Had a problem with a package that kept getting returned as unknown address. That was an error and they did do everything in their power to resend it more then once and add additional postage at no cost to me. They finally got it delivered and there was no reason why it SHOULD NOT HAVE MADE IT TO ITS DESTINATION, BECAUSE A HOUSE IS THERE AND THE ADDRESS WAS CORRECT AND LEGIBLE. I APPRECIATE THEM GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME!

In store help is fast and courteous, unfortunately they dont answer their phone so if you want to talk to someone here you need to visit in person, even if you dont have a package to drop off that day.

The staff there knowingly ignored my federal document, resulting incorrect I9 employment verification. I don’t know why she insisted to ignore me as I pointed out many times during the process.She then tried to cover up by making hidden phone calls to Field Print and told me “they said I am doing it correctly”, which I confronted her lies by double checking with Field Print.Annoyed and embarrassed, she yelled and kicked me out of the store, claiming she is “older than me” so she has the rights to.She referred to the old lady store owner as “mom”. The other darker skin lady working as contractor there looks nice but this daughter is pretty terrible.Is “knowingly lie to customers and ruining their legal documents” a federal crime?============Update after owner response (June 27, 2021):Owner: “We are following Field Print instructions”My response: If so then why this location is the only store that did my I9 wrong? And why Field Print told me such a different instruction from her instruction learned from a “hidden phone call”?Owner: “This happened a couple months ago”My response: I did try posting it a couple months ago. However, given your daughter has seen my SSN and I was experiencing a potential identity theft (someone took out loan from SBA using my name) roughly the same time, I am truly afraid of escalating the matter as I didn’t know the culprit yet. However, now thinking about it, I shouldn’t be so afraid of spreading words, especially if it could help people get their important documents right.Owner: “hope you have figured out your I9”My response: Thanks for checking. Another location did it right in 10 minutes eventually with no questions asked.

Worst experience, never go to this place for passport photos. We came here they told us print on shirt is not ok. The print was much lower down and would not be covered. Actually they were in a hurry to close. It was still 1 hr left for closing time. We had to get the prints done again at wallgreens. They had much better systems in place. Quality of photos was much better at wallgreens. And they gave 4 photos for the same price instead of 2.

This place needs more 5 star reviews. Only people with complaints seems to be submitting reviews. Ive always had good experience. Use it for my shipping needs and Amazon returns. They are always patient and friendly.

Every time I come in here I’m met with a sour employee. During these times you’re lucky to have a business that has business. You close at 3 on Saturday. It was 2:55 by all clocks except yours. Showed the rude woman at the front my phone time, which is accurate. “Nope” she said. Lol. Yep, I say. No one in here smiles, ever. If it wasn’t so darned convenient I’d find another place. The attitude in here will never change, they simply don’t care and don’t have to.

I got there first thing in the morning on a Tuesday to drop off an Amazon return and was the only customer in the store. The employee was warm and friendly. I forgot to put my mask on and feel bad about that. Sorry.

Downright the WORST customer service I’ve ever seen at a UPS (and any other store for that matter). Every single employee I come across seems to (at best) not care about their work at all or (at worst) has a serious attitude problem. Redmond Ridge deserves better than this store. Will not be returning or using UPS if I can help it.

This UPS is one of the worst. I went in there for a I-9 Verification during the COVID-19 pandemic. I got my appointment and I arrived on time at the scheduled time. I waited in line for roughly about 5 minutes and the person told me to wait at the corner of the store without telling for how long I was about to wait. As I stood there, there were customers coming in and out of the store and I was just standing there for another 10 minutes. Fearing I might get infected, I began to get frustrated and I asked someone/anyone at the counter to provide me with an ETA. The owner of the UPS Store was angry at my frustration. She asked me to leave the store and I demanded her to complete my I-9 Verification before i leave the store. She rudely completely my verification and we had a few heated exchanges. This was one of the worst experience that I had with a UPS Store. UPS should not allow this person to run your UPS store and she is not customer focused at all.

Horrible and unprofessional employees and the owner. They don’t know how to talk to the customers. They always show their attitude if you are just dropping off amazon return and you ask them to print the label. If you buy something then they are happy and will show their smiley faces. I’d never go to this location again.

In general, UPS is worse than most of the courier, I have quite a few examples in hand -I have send an urgent important document to SFO (from Seattle) and I took overnight service, the courier reached after 2 days, it seems they have sorted my package incorrectly when it reaches SFO.The other problem is - their Customer Service, Terrible might be an understatement.Extremely dissatisfied with overall UPS experience, these days I only UPS to return Amazon stuff, because Amazon is using them for returning, otherwise I dont use UPS at all.

We started using this UPS Store for all of our printing needs such as business cards, fliers etc. They do a great job and Shannon has been super helpful at this location. We used to use Vista Prints but now we just Call Shannon!

I would rate it zero star if possible. I signed up for a business mailbox a few weeks ago. I need email notifications for incoming mails. But they could never figure out how to do it properly. I have picked up 6 mails so far but never received an email notification. Everyday I had to call in to check if I have got any new mails. Every time I have to complain that email notification is not working. Every time they said they have fixed it and sent me a test email and it may take a while to receive it. OKAY, it has been more than 3 weeks, I have never received any email notifications. I beg them to fix it for me, and I was told well the server is running somewhere in the east coast, go there and fix it yourself if you want. Nice!Just one more thing (still annoying but not as crucial as email notifications), I requested for 2 set of keys. Only got one on the day of signing up. I was told that the other set will be ready in the afternoon. It wasnt. Not even after a week. Not even now, 3 weeks has passed. I still dont know when those keys will be ready.

HORRIBLY RUDE service by Irene!! Not only did she not greet me (I was the only customer in the store) but she spoke to me in short curt one-word sentences. At the end I told her that I wouldn’t be returning because she was so rude and she said “Okay, we won’t see you again!” and walked away. When I asked for her name she kept ignoring me and wouldn’t answer (another employee gave it to me). NEVER going back!! I get 1000% better service at Pony Express in Redmond.

I just love this store and the staff. Yesterday Wednesday, the parking lot was being redone, Terri, Shannon and America stood outside and helped everyone with their packages, and mail. They are the best, they went beyond customer service. I am so happy that the new Manager, Terri, is customer service first. It really shows. Everyone is always so happy and helpful. Thank you for being here.

This store used to be a 5 star when Jack owned it. Weve had our mailbox there since 2008. Jack ran a top notch place. The people there were awesome and friendly! Jack recently sold it and moved south. Its now under new management and the old people are no longer there. The energy there has completely changed now. We wont be renewing our mailbox.

I have been taking my packages to this store for a while now. I brought a return package in, she looked at it said ok. Now 2 weeks later store I got the package from has not even seen a scan for the return. I called the UPS store they said the lady who took my package would call me on Friday because that is the next day that she works. By 3:30 I call the store ask for her and she has already gone home wont be back till Monday. SOL for me. So now I have to wait even longer to find out out about what happened to my package .What do you want to bet she has no ideal why it wasnt scanned so I will be out $111.13 .

Rip off management (aka Anthony) totally incompetent...I use to use this Redmond Ridge UPS branch but from now on will use FEDEX or the dependable and just as fast (but less expensive) USPS. My recent experience at this UPS Redmond Ridge was horrible/horrendous...I shipped a package to Florida and was told by the nice man working that day (I was told he has since been fired) that, for about $100, the package would be delivered by my required date. That, if I wanted to wait a bit longer, it would cost almost half that. I decided to bite the bullet and spend the larger amount to get it there in time. Long story short...the package did NOT arrive but for a few days later than I paid for. I went back to UPS Redmond Ridge to simply be fair and get a credit for the amount of the service that was not provided. Note, I didnt ask for a FULL refund. Only, of course, to pay for the service I received. The so-called manager named Anthony would not stand behind his product and gave me a hard time. I was being fair not asking for anything other than paying for the service I received (in this case did NOT receive). Though he seemed to listen he did not understand my logical business case and how incompetently wrong he was in not making the obvious choice. I left that UPS Redmond Ridge NEVER coming back (I have better choices as I stated). In the end, he lost a good customer (which means $$$) and a few more customers no doubt. After speaking with my credit card company, despite incompetent UPSs Anthonys antics, I received the refund I was entitled to. I simply told my credit card company about the (non) service experience and they agreed with me. Within 5 mins my credit card was refunded with what I deemed the fair amount, not the huge approx $100 amount that Anthony wanted to rip me off for. This guy at Redmond Ridge UPS doesnt stand behind his product & is not customer friendly. He lost my familys business for life and, in addition, I am sharing my experience to friends in this geographic area. He has no idea how much extra $, due to his poor management, this has cost him and his employees. Good luck if you have a problem with his service, you wont get any help for him. So I can feel confident that a company stands behind their service Ill take my mailing needs to the just as convenient competitors and my hard earned $ as well. NEVER AGAIN Redmond Ridge UPS (unless you get rid of Anthony). Hes poor representative of a normally good company and he knows NOT the definition of customer service.

I needed to send an item from usps, and the person in this store said he cannot give me the usps free box because I came with a label from poshmark, even if he gets the boxes for free and he should give it for free, he will not give it unless I print another label from his store so he gets the money of the label.Now I need to find another place that ships USPSTerrible customer service.

Wish I could give a ZERO. So initially I thought the staff here were quite friendly and helpful. The first time i went in at least. We had a few challenges with the materials I needed to print but Shannon was helpful and professional. It was somewhat frustrating that they couldnt print my materials double sided ( such a waste of paper) but she apologized and tried to accommodate my needs. The price was fair as well. I then went in to print work materials this week and had a very different experience. They now have an automated system for printing that charged significantly more than last time ( which was only a couple weeks ago). AND they still cannot print double sided. I was told that they would fix it for me by Anthony( which meant manually printing)...but then he just walked away. Not good customer service at all. And he told me he could do nothing about helping with my concerns because he is only an associate and cant make any decisions. Clearly has not had customer service training - blaming the boss is never good to say to a customer. Shannon then did do the printing for me and said that she would talk with the manager and figure something out about the huge jump in price. This all took extra time which was frustrating. She was supposed to call me back and I have yet to hear from them I have called back 3 times. I get put on hold then am told the manager has left for the day ( very early) and Shannon is never available. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Fine to drop off pre taped packages but dont expect to get help or professional service here. I am on hold at this very minute...hold time 8 mins so far...Clearly the change in management last year has had a BIG negative impact. The old owner ran a VERY different business.....

Had an Apple return. Employee couldnt figure it out. He called manager on the phone and they talked through it. After 20 minutes of waiting, I was told they couldnt figure it out and to come back in the morning. Maybe they would have it figured out then. I was disappointed to see the inability to troubleshoot, follow instructions Apple clearly provided, or call another store or Apple for assistance. Very disappointed.

Im much closer to the Woodinville UPS store but I make it a point to go to the Novelty Hill store whenever I can. Its that much better all around. I cant tell you how many times Ive said Thank You to the lady at the Woodinville store and received NO response...none. And theyre getting MY business. Novelty Hill is open later and goes the extra mile to treat people with respect.
