They repaired my washer and were super nice. It took 2 mths to have done, but I’ve learned it was fault of Lowe’s and not Evan’s. Would use again...just not through Lowe’s.

They are fabulous. My Samsung washer was not draining. He told me something to try before he came out. I was not able to get it to work. they came out and there were two wires broken. he fixed. he also told me about the recall that might affect my washer (it did). he even looked at my icemaker and told me what to try but was going to check on something first. they were super nice and I will use them for any repairs in the future.

I cannot speak to their repair skills since they never arrived. GE assigned Evans for a warranty repair and we were to expect a call from them within 24 hrs to schedule a date and time. After 7 days passed, I called Evans myself and was told I would get a call back soon. After another 24hrs passed, I called Evans AGAIN and this time received a call back later that day. We set a day and time later in the week for them to come out. Day-of my husband made plans to be home but no one showed up from Evans. Not even a call to cancel. Completely AWFUL!!! Do not use. There guys do not have their act together.

My Samsung Dryer was still under warranty but Samsung took their time notifying Evans that I needed a repair. I finally called myself. They called back later that day and came by on the way back from another job. The problem was fixed quickly. They were pleasant and professional and I would not hesitate to call them the next time we have an appliance with a problem.

No customer service.

Ordered my part then didnt hear anything. Called and they went on vacation without notice. Been using this service for years and has went downhill.

Rickie and Jordan are professional repairmen, super knowledgeable! So thankful they were available to come and fix our dryer!
