10/10 would highly recommend Jeremy and his team. I am a mechanic myself and I can say having been a Service Writer as well for Mazda these last few years, these guys are top notch, and (no hyperbole) saved our marriage. My cables finally wore out on the shift linkage to my 1999 Saturn SW1 at 203,000 miles and left us stranded two parking lots over after having just moved back to the area. They helped me push my car over and gave me a fair price on the repair. It was an extensive one, so they let us borrow the shop car for the 4th of July weekend. I got my car back the following week and have used these guys ever since. They are always fair, will stop you from spending needless money, and can find some of the hardest parts to find. Always upfront, no attitude (honestly the sweetest and chillest dudes around), and are willing to go further than the extra mile. The shop has been invited to our wedding and I make the drive from Bellevue, WA to have my service done when I need to. Love these guys!

Great place looked at my car when others would not

I took my C5 Corvette into advanced auto tune yesterday around 9:00am.It has been almost a year since I had driven the car it was having traction control problems and I was told that it would cost around $1700. Jeremy was a great help he had the problem solved and me driving down the road by 5 p.m. I was treated with respect and felt like a VIP while dealing with Jeremy at advance Auto tune. He made me feel like I was a part of a family not just customer at a shop. he work with me so that i got the best price on quality work. I am a happy camper because this summer Ill be driving my Corvette thank you Jeremy and Advance Auto tunes.

Took longer than I was initially told but he fixed my AC problem and gave a reasonably priced recharge. Ill be back when needed

Ive been having them work on my car for years and the person I was dealing with is no longer there. When I needed some information about my car they seem to not want to respond. also after spending over thousands of dollars on them repairing my car. I just discovered that they knew that modifications were done to my car and they didnt tell me about them. They were happy to take my money for repairs because of these modifications.

Absolutely the best. I was told by a friend that she trusted her mechanic, Jeremy, implicitly. She isnt exactly the trusting type and Im a solid skeptic.I knew what was wrong and what needed to be done. I just didnt have the tools. So I went and asked for Jeremy, but he wasnt there. I was pretty close to just coming back another time, but Id taken time off for this trip and it NEEDED to be done NOW. So I allowed them to do an inspection.BE ADVISED: If you just want a diagnoses and NO work done, its gonna cost you $45. Period. IF you have them do any work, they will waive the fee.Not only did this mechanic come back with an honest report; as he was explaining, he stopped and said, You know what? Its just better if I show you.We went outside and he walked me through everything. He offered his recommendations, but was completely honest about how necessary it is and/or ways to save money. I gave the go ahead for the repair I needed. They are cheaper and, in my humble opinion, as honest and hard-working as they come.I have SO MUCH MORE I could say, but this is long enough. Just try this place for yourself.

Advance Auto Tune is an excellent auto repair ship.I recently had some major issues with my Mercedes andthe repairs were timely and cost effective. The shop is clean and comfortable if you need to wait. Maher and Jeremy are extremely competent and very easy to do business with.

Ive taken my 15 year old Toyota truck here for a variety of work including brakes, air conditioning repair, radio antenna repair, door linkage, tune ups and fluid changes. I have tried several auto shops in Bellevue/Renton area. However, today the service I received from this shop is probably my best experience in my USA life in last 10 years. Last week I had several works done in this shop for brakes, bearings to fix unusual sound I was getting. However, even after fixing the sound was coming. So, today I did test drive and finally they fixed the issue without any charge! I cant help, but just can appreciate such honesty. Thanks much to Maher for helping me out to figure out issue and fixing it! This would be my only auto shop to whom I can trust and get my car serviced now on! Thanks again.

Love this place. Jeremy, the office manager is amazing, so is the owner. This is the first place that didnt try to rip me off for services I didnt need. They let me know what was happening, recommendations, and pricing. Even who to go to for services they couldnt provide. Never had a mechanic I trusted as much as I trust these guys! They do quality work. If you need a mechanic, these are the only ones to go to! They wont steer you wrong. I travel from Puyallup to get services for my car done, even my oil changes! I wont go anywhere else! Love these guys!

I have been coming to this shop for several years now and the experience is always the same. I love in way south now and will still make the drive to get my automobile serviced. Great customer service and they dont try to help you break the bank. They will tell you what you need now and what services to prepare for in the future. I truly miss Gene but Mahar and Jeremy have steped up to the plate without missing a beat. If you want an honest mechanic (I know that sounds like an oxymoron), give Advanced Auto Tune a try. I’ll keep this review kinda short but I feel people should know the truth on a customers experience at this shop. I had a terrible experience at this shop and will never return. I brought my vehicle in for some work, one being to remove and replace my thermostat. I got an oral quote over the phone but never got an actual paper quote or was offered one when I arrived at the shop to drop of the car AND Was paying a different price on arrival to pick my car up. My fault for not knowing the mechanic game I guess. When the work was completed I talked on the phone with the store manager, I believe his name was Jeremy who stated that the work went well and my car was good to go. I paid the bill that was over $600 dollars and got my car back. I drove 4 miles from the shop to my home. When I got home I popped the hood just to confirm all was well and to my surprise found my radiator cap wasn’t tightened down all the way. My air box had to be removed to access the thermostat housing but when they put it back in they left the screws for it up on the splash guard by the wipers leaving it installed incorrectly with screws missing. to top it off there was very little to no coolant in my reservoir tank. I tightened the radiator cap and drove straight back to the shop. The manager looked it over and acknowledged the errors and filled it with coolant and put my screws back where they belong and tightened everything up. one day later I had to add more coolant to the reservoir because it was empty again. When I called the shop to notify them that it still wasn’t right after the second attempt when I brought it back things started going down hill and it went downhill so badly that I didn’t even take my car to them again for the 3rd time for the so called warranty. I was very frustrated and this being my only car it really threw a wrench in my work schedule as I had to carpool for a couple days until my cousin who’s a mechanic said it was just low on coolant he filled it up and I haven’t had a problem so far. They lack attention to detail. I based this review solely on my experience and quality of the work performed.

Most Honest, experienced,reliable and trustworthy.Had a problem with my Toyota Tundra, Dealer insisted on replacing the whole fuel tank since they couldn’t figure out the problem.Took it to Advance Auto Tune and within 30 minutes Mr. Azzam had the problem diagnosed and repaired at a friction of the dealer price.Job well done.You have a customer for life.Thank you very very much.

After changing few mechanics, I started using these folks around 7 years ago, from that time I could say that repairing my car is not a hassle anymore, because I can trust their diagnostics and recommendations without the fear of being over charged, or getting pushed to do something not needed.They look at the car, explain the problem, if there is one indeed, and give the recommendation, in the beginning I used to go for second opinion and compare prices, but now I dont even bother.Friendly, and reliable, they are the reason why I keep my 6 years old car since I know if something wrong happen, I can rely on them.

I hate to give one star because I legitimately think Jeremy is a nice guy but these guys are hacks and shouldn’t be working on anyone’s car. I took my Prius back to this place for the same problem 6 times and each time he had a new “guess” for what the issue was. $6000 later it stopped working again and Greg’s Japanese auto fixed it in one try. The last straw was when I took my mazda in for new brakes and when I left I drove a a few miles before I heard a thud thud thud. They hadn’t tightened the tire nuts after putting the tire back on. That’s messed up. Like I said, these guys aren’t malicious or bad peoples. Just not good mechanics

I brought a used car to Advance Auto for an auto pre-purchase inspection. Jeremy worked with me, squeezed me into his schedule on Saturday and the timing worked perfectly for me and the car seller.Jeremy did a fantastic job of inspecting the car, it was great to get the car in the air for an under-carriage inspection. Jeremy and his crew found issues and professionally reviewed with both the seller and me.The price was better than reasonable and I was happy to pay for peace of mind. Also, the inspection took about 75 minutes which was reasonable.This was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a professional inspection before used car purchase to visit with Jeremy and his crew at Advance Auto in Renton.Thanks!

I had a rounded bolt and I called almost every shop with power tools in the area. Everyone told me they didnt have the time or it was going to cost like 80$ just to get it off. Whoever I spoke to on the phone told me he would look at it and give it a shot of I got there before their closing time. Guy came out with an impact and zapped it right off like a wizard and didnt charge me a penny. Customer service done right. Will be coming here when I need work done for sure.

I brought my Frankenstein 95 F-150 for a routine diagnostic (she was surging bad, stalling occupationally. cam & all...), and when I left she was runnin better.
