Looking for specific item and able to find it! Big clean and helpful employees.

I love Hobby Lobby, always have. We went to get some new basic oil painting supplies. Didnt need anything too expensive and didnt want to get a whole lot because this is going to be new for us got what we needed and now were ready to start our oil painting tutorials on YouTube.

I called them yesterday and asked if they had a certain item out. The lady on the phone told me yes. So I drove there to get them. Half the store is already full of Christmas stuff. Not what I was looking for so when I asked an associate where I could find tags she replied, well we havent put them out yet but when we start decorating for Christmas we will have them. What a crock.

Its hobby lobby guys... this place has every knick knack patty whack that you can think of, and they are super friendly. If you need any decor... this is the place.

What could I say! Hobby Lobby is always amazing for me, even though at times I get followed by new employees around the store. Im literally there every week and spend a good chunk of change there. But Ill keep coming back because I love the actual store!

Great stuff for all holidays and any type of hobbie crafting snd great pieces and storage spacers for any room in the house.

Always have a great shopping trip here whether looking for arts, crafts, or home decor. It can be found here. Employees go above and beyond to help you find what you need. The only problem is that theres more than 1 type of what you are looking for. But thats a good problem. Definitely recommend more than Michaels or joanns

This place is incredible. Every thing you can think of hobby related. From jewelry to stained glass to model rockets to doll house and painting. They have some awesome themed room decor. Such as baseball, cars, star wars and tons of cool stuff for each genre. They are a little pricey but this is stuff you will not find anywhere else and you will definitely find something unique that no one has for your man cave or your she shed. The store is very clean and have never been led wrong by any of the staff. I love this place

Great experience! They had more picture frames than an Art Gallery.We bought one.I also love their car section. And the rest of the store grabs your attention.

I wish they had electric carts like Joanns I have limited mobility and it hurts my hips to walk so I only go in when I know what I want. Otherwise I would search the whole store and find more things to to buy! Itmos. It is not disability friendly!

Store was fully stocked and lots of options for decor. I came here specifically for glitter to add to my acrylic powders and they had a wide range of colors.

This Hobby Lobby is conveniently located inside a shopping mall that is very close to I-10 freeway. I was going to visit Old Navy and Aldi grocery store. When I saw Hobby Lobby, I decided to check out their spring sale. I got some kitchen stuffs, like pot holders and tea infuser for a bargain! They have a lot of stuffs! They are fully staffed. The place is well organized, and the products are neatly placed, making it easy to locate. The manager opened another checkout line when he saw the line getting longer. The store also played some soothing songs that just happened to be Christian instrumental songs. Parking is never an issue. I will visit this store again.

Get what you need to decorate your place with already crafted items or make make your own for a truly personal touch.

Long lines not because theres alot of people but very slow casher. As I worked in retail myself its important to get your customers in and out but not knowing your product or maybe having a price on the items can slow down the lines. Not sure what was going on at this place but be prepared to wait online for awhile

Hobby lobby is such a big store, and until you discover where everything is at upon each visits need, it’s helpful to be given directions to what your looking for. Yesterday I needed that guidance and the employee I asked was able to direct me to another person who could do that. Customer service is so important for businesses- it makes the customer feel welcome and appreciated at your store, in turn we want to come back and be a part of that community.I also appreciate the attention to helping the customers get in the right line for efficient check out.Another important note: I’ve never run into two employees having a negative conversation or had the unpleasant experience of overhearing foul language spoken by employees.One last mention: being closed on Sunday gives employees the opportunity to attend church; in the sense that if the store were open someone would have to be working on that day, whether a church goer or not, hence all have the day off to go. No excuses! (:

I love Hobby lobby. They have the most up to date decor for reasonable prices. If something isnt on sale be patient it will be soon. If you cant wait there is always the 40% off coupon that is always available. Just make sure you screen shot the coupon before you go in as the wifi is really bad.

The actual store i love however the employees at this particular one always make it obvious they dont want to be there. Very low energy in the store & no greetings.

Love that it is sectioned out so you can stick with a certain theme (ex: all arrows are in one aisle, hearts, paws, fancy iron wall pieces etc.) Picture frames galore competitively priced. This is the place to go if you want to tye dye stuff everything you would need is here, an entire aisle!! If you download their app, theres usually always a coupon for 40 to 50% off of one item of your choice. Went looking for supplies for a project. Found almost everything I needed. Absolutely no help from the limited staff. I had to chase one down just to ask and question, only to be told thatit was in the crafts department. Well stocked for sure, but not the best experience. Big box hobby stores dont get personal service.

U will find almost anything from A-Z that has 2do with crafts but can b a little pricey unless u look 4 sells. But all & all I liked what I saw & spent quite a while there. ☺️

Had to return a lot of items for my sister and the cashier was kind and efficient and did it with no issues.

It took me 3 trips to the San Bernardino Ave. Hobby Lobby just to have their Frame Dept cut a Mat piece for some ART work I was putting together. But, Finally MIKE who works in the Frame Dept. So much to look at and a bit overwhelming for me. Furnishings were nice, but a bit overpriced.

Too much good stuff too look at! I am a homemade card maker, and was thrilled to find bible scripture rubber stamps! Very good supplies of loose card stock of various styles (glitter, designs, etc). A little lacking in the stamping supplies area though. Cellular was pretty bad within the store, had to go to the front to send a text. But Messenger worked just fine.

It is a joy to go to a business that has a good inventory and fantastic employees they are helpful and knowledgeable.

Excellent customer service by Vanessa she really went above to make sure my cross plaques werent going to get broken after leaving the store. Extremely a very clean store well organized and stocked. Even with COVID19 measures in place I wouldnt shop anywhere else.

They have such beautiful merchandise. I was disappointed with the attitude of some of the employees specifically the flower stockers. They made it apparent they did not want to be interrupted.
