We buy all of our appliances at Maidencreek and have always been happy with the various purchases. Even better, the service after the sale is outstanding. Today, Michael Yarish repaired our freezer for a broken ice maker and door handle (our refrigerator/freezer is probably our oldest appliance dating to the 1990s). We couldnt be there so my 85-year old father let Michael in to do the repairs. Michael called us 3 times to update us on every step of the repairs and let us know when he was finished. Maidencreek TV and Appliance is truly a full-service store. Great job!

This place is five-star from start to finish. Sales rep Al was fantastic. Down-to-earth, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, he worked hard to get us the best product in a timely fashion, and for a great deal. We highly recommend dealing with him, although everyone on the Maidencreek team is wonderful. The delivery men were also professional, friendly, highly skilled, and knowledgable. They took great care when delivering and installing our appliances, as well as removing our old ones, so as to prevent any damage to our home. We will definitely be back in future and will recommend Maidencreek TV and Appliance to all our family and friends.

Recently stopped in to purchase a new washer and dryer for our new home. Our sales rep, Brandon, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to recommend the perfect set to match our needs. He was friendly, thorough, and professional during our encounter and could answer any question we asked him regarding our purchase. The staff at Maidencreek has always been a pleasure to do business with and Ive been going to them for all my in home appliance needs for the last 7-8 years. All of the products I have purchased from them are still working and in good condition, a true testament to the commitment they have in selling quality goods, unlike the cheaper made appliances you tend to find at big box stores. I remodeled my kitchen during the pandemic. Unfortunately Maidencreek appliance was shutdown and I had to order thru home depot. Home depot kept pushing back my delivery date and couldnt tell me when I was going to receive my appliances. I called Maidencreek who is now opened and talked with Al (awesome guy) and got the ball rolling. I then dealt with Kim (another awesome person) and within two weeks I received my appliances. Even with the pandemic causing everything to be delayed due to minimal production, Maidencreek jumped through hoops and gave me everything I asked for. This operation is second to none, professional, courteous, honest, trustworthy, dependable and knowledgeable. If you are shopping for anything please give these guys a call I know you wont be disappointed.

Bluestar FBFD360 counter depth refrigerator we purchased from Maidencreek Appliance iis a wonderful product. Maidencreek delivered on time. It is quiet and has the quality we have been searching. The drawers are smooth and easily open. The counter depth allows access to everything. Would recommend to anyone.

My parents bought a brand new Whirlpool washer that does not dispense the fabric softener. They have it ONE day! Maidencreek would not send someone to look at it and they would not take the washer back. The salespersons appearance was dirty and he was rude when they called with questions about the malfunction. There was no warning of not being able to return the appliance if there was a problem. Do not buy from them!
They work with you on a one on one basis and they are extremely knowledgeable on the products.
I only have the best things to say about Maidencreek TV and Appliance and the employees. I ended up here last when I should of came here first and I ended up here because how bad Lowes and their delivery service XPO screwed us over but you can read that review and other ones similar on right here on Google. So we talked on the phone first and we came right over and found the exact same fridge we bought at Lowes which they never showed up to deliver as promised, anyway Maidencreek tv and Appliance matched the price to the other stores and the same as taking away my old fridge. The Kathy our salesperson was absolutely awesome, not pushy but very helpful and friendly, extremely knowledgeable answering all our questions and than some. It would of taken us 15 or 20 minutes tops for the entire transaction if we didnt chat, but for once it was a pleasure speaking with Kathy and everyone that worked there. Unlike other places. They have a great quality of affordable products as well as having the very top of the line high end products. The financing was definitely affordable too. Plus Ive never had anyone be so kind as to offer my wife and I a loaner fridge free of charge until our new one arrives at no charge. That is how you take care of your customers. Everyone is amazing. We bought the fridge today (7.14.20) and is scheduled for delivery Friday morning first thing and will install as well and take our piece of junk Samsung that broke in a few years. We couldnt be more pleased and Ill update the review after delivery Friday. Ok, first thing Friday morning at 8am we were called and given a window between 8:30am and 9:00am. A 30 minute window and they were here in that exact time frame. You dont get any better than that. They were here about 8:35 with our new fridge. They looked it over with us to make sure all was good and it was. They removed our garbage Samsung fridge and installed the new one. Everything was perfect. The delivery guys were awesome and went through everything just to make sure all our questions were answered. They were very professional and friendly and took pride in their work. Something I really respect. Maidencreek TV and Appliance is a 10 STAR business. Ill never go anywhere else for another appliance. Thank you very much to Kathy, the delivery guys, and everyone at Maidencreek TV and Appliance for a superb job well done, going above and beyond for us. You all are definitely top notch in every aspect. So for your next appliance please go there, they wont disappoint.
We have exclusively purchased all of our appliances from Maidencreek until today. Today was our first experience with their service department and we will never shop there again. We purchased a new few fridge and freezer 10 months ago. Two weeks ago our ice machine stopped working. I called for a service appointment then turned it off. (We had previously attempted raising the bar to turn it on and off and it still didn’t work).Today they called to confirm they were coming and then immediately told me that if the problem was related to instillation or set up it would not be covered. I reminded them that they delivered, set up and installed them so that if the ice machine was broken because they set it up wrong then they should cover it.The man arrived. Turned the ice maker on. Looked at me and said. See it works fine. I attempted to explain over and over that despite turning on it was not making any measurable amount of ice and that I only turned it off after I called for service. Despite my best efforts to explain this to the tech (he refused to admit it was not working because it turned on and made some noise). (No ice was coming out even while he was there). He then told me since it was a useless call I needed to pay 99.95 for him to come out. I refused since it’s obviously still broken, not making ice and they are refusing to properly assess or fix it.He called his service manager and she just kept repeating the same thing. Since it made noise and turned on it wasn’t broken, despite producing no ice in two weeks, and I needed to pay. I attempted desperately to explain that it was broken however they both refused to acknowledge that. My guess is that they are trying to wait until my warranty expires on February 4th.So very sad. We always shopped at Maidencreek over the big chains because I believed in supporting small business and genuinely liked our salesperson. I would hope the owners read these reviews because there is a strong pattern of 5 star reviews for sales and 1 star for service.I have never been treated this terribly by a company that I have purchased literally every appliance in my house from.Update. They did call us, came back and fixed the ice machine while still under warranty. I updated my rating because they did make it right. I will shop there again but will definitely be cautious with their service department.
Stopped by today to see about a washer and dryer. The staff was friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to answer my questions (Im an engineer. I ask a lot of detailed questions.)They are a little more expensive than your big box store but they also include more of the installation in their price than a big box store, and they service what they sell. No dealing with mega corp.s, in my experience, less than stellar customer service. All said and done, I think the price difference worked out to be well under $100 total for both units. Well worth it to deal with a local guy in my book.

I have always had great services from Maiden Creek appliance. The staff has always been very helpful and they make good if there are any issues and make it painless. Prices seemed to be a little higher than big box stores, but I have been able to work a little better deals and add warranty to offset the price a little closer.

I needed to replace two appliances. Terry helped me. Especially needed a coil electric range. They had the perfect over the range microwave. The installation went well. I give credit to Roger. I highly recommend this place for replacement of appliances, etc.

Regarding the issue of returning parts of the 1 star reviewer below:I also ordered a part for an oven. They made it very clear to me that once opened, the part was not returnable. I spoke with a very helpful technician who advised me of the possible issues as I was concerned about safety as well. I chose to go ahead and order the part at my own risk. People who complain about these policies do so because they are trying to bully the business into giving them refunds. They conveniently forget what was told to them about the policy. They should be happy someone will special order and sell them the part so they can try to save money on repairs and avoid purchasing all new equipment. Sometimes it doesnt work out. Be an adult and deal with it without leaving babyish 1 star reviews.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICEI purchased a washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher from Maidencreek Tv & Appliance Inc 4 years ago for my new home. I have had nothing but problems with every single piece. They charge $99 to just to show up to look at problems. Then when the warranty runs out the bills get larger. Very large. I had so many calls on my microwave that I spent more than the microwave was worth and ended up buying a new one from another store. It was only two years old. I recently called about my extreme disappointment and talked to a manager after I employed another repair service to fix my refrigerator. Maidencreek could not come out quickly and I was without a fridge. The other company told me it was a short in the wire harness and could not be fixed. The manager at Maidencreek left me a message about making this right after explaining this all to the women that answered the phone. Making it right means he would have charged me $40 not $99 for the service call. And customer service after the sale equated to sorry about your luck, you should have purchased the extended warranties. I should have dealt with another company. The sale itself was an enjoyable enough process. It is the support of what they sell after you leave the store that is deplorable. I can not recommend this company after how I have been treated over the last four years. I was actually told we just sell the stuff, I dont see what more I can do. Shame on you Maidencreek. Take my advice and give your money to a company that stands behind the products they sell. Not just sells you something and sends you on your way.

Bought a very nice Electrolux bagless vacuum from them . Very disappointed when I stopped in for a filter for the vacuum . Took a while to find out they dont have one, no offer to help get one ? So much for service .
A week ago I called the store and ordered a part for my washing machine, the washing machine ended up too damaged for repair I returned the part which was NEVER used (returned it in 100% original condition). The lady said it would take one or two days to refund the money and here I am waiting 5 days later with no refund, they are ignoring my phone calls, and they have the part. After this experience I am never doing business with them again and will let my friends and family know to avoid this place.
My wife and I were considering a kitchen renovation and decided that part of our budget would be dedicated to upgrading the range. We were referred to MaidencreekTV and Appliance and decided to at least explore the option before going to Lowes, Home Depot, etc. We were immediately greeted and assisted by One of their sales associates (Terry). I could tell right away that he was giving my wife the right answers she was looking for and explaining the ins and outs of each individual range. To make a long story short, we ended up leaving having ordered not only the range, but a new matching refrigerator and an above the range microwave. They showed us a price comparison of the same product at the top retailers in our area and we couldnt believe how much we saved. We were extremely satisfied with the sales process, the amount of service, and the professionalism of their installers. I would absolutely recommend Maidencreek TV and appliance to anyone looking to upgrade their appliances. Thanks Maidencreek!
