They are well skilled and honest. I requested my tire rotation but they did not perform it because my tire treads are even. Of course they didnt charge it. The oil change was done quickly and correctly. The service price was also very competitive. Dont prejudge with the exterior of this shop which means they focus on only what they should(I believe). I love my experience here and definitely will visit again.

AutoPro is a family business. The owner, Ken, is really nice. Their local business quality shines through in their work dedication and personable customer interactions. Ive taken my car there a few times and Im glad to have stumbled upon their shop. The owner of this place is AWESOME!!! Worked with me and really helped me out. I thought I needed my brakes changed and when I brought my car in they checked it to see which brakes and turns out my brakes were fine 🤷🏼‍♀️ I had dust on the discs which made the squeak (the reason I thought my brakes needed to be changed) and the owner came back and explained my brakes at A okay 👌🏼 . Most car repair places would have taken advantage of my naivety. This shop is honest, caring and easy to work with. If you need a reliable shop for your car, this is the spot!

The family yeah at Auto Pro are great. They took their time of my vehicle and did fantastic work at a price better than many. With the focused time they spend, it is very much worth taking your vehicle here for any service.

They were so nice and check every thing when I get my oil changes. This where I go for any issues with my car.

This is a small garage, but what a great place I found! If I could give more stars I definitely would! Jonathan is a greatly skilled and honest mechanic - he fixed my Toyota sienna minivan: replaced the rotors, brakepads, changed some coils, wheel bearing, did the oil change. I also had to come back here to fix the work of the other mecanics that was done before I found this place and that was taken care of too. My car runs so smooth now! I would bring my other cars here without a second thought

We have been using Ken and his crew since we moved to Renton. They have always been honest about the repairs we need and fair on the prices they charge. I spent 30 years in the car business, as a used car buyer, and have dealt with a lot of repair shops and Auto Pro is right up near the top.I have never had a complaint with them.

This place has definitely turned things around recently, and have shown a lot of improvement. I always receive great service and they always have time to squeeze me in for an oil change. I gathered that they brought in some more people with valuable experience that have really made an impact on the business as a whole. Great place. Very straightforward and honest.

Its unfortunate that so many people had such a difficult time here. The place seems to be making a turn around by letting go of so employees and hiring new talent. This is definitely not going to be a dealership experience but it saved me money the work got done may have taken a bit longer then expected but it was done right. My Honda drives better now and the MPG seems to be slowly getting better. I cant speak for everyone but I would say give these guys another chance.

An old-fashioned, family run business, run by father and son. No free coffee, but there is honest and good work.

Quality techs here. They have been around for a long time. I usually do my own repairs but when something is out of my capabilities I turn to these guys. Never had to return after a repair.

Good local repair shop

I had brought my car to multiple places and these were the only guys who could fix it. They were courteous and fair in pricing. After all the automotive hell Ive been through, I highly recommend them. I, nor my family, will go anywhere else in the future.

Stay as far away from these guys as you can! Their integrity level is the lowest I have seen in the automotive industry, so much so that professional parts dealers wont work with them. They took 3 weeks to do a 2 day job, said it was great work, and then when their work caused more electrical problem for me, offers to fix it...and charge me for their mistakes! Plus they lie about parts, the costs and how long things will take. I will never use them again!

Great shop in my experience! Very friendly and helpful, got me in same day and had my repair done within 3 hours. No problems or complaints whatsoever.

Horrible horrible service. I went in to get a waiver for my failed emissions test. The front guy at the counter was uneducated and unprofessional. He raised his voice and when I asked why are you yelling? he shouted I am not! Then told me to go away. after I said you seem to not want to help me. Its okay Ill go somewhere else. I recommend going somewhere else.

Excellent service and honest techs.

I moved here from MN and the place that last did my oil change, before my trip, stripped the head off a 10mm aluminum oil pan bolt. These guys fixed it for me in like 5 min for 5 bucks. As of now it seems to be a family business now father/son Ken and Jonathan. My cousins back in MN owned a family shop like this and I get the same family vibe from it. If there was some shadiness going on it sure doesnt seem that way now. That was my experience +5.

My wife and I are customer @Auto Pro in Renton since more than 4 years now.We came to Auto Pro after we found a groupon offering for a winter check and since then we are very satisfied customer.We take all our cars, a VW Golf GTI, a Toyota Sienna as well well as a Classic Mustang to them for any repair or maintenance.The guys were always on time and on the estimated budget. They also pro-actively called us back in case they discovered something else or run into missing parts they had to re-order.The quality of their work was always superb, nothing else damaged for sure and the car clean.I can highly recommend them and watch out for another service groupon!

I used to work for Ken wright back in 2006 until I was in a car accident and had to take time off work for injuries when I returned l learned that Ken had taken my toolbox and put it into storage when I ask for it back he said I could have it if I paid the storage fee it was like 400.00 I was out of work for injuries so I had no money to pay him so he kept my tools worth about 5,000 and he did this to a employee imagine what hell do to a customer Ken is a crook
