If you just want to go here for convenience due to proximity, sure go ahead. Lower your expectation and know that Customer Service isnt their strength.Consistent with some of the other reviewers, this place lacks the basic understanding of customer service. I assume that the responses to the previous complaints are being written by one of the two people (likely the younger one) behind the counter. The older individual was hilariously rude but perhaps doesnt realize it. Its very simple....when you ask someone (especially a customer) a question, you let them finish answering it. Dont cut them off thinking you know exactly what the rest of the sentence will be. Youll regret it when youre wrong. I ended up having to ask the younger person about the second package because the older one just blew me off when she assumed I was making just a drop off.Heres a suggestion. Switch roles and put the other person as the customer facing representative. Im 100% sure that the complaints will go away and youll have 5 stars in no time.

Brilliant customer service. I went there to notarize and send my visa docs. The passport size photos were taken pretty descent. It costed me $60 to take photos, notarize all the required docs and a few print outs. I was also able to ship it via FedEx from there. Overall I received a five star service.

Quickly get our passport photo done. But two photos is $13.99, if you could, you could get it elsewhere.

The last 2 packages I picked up here were opened - blatantly opened. 1 was completely hanging off on one side, the next had branding tape on all 4 corners sliced open with one side completely opened. When asked who opened my packages, I was told we didnt open them and that if I didnt feel safe, I can cancel and take my business elsewhere. When asked to speak to the owner, I was told he is in Arizona and unavailable. Their ONLY responsibility is to accept my packages from the carrier, hold them in a box, then hand them to me. They have broken federal law and violated my privacy twice. I will record my next incoming package pickup with a witness and have taken my business elsewhere.Do NOT come here if you value your privacy.

They go-beyond when I needed to mail various odd-sizes of packages domestically and internationally to accommodate my delivery time preference while also recommending the most reasonable delivery costs with most security.All packages which have been received for both our mail boxes have always been secured. There were a few occasion when delivered boxes were damaged but Harsha was proactive to inform me which I was able to complaint to the original sender. And best arrangement was that I was able to receive credits as a result of poor packaging from the sender. So I know first-hand from a personal experience which Pony Express Mail & Business Center how proactive measures are taken to keep their customers happy.Privacy is important so having your mailbox registered here, you know youll receive all your mails, packages, and boxes with no problem from Harsha and team members directly. Incredibly 50 dollars visa photo and cannot meet visa photo requirement!!!I got more than 10 visas and tried many places/online tools for visa photos. This is the FIRST TIME taking a visa photo charges me 50 DOLLARS. I thought I dont need do it myself, then I can accept it.However, they gave me wrong size digital copy and asked me resize it myself? EXCUSE ME??!! What did I pay for? I paid another 6 dollars for the online tool I usually use to make sure the photo meet the visa requirement.THERE ARE PLENTY PLACES YOU CAN FIND, JUST DONT COME HERE.

We were not happy with the fact that we spent time arguing about the passport application and the photographs unnecessarily, only to be laughed at condescendingly and pompously dismissed that the website need not be followed to the dot. This led to us spending more money and time to ship the documents again, since the passport office asked us to send a different application.It could be that they were trying to help us but sometimes being utterly (condescendingly) sure that one is right even though wrong, might cost others. I hope this doesn’t repeat with other customers.

Ash was so incredibly rude that he decided to switch customers with the another employee mid transaction, because he didnt want to work with me. I was shocked by how little he knew about the passport process, and even when told what needed to be done, he continued to argue and dismiss me, and tell me I could just do it the wrong way like he tells everyone else. I literally went back through my passport instructions after I left, highlighting what it said that he was trying to contradict, to bounce back from him trying to make me feel like a difficult idiot. If it wasnt for the kind employee that was knowledgeable, I wouldnt ever be back.
