Amanda was so patient and awesome!!! Answered all my questions, very knowledgeable, extremely polite. Not once did she try to “hard” sell or push. I went to many other hot tub stores only to return and give Amanda our business. Others were very pushy and way overpriced and delivery dates 6 months out. Amanda had ours delivered the first week after purchase. Thank you Amanda!!!

Amanda was great! We went into many other local hot tub dealers and were very disappointed. Many were charging way above retail and said hot tubs were in high demand, so no deals, and 6-8 month wait if we were lucky. Our experience with Amanda was amazing. She has tubs in stock and those that were not in stock, had only 1-2 week wait. We bought an Eco-Tub, she had it in stock and delivered in less than a week. It could have been sooner but we were not ready. Her prices are absolutely fair and NO UPCHARES!! The stairs, chemicals, cover, delivery was all included. I can tell you no other dealer does this that I saw. No hidden charges. Amandas delivery guys were so nice and professional. They were prompt, answered all our questions and even helped us move the tub into the perfect position. If you are looking for a hot tub, dont go anywhere else. We have owned tubs previously and this was the best experience we have ever had.

My husband and I are so glad we stopped by the Hot Tub Warehouse and spoke with Amanda. Though I really wanted a hot tub, my husband was concerned about the cost of maintaining and heating the tub. After she showed us the Eco Spa with the hard cover that keeps the heat in, my husband was excited about getting a hot tub, too! They took away the old tub that was here when we bought this house, and delivered the new Eco Spa on Saturday. It is now Wednesday and we have used the new hot tub every night since it was delivered. Though you can use either 110v or 220v, we opted for 220v. We filled the tub and it reached 100 degrees in a matter of a few hours.The shell and hard cover are made out of high density polyethalene which retains the heat and has a lifetime warranty. When we get out of the tub, we lower the heat to 90, but the temperature only drops about 3 degrees with the top shut tight overnight. It wont take much electricity to keep this tub hot!The jets are powerful and each of the 4 seats has a slightly different feel to the jets, but we both enjoy using all of the 4 seat. Well usually stay in a seat for about 10 minutes and then switch to another.We absolutely love our new hot tub!

Absolutely amazing experience, Amanda was super knowledgeable and helpful and the fact that we didnt feel like we were at a state fair with 25 sales people telling me that the other guy is doing wrong was very nice, the Eco Spa is what we knew we wanted just seemed like it was far more expensive than others yet with all included Cover, Steps, LED lighting, Ozone, Delivery and 3 months chemical supplies all included was way less than could have imagined and Most importantly they are in stock and can deliver pretty much immediately. Purchased a ECO SPA E3 FOr our family 2018 Christmas The installation and support has been superb, above and beyond. Needless to say, we have enjoyed the spa immensely. The bubblers are very relaxing and soothing, along with the soft LED lighting. Dave is the Best! Thank Guys!

I am a true believer and supporter of Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse and here is the basis of why. We have an older hot tub, the Ecospa 3, it was there when the house was purchased, a real quality spa, with a hard cover, it’s about 6 years old. Well a few weeks ago, the motherboard decided to have problems.I called Amanda at the Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse to find a solution. I have a lot of knowledge and experience with pumps, and motherboards, so I asked for a replacement. Amanda explained that I could install it myself and gave the part number, cost and the website to order it. I wanted to keep my business local, but I had no choice, I had to buy from the website. Amanda told me everything I needed to know about the entire process of ordering, removing, installing, and how to troubleshoot, OVER THE PHONE!! Without once looking at a manual, or a web page. Well I was impressed and want to do more business with Amanda.Well the part arrived and I installed it yesterday, everything was working fine, but the spa was not heating up. Just one phone call to Amanda and she knew what the solution was and walked me through it, in 15 minutes it was fixed, and it one hour the spa was heating up. Again she is relying on her wealth of expertise and skills, she has mad skills!! I can’t thank her enough and will exclusively be doing business with Amanda.She didn’t have to do any of this, we were not the original buyer, and she could have shoved us off to Ecospa, but she didn’t. We always get our shipments right away! Amanda is an excellent customer service rep. Also, she is very knowledgeable and has helped us solve a few problems we had when we simply turned off our spa. We didnt realize you needed to empty it when it is just shut off. Thanks to her, we solved our problem. The spa salts are wonderful also! I highly recommend them.

We purchased our E2 hot tub from Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse over 2 years ago and love it!! We have moved house twice since then and relocating it has been a breeze with only the need for a flat surface to place it! Renaming economically on 110V this compact little unit retains its heat and requires only nominal maintenance. Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse have provided excellent service support on the (rare) occasion that we needed to contact them. We have the hot tub for over a year. Everything operates smoothly. No maintenance issues. Power usage is much lower than our previous tub. Really like the hard cover and sealed bottom.

Hello all,Sac Hot Tub Warehouse has been awesome - my hot tub is awesome. Anytime that I had called them with any questions they have either answered the phone or have gotten right back to me. Their customer service is excellent - I bought my hot tub at a fair in Paso Robles CA over a year ago and I still call them with questions that I have - I just think about different thing - not that there are issues with my tub - and they get right back to me if they dont pick up - usually call a cell phone. I did my homework and researched hot tubs prior to buying this one - had better options and a much better price - got more for my dollar. We love it!!! Wouldnt buy anything else!!!

Love the hot tub. Especially the hard cover. Customer service has been awesome. Experienced a mechanical problem and they had the replacement part overnighted and made arrangements for the repair within a few days. No problems since. Tub is a year and a half old and looks brand new.

Great as usual!! We have been going to Dave Clark/Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse since our landscape contractor first introduced us to Dave in 2007. Dave helped pick out the spa and since then we get all of our spa chem supplies and accessories from him. I call and tell him what I need and he has it shipped out that day.Dave has a great team to techs to do house calls when something needs to be serviced or repaired. When this spa wears out, I will get my next one from Dave at Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse also. I have great confidence in his products and his service after purchase is outstanding!!!

Love our Eco hot tub! Electricians that did wiring said pump, everything out of sight is high quality. They felt the one-piece poly frame was a real plus over wood. We love the folding hard top! Opens, closes very easily and we are both in our 70s. You can buy a cheaper hot tub BUT not a better one!Amanda at SHTW was awesome. So were delivery guys. Tub was delivered to So Oregon and coordination was flawless. We highly recommend SHTW.

We purchased the ECO Spa for our daughter who had a heart and lung transplant in 2014. The filtration system has been superb and with the low amount of chlorine she is not inhaling toxic fumes with her new lungs. The hard top keeps it hot with not much leakage which helps on the energy bill! Would highly recommend it.

Tub is great for warm weather. The hard cover is easy to use, but not of great quality. Top surface became wavey after summer. Then winter comes and the heat loss is unacceptable. Melts enough snow on surface that icicles form all the way to the ground. There are 14 recesses that are not insulated, so you get bare spots on surface over every one where the snow is melted. I would avoid this tub if you live in a cold climate. Warm climate it would be a great tub.

I could not be happier with our experience and the purchase of our new Eco Spa from Sacramento Hot Tub Warehouse. We live up above 4000 in the Sierras and have absolutely no issues with snow load or loss of heat problems that the previous post has implied. We got our spa delivered last August amd use it daily. Looking forward to many enjoyable years ahead with this spa.

Purchased in Sept. Within a year, the spa started making a high pitched whine. Called in July for warranty service and was told someone would get back to me. Never happened. Called again in August and was told someone would be out the next week monday or tuesday. No one showed. Still waiting to have my pump changed out before the warranty expires. The service provided by this store is awful. Once they get your money, you are history.

We have been pleased with our EcoSpa hottub. Dave addresses issues in a timely manner; however, we have not experienced any significant problems at all.

Once I contacted them they took care of the situation right a way. VERY HAPPY!

Be careful of people who switch businesses every 5-10 years. Help with issues can become a problem.

I needed new jet directors. They ordered them and mailed them to me imediaty with no charge. Unheard of!
