FANTASTIC STORE. FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED IN NO TIME...FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE SALESMAN ..SUPER COURTEOUS...WILL DO MY FURNITURE SHOPPING HERE FOR OTHER NEEDS...5 STAR!!!!

This store is totally unprofessional! My friend went and picked out a bedroom set, paid for it in cash, and was told it will be delivered next week. The next week came and there was no furniture delivered. This has been going on for six weeks. She let Virginia know that she wanted her money back to which she replied the owner would call her. The owner hasn’t called even though she’s been told they would for the past two weeks. My friend went and got a bedroom set from another store. She then went to collect her money from the store to which Virginia told her they don’t do refunds even though she hasn’t received a product. My friend tried to get them to call they eat vice president in Burlington, Virginia refused and was showing her the car right up in her face with a number on it. When my friend refused to leave without her money Virginia called the police and said they needed to come remove her that she was being belligerent. I called Virginia this morning to explain to her that it’s not a refund if no one has received a product it is getting your money back for nothing received. She was very rude explaining that the owner was injured years ago and that he is out of town and that he stays in pain all of these excuses, and then told me she was not going to discuss this with me and hung up on me. That is terrible customer service and in my opinion they are a rip off and a dishonest business. They will be taking him to court over this and I would definitely not recommend shopping here at all. I also wouldn’t give them not one star, but you have to in order to post this. Both thumbs way down!!!

Great customer service. They really work with you. Staff was great with my kids. Lots of furniture options available. Speedy delivery (within 2 to 3 days).. not only did they deliver our bed but set it up for us as well without having to ask. Great service all around! My husband and I will continue to do business with them.

Nice furniture for the price. American made!

I purchased a mattress from here, was told that my bed would fit a standard size twin mattress. I was also told I could bring it back if it didnt fit. It didnt fit, I called to let them know. Virginia said she would have to get the owners permission to refund my cash payment. After getting the run around for a few days, I was told I would not be able to return the mattress and get a refund. Instead they wanted me to spend, at the least, $100 more for a 5 inch longer mattress. I do not recommend shopping here.

I came in the store yesterday with my daughter Brittany. We were looking for a recliner for my husband. It was a great experience Miss Virginia helped us find the perfect one for my husband. She was friendly and she knew what she was talking about. We will be back to buy from her. Thanks again

My Husband and I visited looking for furniture and Absolutely loved Virginia helping us. Not pressured into anything and she answered our questions fully. Pleasure experience at Todds Affordable Furniture Store. Top line Furniture also I must say. Going to make my new home absolutely beautiful.

Service was excellent. Prices are reasonable.

We were greeted by Virginia when we entered the store, and she asked what we were looking for and explained where we would find it. She let us view the merchandise on our own but checked to see if we had any questions or had found something we liked. She was very helpful without hovering, which we really appreciated. We were pleasantly surprised by the wide selection in the store and liked the Ashley Furniture kiosk that provided additional selections. We did not make a purchase yet but probably will buy our items here because of the great prices and Virginias expertise.

Went in to purchase my son a full size bed and a Chester. The one I wanted they did not have in the store and was told they could order it and I would have it the following Friday. Friday came, I called to ask what time they would be delivering it and she said she was sorry but the date got moved back. Gave me another date (which was a week later) called on that date and was told it would be another week! I am so fed up with this place. Bad business all the way around!

I went in to purchase a mattress set which I paid cash for on 15th of March. It was supposed to be delivered on Sat the 18th which the floor showcase mattress set was the one they sent. I purchased and paid for new mattress that is what I was accepting. So I called Virginia she said send them back and allow a week for a new shipment. So I go Friday 24th. Yes, we will have your mattresses as well as to have them delivered to you on Sat. Here come Sat and Virginia calls around 1:00 to say no mattress set. But we will sent you a set that is a little over $650. The cost of the mattress wasnt my issue or concern it was that no professionalism was shown.. Why not call to inform the customer of any issues or delay. I would have just came in and picked something else. Guess what it is now Sunday morning and still no mattress set. I will be at affordable furniture Monday morning for a refund. Just bad business. Never again
