Terrible service. We came in looking for a new phone case and the guy did not seem interested in helping. He went to grab some of the cases for us but came back and helped someone new without even acknowledging us. Waste of our time. If you need Verizon help I would just go somewhere else.
Michael, the store manager greeted me at the door, and though all agents were busy, he pushed my situation through to a timely resolution. Thanks, Michael! I got away quickly and was able to carry on my workday with my new phone up and running. Expected a long wait but I guess I was wrong!
A 70 yr old grandma who has had Verizon for 10 years. I requested to simply help me transfer data from an old iphone to a newly purchased iphone. At the door I was basically turned away - told the stores havent done that for 5 years. I turn around and left the store feeling upset and very uneasy about doing it on my own at home. Sad that they could not take a minute to help a grandma with her new iphone that was purchased from Verizon.
We went in to try and trade in our phones. Sales associate was not friendly and had an attitude. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Her iPad wasn’t working and she quickly tried to send us away, but she found an iPad that worked once I wanted to talk to her manager. She was also short to questions we had about phones and the process. There were also some discrepancies where we were told they should be able to ship phones back for you for trade ins, but she said they wouldn’t. We ended up leaving and doing it online
Had to wait over an hour just to pay a bill. They didn’t tell me that when I walked in. After half an hour, they said 10 more minutes. Never coming back.
Folks were friendly but their supply wasnt full because they are expecting updated to arrive next month.
Went in to buy new phone as mine sooooo old anyway was met at door by very nice young man and eventually got into store, a young lady helped me and although what I wanted they didnt have they had it sent to me no problem. I received phone couple days later and not trusting myself I went to store to get it set up, now the young man that met me this time was a little off putting and I was about to say I will return phone when the original guy came out, he remembered me and in I went and in less than 15 minutes I was heading out very happy, what a way to change a persons feelings. I have been a customer since before it was Verizon and will say not always had good service there but my last trip was very good, I just wish I remembered their names.
Sales people with poor attitudes, make you feel like they are doing you a favor by doing their job
I was so surprised of the representative who assisted, extremely surprised of how disrespectful and poor services. I had to request to talk to some one else.Im working on getting his name, to make it public and follow up with the company.Never know who will assist you.Not the best place to ask questions.

I would pick a different store if I were you. The staff didnt really seem to know a whole lot and their covid policies are rather extreme.

Plenty of parking. Someone always helps you right away.Today when I walked in, I was unhappy with the telephone customer service agent who helped me order a new phone and accessories package prior to my visit to this store. The agent knew the model of the phone that she helped me order and she sent the wrong size otter box case which didn’t fit my phone.I wasn’t feeling well and now I had to go to the store to get the right size case.At the store, Shannon was excellent. She showed me to a comfortable seat while she went into the back and quiet brought me a nice selection of cases to choose from. I picked out a Kate Spade case, much prettier than anything I could have gotten over the phone.Thank you, Shannon! I’ll be back.
Rob was fantastic, he took the time to answer every question we had and made sure all of our issues were resolved before we left, including making sure my father in law in Sacramento was 100% ready for his new SIM card. Awesome and amazing (rare) customer service, a real asset to your team/Verizon.

I ve been to that store location on more than one occasion and EVERY experience has been terrible to a point that Im cancelling my service and going to ATT where they value their customers, my last visit consisted of the greeter meeti g me at the front door ( took my temp ) and then told me NO APPOINTMENT NO SERVICE!! . FU.. Redwood city Verizon theres probably better customer service at SAn Quentin!! I was a customer for over 17 years ( how much does that equate to!! Fu...them!!

Very good place easy parking and gentle employees. The know what they do and they are very professional. They install shield protection on the phones very well. Good choice of accessories and phones from several brands. I recommend this place.
I have gone to this store a couple of times. The main problems with the staff is their lack of knowledge and slow service. I bought my wife an iPhone as a gift. We took it to this store to have it activated. We were there for almost two hours. First waiting to be seen, then speaking with the rep. The lady had no clue what she was doing. My wife even had to explain it to her in Spanish to try and get her to understand. Nothing against knowing more than one language, but if you are going to work and be a professional, then you need to be fluent in English. Finally, another employee came out to help and we were able to get the ball rolling. Another persons review made a good point, the flashy store design is a poor way of trying to compensate for their lack in service and product knowledge. This is the closest store to where I live, but I will not go there.
Poor service. The door greeter was more interested in being engrossed in his phone than pointing out where in the store the item was I came into purchase. Disappointing at best.

I purchased my Samsung Galaxy S 9+ there with the extra screen protector and they told me that it was fully warranted which it is not. They liedAnd I will never trust them again.Further,When I purchased the phone they told me it would fit in my wireless charger for my 2018 Colorado and it does not. And after speaking with the glass screen protector company I can forward the transcript where they say that Verizon shouldnt of done that. Verizon sells a screen protectors in store and could have replacedIt then and there and then sent it back for warranty but they chose not to. Poor customer service.
First Verizon I went to that told me I couldnt add an item to my bill and Ive been a customer for over 4 years
Quick and fast they got me in and out. I find that Verizon stores can often be easier than calling in for issues.
IIaost never write negative reviews but I had the worst customer service when i went in on a Sunday. A representative who was tall with spiky salt pepper hair, couldnt be more uninterested in helping us. I guess i am better of talking to online customer service.
Worst store - bunch of SLICK sales guys, 1 person in the store, 3 sales guys ignored me - an hour later someone finally helped me and sold me a HUM which is a terrible cheap device that fell apart with in the first month. The slick sales guy didnt explain that I would be on a contract - he said in 3 months you would have paid for it, which was a lie

Nabyl went above and beyond excellent customer service yesterday. Moving a family plan from another carrier proved to be more complex and time consuming than I could have imagined. He was very adept at navigating that process and patiently managing the needs and expectations of users ranging from 18 - 84 years old. Cant recommend him highly enough.

The sales rep there failed to complete a very large sale 3 Iphones and 1 Ipad, post close. You know the service you provide after you have my money? He let us leave without activation so that two of us who had gotten the same phones had left with each others phones and 1 mo later I am still getting the tablet activated. I have spent hours on the phone to rectify their errors and I now still have to go back to the store to get it solved. Go to another store!
It really bad service in Bay Area. 4g is horrible. The Verizon service is garbage. Thats only word to describe that service. Dont even think to switching to Verizon, u would regret like me.

I used to love going to this store for help. Now, they are less helpful and more frustrating/ irritating. They are not able to come up with any solutions, skip the trip and call the Verizon phone number- much better results!

Ive been paying my mothers cell phone bill for years I tried to go in asking for a split bill buy the guy insisted that its cheaper for us to stay together. Didnt help for my mom to get off my bill. Thanks ALOT Verizon dude

Fairly fast, if you tell them up front you want no extras. Do your homework on the phones before you come in; staff members were not knowledgeable on new phones and actually gave incorrect information on some models.
This location sells phones to minors for commissions. It is illegal to take a minor’s social security and have them sign a contract. AWEFUL AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

My main point in writing this review was to say that the hours I got when I Googled this Verizon store were wrong. A Google search returned results that said the store was opened from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. on Sundays. I just bought an HTC Droid DNA from there on Thursday and I am having the No Sim Card error. I drove to the store at 9:30 a.m. only to find out that it doesnt open until 11 a.m. on Sundays.Im not sure if thats a knock on the store or on Google. I mainly wanted to let other people know that the hours listed appear incorrect. Went I went to the store, no days were listed that they opened at 9 a.m.As for my experience purchasing my phone on Thursday, it was great. I will preface that by saying that I do a lot of research before buying anything. So, I wasnt shocked to be losing my unlimited plan and going to the Share plan or the cost of the phone, etc. The rep that helped we was helpful.The only two negatives I would point out are that: (1) He said he activated my phone but it wasnt activated. The reason was because I still had my old phone turned on. However, I figured this out on my own, powered off my old phone, dialed the activation number from my new one, and, voila, problem solved. (2) Apparently the phone I purchased, the HTC Droid DNA, has a known issue with the SIM card. After a couple days, the phone drops the network and gives a No Sim Card message. When this happens, the phone will only perform functions over wi-fi. You cannot make calls, send texts, or do anything that requires access to the Verizon network. On one hand, I should have researched known issues before buying the phone and I take fault for that. However, as a rep, I wouldve appreciated being made aware of it. As it is, I am well within the 14-day return period so I will head back in today when the store open at 11 a.m. (not 9 a.m.!!!) and get this taken care of, I really LOVE the DNA so I hope the problem can be solved without me having to go to a different phone. If not, I may go to the Galaxy Note 2. It was my first choice but the screen and lower cost of the DNA won me over.
Costumer service in this Verizon store sucks.. I bought the new iPhone 11 pro and they didnt transfer my contact from my old phone...if i would of known that i wouldnt bought nothing....
Slow and rude service. Went in at 3:30 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and waited 20+ minutes to speak to a representative regarding a device repair issue (phone tech support couldnt help and told me to go to the store the day before). I finally got to talk to a representative and she immediately ignored everything I was explaining to her, told me it was a technical issue, and literally sat me at a desk, called the Verizon support line that I had already talked to, and walked away to help customers that were looking to buy phone cases (commission chasing). She never once came back to check on me. 40 minutes of hold time later I finally flagged down a manager who began exploring repair solutions. He fixed it and when I asked what I needed to do if the issue returned and he had the nerve to look me in the eye and say just turn it on and off and it will fix it. For the record, the same issue reappeared two days later and turning it on and off didnt fix it. Such a miserable excuse for customer service at this place. The new, hip store layout as a facade to cover your inability to provide anything that resembles reputable service to your customers is not working.
As always, overly aggressive sales person breathing down my neck. I never buy here anymore. Too much pressure to spend more than I need to.
Super friendly and will work with you if you have any issues with your phone or etc. Plus they will give y9u deals that other stores dont tell you about, like an extra 2 gigs for renewing your contract today or something along those lines
They told me there was only 2 people ahead of me, no time estimate. 65 minutes later and Im still waiting. They should have some data on how long it will take- poor customer service.The second time in, there was no line and they were able to help out immediately.
