Our Jacuzzi Spa got carefully delivered and timely installed today. Chris recommended our spa and few days later it was our backyard. Everything runs like new and budget friendly. What an amazing experience! To think I almost spent 3x as much money on a new spa, when I got a refurbished one for 1/3 of the price! It came with a new motherboard, new pillows, stairs, cover and butler to lift. Plus Chris replaced a cracked side panel and all new components inside that had aged. The tub was polished and a video sent from both the showroom and how to operate it once I got it. He again followed up with all my questions regardingchemicals, which he also gave me, Delivered timely and sent directions for my electrian. Short answer- Chris is a great guy who sells high quality hot tubs at a fair price. He delivers it where you want it, walks you through the ins and outs of the tub and always replies to texts. Hot tubs are on back order 16-45 weeks out almost everywhere for the foreseeable future. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, Chris is your guy.Longer answer- My wife and I bought our first house earlier this year and I was exited to buy a hot tub for us and our two kids right away. I started researching tubs online and found that they were all 16-45 weeks out. So I visited a couple local dealers and found out the same thing. 16-45 weeks out and they cost $15K-30K+. So I visited a few local refurbished dealers. They each had a few tubs from $5K-15K that were 10-20+ years old pieces of junk that they did an ok job refurbishing. Then I stumbled across NorCal Spas. They had tubs that were only a few years old that had been perfectly maintained and refurbished. I reached out to them and Chris replied right away. He was super helpful and easy to talk to and delivered it to the spot I wanted in my yard within a week. He walked me through the tub and the chemical process and has been easy to get ahold of for a couple q’s since then. I recommended him to a friend of mine a couple weeks ago and he did an awesome job for him as well so I decided to come on here and write my first review ever to help him out because he deserves it and so do you. Don’t bother looking anywhere else, Chris is your guy.

Just want to say... Chris and Nor Cal Spas is the place to purchase your hot tub! We were able to pick one of the refurbished tubs in his shop and have it delivered within 4 days! (New tubs were 5-6 months out at retail stores). We did have an issue however, Chris was very quick to respond and the tub has been working great! The whole process was quick and easy . His workers that brought the spa KRIS and the other guy were polite, friendly and hard working . They loaded up my old spa and hauled it away too. I feel I got the top of the line spa ( on it’s amazing like a deep tissue massage ) for a great deal . It’s refirbished but you’d never know . I’ve already been recommending them to all my friends . I never leave reviews because I am too busy, but I am making the time to leave a review for NorCal Spas because I am so impressed by Chris consultative approach, knowledge and overall customer service.I had A LOT of questions and almost bought a new spa (I had to buy a plug and play and was concerned that it would not get hot enough, didnt understand the electrical source was correct....etc. etc). Chris was so patient and knowledgeable and answered all of questions so that I felt comfortable and educated about my purchase. On delivery day Chris and his team brought the spa through our very narrow gate and installed it at my house on time, with no difficulty and before I knew it was enjoying my amazing spa.I am so glad that I went this direction - so much better to have a high quality rebuilt hot springs spa than a cheaper new spa. The spa is hot, the jets work great and I would recommend NorCal Spas 100% for their high quality work and products, service and why not support a local honest business that is working so hard? My friends who have gone with different approaches are all jealous of my spa - it was a GREAT decision. Five stars for sure!

Chris sold us a spa a on 6-15-20.The experience was great as he has kept his word on delivery and set up. He and his staff showed up after we purchased the spa and put it exactly where we wanted it. It was a no hassle sale and we are super pleased with our purchase. We did visit a few other spa dealers prior to finding Norcal Spas but Chris was honest with us and we could tell. Chris ordered some new pillows for the spa but the virus has them on back order. Chris has promised to send them as soon as he receives them. Chris and his crew went above and beyond to work with us! He even came out to Reno for free to help us fix an issue we were having. Turns out it wasn’t even an issue with the spa, but the way our electrician wired things at our home. He fixed the wiring for free and got everything running perfectly in minutes! So I found Norcal spas on Craig’s list and at first I was skeptical. They are the real deal. Chris and his guys were AWESOME! I live in Reno and they brought this spa from Sacramento and did delivery and set up included in the price. Try find that in Reno. Kris was super responsive and basically any issue I had he took care of. I highly recommend Norcalspas.

I found Chris on Craigslist and also fb market. I had the best experience dealing with Chris and him helping me find the perfect hot tub. I didn’t even have to travel the 1 1/2 hours to see his inventory because I told him what I wanted and he sent me 2 choices of exactly what I wanted with videos of him showing that it worked beautifully. They delivered it to my home and 5 months later I am still enjoying my hottub! It looks brand new and works perfectly. I am recommending him to everyone I know that wants a hottub. Why buy brand new, which my friend did and paid $11,000 for, basically, the same hot tub I got for more than half that price delivered! Very trustworthy and responsive to all my questions. No regrets!
