They were great! Had a minor fender bender fixed. They guided me through the whole process, had the rental car waiting for me at drop off, texted me regularly with updates, and left the car spotless. Oh and the body work was perfect too. While I hope I never have to go back, I highly recommend!

I used Auto Body Clinic when a insurance claim required me to have my car fixed from physical damage. They took care of everything and kept me updated all along the way. Theyvhad everything taken care of all the way. They even had the rental car ready to go when I dropped it off. It was even done sooner than expected. Place is absolutely fantastic. I got rear ended and brought my car to Reading Auto Clinic. Karen, Jim, and Hahn were awesome throughout the entire process. They worked with my insurance provider, got me a quote, ordered parts and repaired my car all within 1 week. The customer service was terrific and I was texted updates throughout the way. I went there on the recommendation of a friend. Not disappointed one bit. Very helpful and professional. They really made me feel like the customer came first. I hope I dont have to see an auto body shop again but this will be the I will go to from now on.

A deer tan into my car and it took about 5 weeks to complete. Car looks good but a little slow if you ask me.

Completely painless process of having my car repaired after an accident. They offered to assist in arranging a rental car. They took my vehicle even though I didnt make an appointment. When they didnt have the appraisal from my insurance company they contacted the insurance company directly so I didnt have to. They offered to contact me by phone, email, or text. They texted me updates and gave me an accurate completion time estimate. When additional damages were found they contacted my insurance company directly and informed me without needing any action on my part. My vehicle was returned with all repairs done perfectly and more clean than my car had even been before. One of the finest businesses I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

I have had my car fixed there several times. I have an old highlander that is really great but has the wear of a 12 year old car. I needed to have the front bumper attachment brackets replaced (inexpensive job). They fixed that and also heated up the fiberglass and fixed an unsightly indention on the right side of the bumper - really nice not to have that rather large blemish (no charge for that, it was just taken care of as it wasnt in the quote) - unusual for work to be done out of pride these days, it bothered them when this was some work that could be done with a little extra effort to make things look better.I got my car back thoroughly cleaned including the wheels/tires. Treated my car like I had brought in a Lexus. Thanks for the great service.

Unfortunately lately I have run into careless drivers twice, the last time being this past week. I cannot say enough good things not only about the workmanship but also the way I was treated by everyone there...this is really a super place!

I had my car repaired here after I was hit and it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful and the work is great! You could never even tell I was hit. I was really impressed by the painting.

Had rear bumper repaired there years ago. Paint peeled within months, they used woodscrews to attach the bumper to the bracket (hidden from view but still!!) and used one-time insert clips for the trim pieces (making them incredibly difficult to remove again) rather than the twist-pull OEM fasteners. Ill definitely go elsewhere next time.
