I just had my 2018 Elantra gt in for rock chips and a broken windshield.While it was there they fixed some other damages on my car for a reasonable fee! They handled this very quick and professional. They called every step of the way to give me a detailed update . The work they did made my car look better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend them for any body work !

I hit a deer in November, and got an estimate 11/16. Took the car in on 12/14. Went to pick up the car on 12/18 and was told that it was done but TM hadn’t heard from my insurance company. I called my insurance company and they said that they had to have an adjuster come out and that should’ve been done before taking the car in. I told them I filed a claim on 11/3 and sent pictures and everything required of me. They admitted that it’s theirs fault and said they would give me a rental. After speaking with shop manager Tim Yocum, they agreed to let me pay my deductible and take the car while insurance figures out on their end. I’ll be doing future business with Tom Masano!

I purchased my Ford Explorer 2015 (53,020 miles) at Tom Masano dealership. I have had my vehicle now for 8 months (miles put on 6,320) and within the first week my car battery was bad and car will no longer turn on. Thankfully, they did help by providing me with a new battery. Also, I have experienced another issue with my Ford, there has been a water leak that damaged my sunroof and other parts of my car. My warranty did not cover my expenses and had to pay out of pocket 1,000 plus. I asked if this car had any history on the drains of the sunroof before and I did not get the answer I was looking for. I have not drove this car since it was fixed. I am now experiencing a different issue with my car and its making a loud noise on the passenger side and in the rear drivers side. I have inspected everything from the internal of my car and nothing is causing this noise. I keep hearing this noise inside the passengers dashboard and in the rear. I know if its something serious or the water leak damaged something else, thats going be another expense I would have to pay. I should not be experiencing these issues in 7 months, yes cars do break down or something stops working from it but I honestly car dealerships just want to make their money and could care less what happens next to their customers. I am now dealing with back-to-back issues on this car and regardless of the outcome, I will end up losing money again. I took my vehicle to get this noise checked and they did not find nothing wrong with my car. However, I did get charged a fee of 100 plus dollars for them to look at my car! If you are reading this review, my advice is reviewing the car faxes, bring with you someone who knows about cars, and dont buy a car from here if you are skeptical about the car status. I will never buy a car from here again!
Fast easy estimate for repair
Got estimate for collision repair. It was quick, in and out in about 30 minutes.
My vehicle got side swiped and needed to be fixed. I spoke with Tim Yocum and dropped it off to him. They did a fantastic job and I will be taking all my vehicles to him in the future! The original estimate the other guys insurance gave me was way off and Tim spoke with them and worked it out to make sure it was fixed properly! I greatly appreciated that and highly recommend Tom Masano Collision Center! Thank you all for everything! I was glad to get my girl back all shiny and new!
They always do great work and everyone is always friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough to praise them. Not only did they fix my car, tune everything, but they detailed it inside and out, and they topped off my gas. Great work!!!

Ok, first, if you don’t really like your car, bring it here. However, if you love your car, go anywhere else! I had my bumper replaced, but when I came to pick it up there was a huge scratch on it! They were so rude about it and acted like I was out of line for saying something. It always smells like weed and cat urine when you walk in their shop, and the front desk associates were high at best. I’m writing this review so you don’t make the same mistake as me.

Absolutely NO communication. Minor accident on 12/24, they got the car on 12/26 and its 1/9 and still not done. Insurance will not pay for rental anymore and no ETA on completion, so I am now without a car. Its a brand new Mercedes lease from Tom Masano, but I will never use their collision service again!
Decent job repairing my truck, took way too long
This is our second time there with our Mercedes-Benz and needless to say I am not happy with the service...first time our car was there they actually broke pieces inside of the door panel on a brand new vehicle...also told us our car was finished when obviously when we looked out into the work area our car was sitting still in pieces... And people tell you numerous times that theyll call you back and you never get any kind of correspondence

Wish I could give a negative 1 star.Took my vehicle to collision center on Aug 6th for repairs due to an accident. Everything was ok, despite the length it was taking repairs to be done. Until I called 2 weeks ago to make sure I could pick my car up and was told they cracked my bumper while putting it on and needed to order me a new one. I just found out that they ordered me an after market one and it was the wrong one, and while trying to squeeze it on, it cracked. Was told it would take another week. I then called a week later and was told no, its still not done. Then I was told I could pick it up today. Called again to confirm pick up and was told that nope, someone scratched up my door and they needed to order me another one and it will take another week till I can pick it up. Now Ive used up all my rental 3 weeks ago. Its taken them an additional 3 weeks to get my vehicle done due to their irresponsibility!! I will never take another vehicle there and will never recommend them to anyone. Horrible!!
They do good work on their cars. However, the lines of communication are extremely poor. My car was suppose to be done in 3-5 business days and it took over 2 weeks until I saw my car again. They also quoted me for $1,800 worth of damage, so I was very surprised to find a $3,800 bill.
This is the second car Ive taken to the collision center for repairs. Both times work was incomplete or rushed. They missed simple items. The first time my car was returned they missed a huge dent that was right above the bumper that was replaced. I returned to have the work finished. Then my lift gate would not work, again I returned to get the work finished. The only good experience was the staff being friendly. Work here is rushed and unfinished. Stay away unless you have a lot of extra time to keep bringing your car back to finish the original job.

Horrible. Took them 17 days to submit their estimate to my insurance. 16 day repair took 6 weeks. No communication, my Advisor was never available and I rarely got my calls returned. Dreadful place.
Body shop.great guys.manager Tom is a complete waste of time though, very rude with no respect for customers or his own employees. bypass him at all costs...

Had a poor experience buying a Ford Escape from them. THey gave me a decent deal on the car, but played too many of the typical sales tactics with me: made me write numbers, wouldnt give me a straight answer on the cost of the car, tried to sell me at or above MSRP, didnt give me a good breakdown of rebates and other discounts, plus the sales people all seemed disinterested in really helping me, and we talked to reps for Ford, Mazda and Mitsu all on separate occasions and at separate locations. Worst, they lowballed me on my trade and wanted to offer about half what all the sites said for reasonable POOR trade in value. The final straw was when the salesman began to get frustrated with how much time he had to spend helping me. He said something like I have over 3 hours of my life invested in this and I need to close the deal. Im on commission. Ballsy. Well, sorry. I have over 3 hours invested in this, and you havent done your homework in selling me a car. Plus I PAY your commission retard. Bye Bye.
Quality Repairs, Friendly Staff
My experience with Tom Masano, Inc..is..DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! They do not keep up to their promises!! I bought a vehicle from them and all four tires were bad!! Then I kept calling because my vehicle shook when I applied my brakes, they told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes...that was in February and March, brought the vehicle in for my free inspection...they wouldnt inspect it because it needed brakes and rotors!! I was told that I could have crawled under the vehicle to make sure the tires where good!! How nice..a woman crawling on the ground to inspect the tires when on the sticker in the windshield it claims that all tires were new!! I bought the vehicle in November, complained about the brakes in November, December, January, February, and March and was told there was nothing wrong with my brakes...took the vehicle in August and needs not only brakes but rotors...wow, didnt know you can wear brakes and rotors out in four months, when I hardly drive the vehicle...amazing...so my advise...DO NOT BUY...THEY ARE CROOKS AND LIARS!! AND I BET IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO FEELS THIS WAY BUT NO ONE WILL POST AND IF THEY DO, MASANOS PROBABLY DELETED THE REVIEW.....STAY AWAY.....FAR AWAY.......
