 Honda Civic and began negotiations online. I told the sales rep, Antony Lo, I was interested and would come the next day. I stayed in communication with him the whole time and updated him on my ETA. At arrival, I was told the care was pre-sold. Then I was told the car was going to be sold to me and the other customer [who was not as serious] would receive the same car from another location.Once the deal was complete, I was told my car would arrive in a few hours. They had decided to have me wait and give the car that I came for to the other customer. In the end, I walked away with the car that was in the lot, but had to return the next day for the Pro Pack to be put on. Note, the vehicle was advertised to already have the Pro Pack.Not only was so much of my time wasted, the sales rep never came came to me once he realized I was upset to complete the purchase. Based on my experience, the floor manager and the sales team took no accountability for their lack of communication and poor customer service.LOVE the car tho :)

I leased a car in July 2021. Took home the car and realized couple of weeks after that they did not give a spare key. Reason was there is a shortage of the micro chip which I understand. I talked to Tom and he said to go in (Aug 21st) and they will give me a regular spare key and will mail the the right one once the microchip is available.I asked my daughter to go there and Honda did not give her the spare key! The only explanation provided was they will mail the spare key.Why did Tom ask me to go there in the first place. What a waste of time and gas!I called Tom 3x already and he is not returning my call at all.Is the service Folsom is providing?????Angelita Martinez

Of course, Honda makes a great car, but it is the quality of service and the outstanding personnel that keeps us all coming back for more. I had two sales people who helped me with my most recent purchase: Vivienne and Michael F. They were amazing! I told them exactly what I wanted and they got it for me. The deal they promised, though I thought it was too good to be true, they delivered exactly what they said they could. The entire experience was actually very enjoyable.

Never had an issue here. They took care of my recall easily and quickly. My only complaint is when you make an appointment online, it doesn’t give them the cue to make sure they have the part in stock. Unfortunately when I arrived at my appointment, they had to order it which left me without a car for a couple days. Make your appointments over the phone and verify if they need to order the part ahead of time.
When my mom was at work during Mothers Day, her purse was stolen. In it was her key fob. We were able to easily schedule an appointment online for a time and date that was convenient. On the day of our appointment, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They washed her car and even gave her license plate frames when we asked about them. Made my mothers day!
My wife and I had a great buying experience at Folsom Lake Honda. Our sales person was Michael Fotis and he was wonderful! We were able to work out the deal over the phone and when we got to the dealer in person the vehicle was exactly as described and sitting up front ready for us to check out. Really good people and amazing service. I went there to get my tires changed since Elk Grove honda told me it has nail in it which can not be fixed, but these guys are so honest and saved me so much. They diagnosed it and told me this can be an easy fix.Their prices are better too compare to other honda dealers, the tires were $10-$15 cheaper.What else you can ask for!!Loved the services and this is the place I’m going to now on for each servicing.

Folsom lake Honda service department is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. The service advisors are rude and very disrespectful. The auto butler service is a joke. DO NOT spend the money on this lousy service. Its basically a spray on paint shiner that they cant even wipe off. They rely on the vehicle owner to thoroughly deep clean the exterior of their car prior to spraying this on your vehicle. They DO NOT follow through with promises made about repairs to your vehicle. They actually used double sided foam tape to reattach window trim instead of using OEM replacement parts on our 1 year old UNDER WARRANTY vehicle.

They diagnosed my window problem expertly, and the cost was just as they said in the beginning. I waited 3 hours, but I expected that as this was an unusual problem. I needed a phone charger which the service tech gave me. I only wish the van for shopping and free rides was running. I come from a town that is over an hour away, and I could be doing errands while waiting.😐

The last time we purchased a car for Folsom Lake Honda was 2013. The process has vastly improved. It was streamlined from a plus eight hour experience to a two and half hour experience. The salesperson and finance manager kept in continuous contact during the process. They were very professional and courteous with a good sense of humor. Great job overall.

John, the service rep who processed my car when I arrived and when I checked out was fantastic. He was polite, amiable, patient and efficient. Everything I needed taken care of was done in a timely fashion.The service rep who set up the appointment three weeks earlier was downright rude. Mind you, it was at the end of the day, so he probably had a rough one. But I did not deserve to be treated in such a dismissive and sarcastic manner. In fact, he was so rude I was afraid to bring my car in for the next three weeks. I was afraid that that particular service person would be in charge of my car. But thankfully, he was not.

Eddie was quite calm and collected while handling my car intake and was able to call me less than an hour later to confirm my transmission fluid and car inspection was completed and my car ready for pickup. I spoke with six workers before, during, and after my maintenance visit and have no complaints about the level of service I received. Shout-out to the guy on desk yesterday afternoon that saw me waiting on someone to deliver my car for pickup and offered to do it himself (thanks).

Service was great! Warner was very nice and helpful. The only downside was that I had to get there at 6:45am to be 7th in line when they open at 7:30am. Maybe allowing appointments to be made for express service would help this.
Only complaint I had was being late to work because my car was at the dealership from 10am to almost 4pm for tire replacements. Shuttle service was not offered due to covid, which is not a fault of Honda. But I am happy with the result. The team that helped me had exceptional customer service and I appreciated how quickly they took my car from me and how quickly they went through the payment process when i arrived to pick up my car. I called to make an appointment to get my car serviced and the lady told me they dont take appointments for standard B1 services and I would have to go through the quick service. She said that the hours were from 7a to 4p. When I arrived at around 215 the service guy told me that they werent taking any more cars and if I expected my car to be serviced Id have to arrive before lunchtime. It was a big waste of my time because the lady could have told me that when I called. Additionally, she was very unhelpful because she couldnt even give me their average service time. I will not ever go to get my car serviced at this Honda.

I bought a Honda Civic 2017 (certified pre-owned) from this place about a year ago. I havent had any issues with it. Been servicing it at the same dealership. Service guys are doing an amazing job. Great customer service and really fast too. I had to do the oil change and transmission fluid change on my car, and it was done in less than an hour, despite of the busy hour I walked in at the time. Everyone was really helpful with all the questions Ive had. Both Ben and Henry were pleasant and so helpful and knowledgeable. But although there are still ample time to buy cars that you really like the duo are so proper and not pushy.
