I have evaluated and bought many cars and motorcycles over the years. I was General Manager of a motorcycle dealership, so I am familiar with the process of selling and buying vehicles, new and used.Having said that, I can say with authority that Mike at EuroStar is one of the best - if not the best - customer-oriented sales people I have ever encountered.Of course he is professional and well-mannered, but more than this, he was immediately attuned to my needs and interests and, though i knew already exactly the car that I wanted, he reassured me by example and demeanor that I had made the right choice, of the car and of the dealer.Negotiation was simple, straightforward and with no gamesmanship whatsoever.As important as any of that, he was humble. Humble Car Salesman is normally a raging oxymoron, like Jumbo Shrimp.But it fits Mike. He did not know as much as i knew about the car i wanted, and he acknowledged it, but he was completely willing to help answer questions that i could not possibly have answered myself, no matter how much I knew.Like whether the parking assist on the car actually worked. I was two hours away, and couldnt test it myself.Well... he did... for his first time trying it... live and on the phone with me.And when he enthusiastically said it worked like a charm, I believed him.And when my wife and i tried it, it in fact worked like a charm.So did our interaction with Mike, for which we are deeply grateful.I know how many things can go wrong in a used car purchase, with the best of intentions on the part of the salesman.With that insight, I can say that this was just about the perfect car-buying experience.Of course it didnt hurt that the car is beautiful and in almost pristine condition, and that the price was more than fair.But what made the real difference was that Mike was and is completely worthy of the trust that his demeanor and behaviour engendered.Thanks Mike, for being excellent.Thanks EuroStar, for having him.Cheers,Victor

I ordered a meeting through the web site at 2 pm, about evaluating my car with a surcharge for buying another. I answered in the morning you will pay in cash or through bank financing. I answered it all depends on what we agree on and thats it. I took time off from work came at 2 oclock in the afternoon but someone unexpectedly did not even warn me that they would close earlier. I decided to call but did not pick up the phone. write me a message how can I help you? nothing that I have a meeting for 2 hours? everything is somehow not organized. the car was not even washed, it was not prepared for the arrival of the buyer, so I left.

They forgot I had an appointment at a certain time knowing I was driving from Fresno to sacramento, the negotiations were dry, the guy was a new salesman I mean he seemed nice but didnt give you that new car lot family feel, I left disappointed, but maybe others had better experiences than I did

Mike Kucherenko is an outstanding salesman: hes enthusiastic without being pushy; hes very friendly but not phony, and knowledgeable but not overwhelming with information. We did not feel pressured at any time.The lot is relatively small, and the office is simple, but all the inventory appears well cared-for. They carry a considerable variety of cars, specializing in European and Japanese brands. We found an immaculate 2008 Toyota and had it checked out by an independent mechanic, who determined that it was in excellent condition. Mike was well-organized and completed our paperwork, including the DMV registration, all in a short time. He truly made the sale.The whole experience was a good one and I am happy to recommend this dealership.

Purchased a truck and negotiated to have navigation activated at Dodge dealership. All was fine until Warranty work was done. Dealership replaced nav/radio unit and found no navigation was registered to truck and could not re-activate. After several conversations with Eugene owner of Euro star and producing proof of the purchase/navigation he refuses to help remedy, saying he cannot locate our salesman for confirmation. He stated they take Vehicles to Elk Grove Dodge yet Dodge has no record of our truck. Folsom lake Dodge stated the unit replaced was not original, We now dont have navigation and are out $600.00 We negotiated! Do not trust these people and their shady illegal dealership! Looking forward to seeing you in court Eugene!

I wanted to start by say that this was the BEST Car Dealership experience I have EVER had!! And I have owned 9 cars throughout my ife.(oops! I just aged myself.)I started talking to Mike about 2 weeks ago about a honda civic. He has been very helpful and genuine and patient.I Never felt that this was a high pressure sale in any way. Which made my experience more comfortable and enjoyable.Mike was very honest and transparent through the whole process.. He spoke to the owner several times to help me out and the owner seemed very sympathetic and genuinely concerned with what was best for both parties. I have only good things to say about my experience purchasing a 2011 Toyota Highlander Hybrid from Eurostar Auto Sales. Mike (the salesperson) was extremely accommodating and responsive from the get go, staying in close contact with me for the week that it took to get my vehicle ready to be shown/test driven. Then, he worked it out so I could take it to my mechanic in Auburn (where I live) to have it checked out. He was professional, friendly, and very easy to work with, and I will definitely consider Eurostar again when I need to purchase a vehicle in the future.

WOW. THE BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR. My review is long, but a Must-Read for anyone buying a car!!I am recovering from an illness during which I wasnt able to work for over 2 years. My credit is destroyed. I am working hard to rebuild it and it is NOT easy! I have a decent job again and was spending so much money on rental cars, Lyft and Uber it was ridiculous, I needed a car. I went to several dealerships claiming to be able to finance anyone, and no one could - even Paul Blanco (except with horrible terms). I was referred to Mike at Eurostar, and I dropped by without much hope. I told him my situation and that I understood if he couldnt help me but had nothing to lose asking. I left pretty sure I wouldnt hear from him ever again. Boy was I wrong.Let me begin by telling you that the vehicles on the lot are absolutely beautiful. Its obvious that they select only the best, and they have a lot of pride in the appearance of their inventory. I did not expect to see such beautiful cars, and their prices are very fair. When I received a phone call a few hours later from Mike I was sure he had bad news, however he was calling to tell me that he was able to get me approved for a beautiful 2017 Ford Focus. I was shocked and thrilled. The payment was high, but I assumed I had no choice because I have such poor credit and so I signed the contract. I just couldnt believe he even could find financing for me. I was to take delivery of the vehicle the next day, but I woke up in a panic in the middle of the night thinking about that payment. I pretty much figured that since I signed the contract I couldnt back out and anyways, with challenged credit it was probably the only way I could get approved. Still, I texted Mike the next morning to express my concern and to ask if he would or even could work with me on different vehicle to get a lower payment.Four hours later I was again shocked when Mike texted me back. He reworked the deal, and qualified me to buy a GORGEOUS 2012 Acura TSX with a much lower monthly payment, shorter loan term and the same down. He also arranged for me to split the down payment up over a 30 day period. The transaction was seamless, painless and fast, too!I definitely felt Mike had my best interests at heart. He didnt sell me a car that was going to overextend me, and was genuinely happy to have been able to help me - and I mean that. He is one sharp guy. I was embarrassed and humiliated at other dealers, NEVER was this the case with Mike. He is calm, cool, collected, honest, positive and genuine. I was treated with respect and truly felt valued.A year from now when my credit is built up I will buy my dream car, and I wont ever go anywhere else or buy from anyone else. For now, my new vehicle is just PERFECT and I wish my commute was longer, lol!

Unprofesional Place, I recieved a junker, I knew it would have cosmetic issues, but came to find out it need brakes, tires, check engine light came on, etc. Overpayed for something that dont even work, Id advise using as a last resort as I did.
