This was the old Baldwin Brass Building and old pieces of the structure have been redesigned in creative and pleasing displays using plants. The cars on display are original and unique, also! I applied for a vehicle online. They didnt approve me with my 1st down-payment offer which was $4,000 on a $15,800 vehicle. Said I need a cosigner. I said how much do I need to leave down, the 1 guy said hed find out. Never did, so I called spoke to the financial guy. He said ok ill see with $7,000 down. Ill call you before today is out. Bottom line I wanted the van that I went up to $7,000 to put down. No call back or nothing. If you dont have credit or bad credit this is not the place. They are unprofessional. They dont call you back to even say hey this is this & this is that.

I am not a person who writes reviews or even likes car shopping. I hate buying new cars because I am not a fan of the pushy way car salesmen are sometimes, or the rigmarole that comes along with it. However, given the experience I had at Masano Auto Park I feel this is necessary. My salesman was Jeremy and he was the best! He was very laid back and had no problem dealing with my indecisiveness. After letting me try all the different cars I thought I might like, in the blistering heat might I add. He ended up suggesting the car that I ended up buying. My interactions with rest of the team were just as pleasant. I will definitely go back to them for all my car buying needs in the future, and will be recommending them to all my family and friends.

I had a time crunch and they were able to get me in and out of there with all the papers signed and a test drive in under 90 minutes. Old Masano on Route 61 Horrible experience!!! My daughter bought a truck before she left for the Air Force we found problems with the truck they only fixed some when we went for the final pick up!!! to date we still have not received a part that has been on back order a year before we even bought it..to this day we still have not received the part for the seat and everytime I went in it was always passing the buck just to get rid of me. Being that my grandmother drove for Mr. Masano for years thinking I would have been treated a lot better and taken care of was sadly mistaken. I will never refer anyone there for my daughter who is now serving this country and who is deployed has to deal with a broken driver seat that she can never move!

The whole staff is very willing to go the extra mile for you, with what ever you need. Our sales consultant was absolutely Wonderful!!
