Always very helpful employees. Very nice variety of stock. Plus if youre looking for something in particular and you dont see it there they call around to see if a different location has it or at times theyll special order it for you. My family have been customers to this company for over 18 years and weve also referred many family members and friends who have been loyal to them as well.

Great people who care about there customers. The management does there best to accommodate everyone. I will recommend them to everyone.

As a former employee and company insider, watch out for the product you buy and examine it real closely because it may be filled with bed bugs and roaches. And please dont use the bathroom cause cleaning of it is nonexistent. Disgusting, filthy, and tremendously nasty.

Dont buy from a plus rental you will end up with bed bugs I will be later bc posting pictures of the proof. We will be there next week with picket signs and picture

I dont know what business would allow a manager to stay after he was stealing money from the register and putting it back payday. To steal money and then use it for gas for your personal vehicle is very unprofessional and then to always do it on my shift looked like to me it was about to be a set up, but I did the right thing and quit first. How can you lead the customers without being a good example yourself. I reported him to HR the same day I quit and hes still there and from what I heat hes still doing it to purchase food. Set good examples for your place of business, put in good, honest qualified people and maybe your customers will respect you and pay. Michael Ware you better watch that register like a hawk before he gets you next. All that manager cares about is a paycheck and smoking them nasty cigarettes in the syore. Customers are talking bad about this pne place od business and this use to be a great store. What happened?

This is the most unprofessional and rude place of business I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I called the manager, Michael Ware to discuss something and he hung up on me just because he didnt like what I had to say. So I called him again and asked to speak with the district manager and he refused to give me the number stating that we dont give out numbers. He then told me he would have the district manager give me a call back and that he would forward my number. So i started to tell him I would wait 15 minutes before I call again and he cut me off and hung up again. This is supposed to be a MANAGER of a store, but he is acting like a childish, rude, unprofessional amateur that has no experience in customer service. I will be contacting the BBB about this matter and filing a complaint with their corporate office, FOG ENTERPRISES. Anybody with such poor people and communication skills has no business being a manager, let alone work in a profession where you have to deal with customers.

All you people complaining is probably mad cause your stuff got repossessed and as a former employee myself I can tell you anything that is being picked up is inspected and any signs of bed bugs they throw the product in the dumpster or leave it behind so that guy is probably pissed cause he got fired
