I was received cordially. Austin was very professional friendly.I asked him about purchasing a tablet. Next I also wanted to talk about my new phone. He answered my questions and showed me how to find what I needed on the phone. I told him I didnt know to much about electronics that I was more like an artist.I gave him some advice about having children later and enjoy life and have a lot of fun.He set me up with a new tablet. I told him I needed something during my trip to Mexico so I wouldnt feel bored.I must thank Austin and say that he made me feel happy. Nowadays theres not much people who invest their time with a older lady.I enjoyed spending time making questions and getting answers. Austin is a very special young man.Thank you Austin. Let me tell you about the wonderful experiences I have had with Victra, in wonderful, I mean absolute nightmares. First off, I came in early July to switch from At&t, told the sales rep I owned a couple of companies and needed some phones. Number 1 did sales rep direct me to business services, no, no 2 I said I want the best phone which was the Samsung S20 Ultra 5G which I paid a lot down for, could of bought it ought right but she said that I could use my credit and build it with Verizon, so thats the one positive out of this entire experience. You were running a buy one get one on that phone at the time, did I get offered that, of course not, found out about it later from an actual REAL Verizon store. Also did I get offered an incentive from coming to Verizon from ATT like the gift card or anything else, of course not, since its past 30 days I get to dream. Any accessories sold or offered, nope. So UNFORTUNATLEY, for me, I had to visit the same nightmare of a store because you had an IPAD I wanted, was in stock for days online, checked right before I walked in, they also know that I called and asked and was told yes, get in the store. NOPE no iPad, inventory is wrong, we APOLOGIZE. So ok, well let me buy these 2 Samsung Tab As, retail price on YOUR sticker said $300, rang them up, $330, what do you mean $330, well thats an old sticker sir? OLD STICKER, you have to honor the price posted or at least come to some kind of terms thats reasonable. NOPE, NOPE, NOPE. I was asking for $5 off, $5 because I had just enough cash for the IPAD tax/etc and the tablets were the same price if at $300. Come to find out those same tablets are priced at a REGULAR Verizon for $250, no specials, deals etc. I finally had enough and asked for Mr. Tyler Moss your District Manager in Reno, I was at the Reno Store on Mae Ann contact information, did they give it to me, nope. I have called and left messages with your corporate number and all they do is forward me to Verizon.

Why is it you cannot call any of these places and speak with a LIVE, ON-SITE PERSON? All you get is an automated spiel and put on hold for 45 minutes, then get connected with someone halfway around the world who cannot answer a simple question? What the hell are they trying to hide?

Unfortunately when the dude tells you 15 minutes and youll be done, you should trust him. I was there for over 40 minutes. Ami led me to believe I was going to be in and out soon and paying a monthly price of 27 bucks. He doesnt tell me till the final transaction that it was 160 bucks paid over 24 months plus a 40 dollar activation fee plus a 15 dollar monthly service fee. Absolutely unprofessional and wouldnt come here again.

I admit Ellise was very friendly and helpful, I have no issues with her, she tried her best, but my purchase experience was a disaster, I came in last Thursday looking for a new phone, when I was greeted at the front counter I ask what if any are your best deals, I was told I could trade in my old iPhone and receive a $450 credit, on a new iPhone 12 Pro, I ask when this expired, she wasn’t sure but stated it had just started and usually last 14 days, I then ordered a new phone and made an appointment for the following Tuesday, when I arrived and begin going through the process I was told the offer expired and there was nothing that could be done, almost felt like it was bait and switch, also the young lady that had told me about the offer had left the company. Been with Verizon 27 years, maybe I need a new provider.

I had a really good experience at this Verizon. I went in telling myself I wasnt even going to get a phone, just wanted to see what was on the market. As soon as I arrived I was greeted with warm welcomes and friendly service. The rep who helped me out, I believe his name was Mike, was really patient and answered all my questions in detail, and his manager Elisha was also very friendly and helpful. He even took the time to see the numbers for each deal, to see what deal matched my budget the best. Really above and beyond! I ended up leaving with a new phone and a service plan that lets me use the internet whenever and pretty much wherever I want! (I have terrible reception by my house!) I also was able to order my phone case through the store with free shipping and handling, and they told me when it arrive. I would recommend this Verizon over any other phone store in general.

Best wireless experience Ive had at any carrier (previously was with Cricket, T Mobile, and Sprint). Made an appointment in the morning and didnt have to wait in line when I arrived. Sheyla was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the new Iphone 12 Pro Max camera feature to me in laymans terms I easily understood and found me a better deal for one of my lines than I was going to be paying. If you plan on going to this location, I recommend scheduling ahead with Sheyla!

Another bad experience from this location. The asian guy insulted me in front of everyone. He needs to take customer service lesson. No ability to communicate with customers. He was very loud, and abnoxious. I was in that store two times this week. Unfortunately, the young lady that was supposed to help me was about to go home, and got stuck with that idiot representative.

Wishing I could do 0 stars. I came back to edit this because I just had a friend go through this same exact thing.My phone service turned off 6 days ago. I came into this store twice and talked to two different representatives. Both told me that Apple creates updates in order to cycle out old phones and your only option is to buy a new phone. My phone is less than three years old. I finally figure out this is NOT a Verizon owned store and go to the corporate Verizon location in Spanish Springs. They instantly tell me iPhone 7s had a service recall and all I needed to do was take it to Apple to be fixed.I spent 5 days trying to get someone to help me instead of only being concerned about their daily commission. I told them I was missing work every day my phone didnt work, and they would say I can get you set up to purchase a new phone so you can walk out today. I will NEVER RETURN to this store again. This store is not a corporate store and can tell you whatever they want to get you to spend your money there. Do not use this verizon store unless you want to be ripped off. Ive read through a lot of these reviews that say the same mishandling of morality and getting people to spend their hard earned money there instead of doing the right thing and helping people. Ive never seen such poorly execution slimy sales tactics used by a service worker. But since the representative I was speaking with had such an admiration in telling me what I said, let me account my experience and my conclusion so that maybe this wont happen to another Verizon customer again.I went in to the store to purchase an red 128g iphone 12 mini. When the representative asked me what phone I was looking to purchase, I told him the iphone 12 mini, but didnt explicitly say the color or gig size. From my recollection he responded by saying, its crazy, no one has been really buying that phone or the iphone 12 Pro Max. He then proceeded to start the sales process, but since I wasnt on the account as a manager I had to call a family member and jump through some minor hoops to get us to the point where a sale could happen.This entire time I assumed the response no one has been buying those translated into we have them all in stock, dont worry. Or else I thought he would at least ask me what version I wanted, making sure the store had it in stock before we began hoop jumping.I was wrong. But it wasnt that big of a deal, it just felt a little off that he put me in this position of thinking well, weve already been through all this, might as well order the phone I guess.I asked about a $200 promotion for the apple watch with a purchase of the phone that I saw online yesterday, but noticed it wasnt there today. I asked him about it to make sure that deal was still there. He told me he did end up finding it and that we could apply it to the transaction, and add a apple watch onto the purchase.Only after doing all of that work, he assumes that I want the LTE version of the watch. And youll be getting the LTE version which youll need to add another line onto. Is that ok? I explained to him no, it wasnt ok, and I didnt want that. He told me that they dont sell the Bluetooth version, and I would need to get it somewhere else. I told him it was fine Id purchase it elsewhere.We complete the iphone 12 mini order, he told me it would be in Wednesday and they would call me when its ready. I said, great, if I find it at another Verizon store is it ok if I cancel the order? He said it was completely fine, and I could cancel the order at anytime for any reason.Now its Wednesday, 5:30, still no call. So I decide to call the store and ask if they have it in stock. Someone answers and tells me to CALL THEM BACK in 5 minutes so I can remind him to check. Which seems really, really unprofessional to me to have the customer handle phone calls, but at this point it seems like I shouldnt be expecting a ton.After 30 minutes, I call them back to see if they have it in stock. He explains that hes still busy and that this time he is going to take down my phone number and call me back. That is probably the way it shouldve been handled the first time, so I appreciate the agency.After a few more minutes he gives me a call back and explains that they have it in the back. Not sure why I didnt get a call about it when it came in, but alright. I tell him Ill leave right now and come grab it. He calls me back 30 minutes to double check that Im coming in.I get to the store, and sit down with the representative from a week ago. He explains that theyve got the phone in, and then says this: so youll be paying this phone monthly, right? And I explain to him no, I will be purchasing the phone outright. He says sadly we dont let customers purchase phones outright. If you want to do that then youre going to have to Best buy or buy it from Apple directly. Already frustrated, I ask, ok, so, if I go buy it outright from one of those places, I can come here and connect it all up for free right? And only then, after days of waiting, making calls for the store, going through hoops to set up me as a manager on the account, and being deceived about a watch purchase.I literally reached the character limit. Manager, you want to make more phone sales? Teach your sales agents to be transparent.

He forced me to walk out.The following morning I returned to the store still angry because of my previous experience.Eric met me at the door at 10 AM and patiently listened to my issues. 2018, So glad they opened this location! Service is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There was only one young man working this morning but, I didnt mind waiting. This is the only Verizon store Ill go to now. The attention to detail and understanding of what I needed was excellent.The Verizon store at Smithridge should learn from this store how to treat customers. Ill never need to go in to that store again now. I can avoid rude employees who will not go that extra step to resolve a problem.November 4, 2021 Update on this review. I ordered a new Samsung phone and wasnt sure how to transfer everything from my Note 9 so I returned to this store. A young man named Austin helped me today and transferred everything to the new phone quickly. He has the same customer service skills as the young man who helped me three years ago. That young man is still working there which tells me a lot about who they work for! When employees are still there three years later and the other employees are just as friendly, theyre obviously being treated right. Thank you Austin for your amazing service and chatting with me. Great store!

This is the best Verizon store hands down! The manager Elijah has been very helpful and has help me understand any questions I have about my account. I personally recommend this store. I live in sparks and I have gone to the ones in sparks but the customer service does not compare with this one.!! They make you feel welcome and a vaule customer!

Went in at 8:25pm to ask a quick question about my plan, but come to find out they had their doors locked, and no one to be seen inside store. The open sign was on and their hours on the door said they closed at 9pm. I understand it’s pretty late and want to close but I was only going in to ask a question. Over 30 minutes closing early is dumb. 5 minutes I can understand. Manager should really speak to their employees.

Great location. Plenty of sales reps. Didnt have to wait very long. Have a convenient bill pay kiosk. were very well educated in the product they were selling. Prices were little steep, but thats what you get with premium coverage. The only setback is there are only a couple of stores in my area. I wish they would build a few more.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A WIRELESS COMPANY.I never leave reviews but our experience was too terrible to not do so.To be clear, it is not Verizon as a company, it is THIS LOCATION. We were told we could trade our devices in and receive credit on our account over time. Instead....we were given phone cases, screen protectors, etc. because according to another guy, there was no way to apply it as credit. We found out later, that was not the case AT ALL.They sold us a tablet that was supposed to be free with the activation fee waived. IT WAS NOT. Additionally, we went to return the tablet and were never given a confirmation email or print out and it was NEVER updated on our account as they said it would. So now, we are paying a monthly service fee for a tablet we DONT EVEN HAVE.Our bill did no reflect any of the promotions as mentioned and only did so AFTER we went to the REAL Verizon store.Lastly, they never asked about account managers who the account owner should be for me and my fiance and now, it is set up in a way we did not want and it cannot be changed.This location is AWFUL. I would recommend it to NO ONE.

This is a third party retailer. I would recommend going to an actual Verizon store. The process at an actual Verizon store is much more smooth. At this Victra store they are very limited in what they can do and their employees are not all on the same page. One employee will say to come in the next day and they can do this for you, then you get there and another employee says it’s not possible. The service and knowledge is no where comparable to what you get at a corporate Verizon store.

Beware this store is only a authorized vendor!!Beware the pure gear product they sell!We had a catastrophic failure on my wifes brand new Google Pixel 3,which had the pure gear liquid glass protectant applied to it at the store.My wife went by the store after she received her replacement phone to get the liquid glass re-applied and they told her they couldnt help her.Victra said pure gear is responsible and pure gear is not responding after two attempts by me to contact them via phone and e-mail.I called Verizon and they had never heard of pure gear?Verizon connected me to corporate Victra and after promising them I would file a complaint with BBB all of a sudden they could re-apply the pure gear at the store my wife was just told they couldnt help her for $14.00 (not acceptable)!!Someone needs to own the customer service after the sale!!

I have never reviewed anything on google but felt it important to share my experience and warn other of this store of con artist. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE, IT IS A VICTRA STORE. The employees (especially Yasir H) are trained in shady and unethical business practices. And I am not the first person to post about this EXACT PROBLEM, read the other reviews to confirm.The store takes the trade in value of your equipment and forces you to buy accessories to cover the value of the trade in. I asked if I could use the value towards a new phone and was told quickly and definitively NO. I was told I HAD to purchase $200 worth of unneeded accessories. When I protested I was told it was company policy and I HAD to purchase these items. They also do this once they have your phone and you cannot reach out for help or knowledge. Once my phone was returned to me I reached out to my new service provider and found out that VICTRA IS NOT VERIZON and that I could use trade in value towards any phone. VERIZON explained that that VICTRA IS NOT VERIZON, and this store had swindled me out of my trade in value.Furthermore, when I returned to recoup my stolen money I was met with indifference and treated like an inconvenience. I was refunded ALMOST all my money. They kept $19.99 as a Set Up and Go Plus charge that they claimed was non-refundable. As I expressed my extreme disapproval of this fee I was met with There is nothing I can do, nor is there anything my managers can do.I was swindled by Yasir H (who would not disclose his last name). And while I was asking questions about the trade in and protesting the accessories two other employees noticed but did nothing to rectify the situation. Leading me to believe that the whole store practices these unethical sales tactics. I was told by Yasir the managers name is Elisha Z (again unwilling to disclose a last name), and am not sure if I believe him. I will be fighting for my money back an reporting this store to the BBB. Let this be a cautionary tale to anyone who just wants to have an honest business transaction.

Travis helped my client to pick out a pre-paid phone; and was extremely kind. The other staff didn’t seem to care if we were there or not. One was chitchatting w/one other client and his staff who he wasn’t helping and the other looked as if he just rolled out of bed. Travis on the other hand was extremely professionally dressed and quite respectful of my client’s needs. He took the time to activate her new phone, and transfer data from her old phone. I would have given him 5* but for the fact he stated several times, “I hate prepaid phones-I don’t make any money with the sale.” I felt that was not a professional thing to say-especially to someone who cannot afford anything else. some things are better left unsaid!

Went in today to get my fiancé I phone upgraded this evening, upon entering the Verizon store was taken back by how there was only two people working at the time of my family entering the store which neither came over to greet us till several minutes later, finally was rudely asked what it was we were looking for informed the employee that we are just here to upgrade which I had gotten done on my phone seamlessly a day prior to going into this location employee “alek” continue to get my fiancé to down load applications on her phone which was never needed if the employer “alek” wasn’t a ignorant incompetent slap d**k who has no people skills and really should never have been hired in retail these kind of people are cancer to the world honestly been a customer of Verizon for years and after dealing will him I wanted to change my provider expected a lot more from the people Verizon hires Will never go to this store for future assistance or to purchase merchandise nor would I recommend this store you need assistance I would go to summit ridge location where staff is helpful and friendly

Terrible customer service. I walked into store and was never acknowledged. I walked around entire store twice and no one cared to ask me if I need assistance. I sat down at the entrance, to see if anyone would help me. No one asked or cared to look in my direction. I needed to purchase a case and a stylus stick for my galaxy 9 note.

My husband I went to this store a few days ago along with our 1 year old. We wanted to get onto a plan and get new phones. Immediatly entering the store we were greated even though all staff was busy. Even so we were shown to a desk to sit and within only a few minutes Big Mike came to help us out. He explained the plans thoughouly and when we picked our plan and phones both Mike and manager Elisha went through the costs of what everything was going to be and what the first few bills would be like, they could tell I couldnt understand so they kept explaining until I understood completely. They really didnt want to leave us with any surprises and they genuinely wanted to help us out .When paying we had some problems with our bank and took us a while to straighten everything out with our cards to pay. It was closing time and they had to stay a little longer to help us out and yet not one complaint . Mike even said Im with you guys till the end even if it means I have to stay a couple extra hours! Because we were there for so long our one year old was beginning to get fussy and loud and even then, still no complaints or signs of frustration from Big Mike or Elisha.We appreciate this stressful situation being handled with such curtosy, generosity, and kindness!

Spouse and I spent 5mins talking to an employee and decided to leave and visit an actual Verizon store instead. Biggest downside is that they dont have phones to actually look at/play with. Also the employee was very pushy and not listening to what we wanted; kept insisting on phones above our stated price range. Wont go again.
