Have an older A51 Samsung Galaxy phone that needed a new screen due to dropping multiple times (my bad for not having a cover And dropping phone and not having photos and data backed up). Could not use, only saw multiple colors on screen. Part needed to be ordered, recd phone in excellent order. EVERYTHING was able to be transferred. Kudos to Cell Experts! PS: Take phone to them before attempting resets you see on YouTube; high chance you could lose data, photos etc if reset is successful! Good idea to back up everything because you never know what might happen or when!

I have a S9 for 3 yrs now and in August i broke the screen, this is my work phone and personal phone, so CPR replace the screen, they told me what it would cost and how long it would take. Everthing cost what they said no surprises, in the time they said it would take 2 hrs..They also told me the phone would lose its ip rating due to being opened. Well 3 months later i forgot what they said and took the phone swimming. The phone dried out but the battery was shot. so I call CPR and had the same great experience. I figured they saved me 250 dollars because that what it would have cost me, above the repairs, to replace my S9I give CPR a 5out 5 rating, great job

My phone was not charging and was fully expecting i would need to buy an new phone. I took a chance on Cell Experts repairing my phone and i was pleasantly surprised that they were able to repair it for a fraction of the cost for a new phone. They did a great job and in a very reasonable timeframe. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Now I see why there are so many negative reviews...left a laptop with overheating problems, was told it was good but obviously they didnt bother checking because it still overheats in 10 minutes or less. Professional and extremely accommodating staff. I broke my phone and went to the cell phone store to purchase a replacement and they were extremely limited on inventory so I googled a screen replacement service in my area and found Cell Experts. I called about repairing my phone, they said they would order the screen to replace it, said it would cost 150. I got there, was told it was 195, and he acted like he was giving me a deal when he offered to lower it to 175. Did the repair in great time, under an hour. Then he gave me back my phone with the back case cracked and said sorry, i forgot to tell you it would crack the back of the phone since it is plastic. SERIOUSLY?!. They then promised to fix the back for free, which they did. Of course, it was inconvenient, but this place cares about customer satisfaction, which is a top priority in my book.

Amazing service! I was just about to give up on trying to fix my iPhone 8plus myself . It was stuck on the Apple logo. I tried multiple times to restore it myself and gave in. I came in specifically asking if they could get picture files off my phone (screen broken) and they didnt upload to cloud. They said no, they couldnt pull files off phone, but if I got the screen repaired, it would get me access to those files. I agreed and they did replace my phone screen HOWEVER they factory reset my phone which wiped out all those valuable photos from the holidays with my family and our cross country trip. I didnt care about the phone.. I just wanted those photos and it makes me sick to my stomach they cleared everything off by factory resetting when I specifically came in just to get access to those pictures. And if factory resetting is their policy, why tell me to get screen fixed in order to access my files? Its gut-wrenching.
