The worker who was a younger female employee, had zero customer service skills. The manager who was present didnt appear to really care how her employee was acting and failed to correct her. The coffee was okay. Was over priced and for the lack of customer service was not worth it. Super rude.

I just love Bigfoot Java, the pride in their customer service to me is top tier. I have never had an issue at any of the locations. This franchise clearly knows what theyre doingI see smell and taste quality every time, theyre absolutely the best in my opinion!

Horrible attitude! No hi, no thank you NOTHING!The gal who came and took my order at my car was sweet and helpful.Owning coffee stands myself I would want to know that my employee was rude for no reason. Especially not taking her role seriously!!I did ask for a business card with managers name. She said NO walking away to the back.Not returning. The other gal I believe her name was Mia was helpful went to the back returning saying the manager doesnt allow them to give business cards or numbers out.I could stop and talk to her on Monday 4am-10am.Sadly, this isnt the first time Ive had this experience at this location.I think maybe the owner is the route to go. 😥

This location provided great customer service and made our coffees delicious! All the Big Foot Java locations do such a great job! Sometimes our drinks will be a little inconsistent in flavor, because we order the same drink All the time (20 oz. Legendary Latte, blended, w/White Coffee, & Whip)! But, its still tasty so we dont complain. And, we enjoy visiting any of the locations because they never disappoint. Theyre always nice, patient, friendly, and always make delicious coffee. Keep up the fabulous work, everyone! 💖❣

Love Bigfoot. This location could use some help though. Its consistently one of the busiest Bigfoots I visit. I dont think the Mini Mart next to it appreciates all the traffic blocking its customers parking. I wonder if Renton can open another location to help reduce traffic. ?

Every time I go to this place it Id crowded, but so worth the wist. Every flavor is phenomenal and the service folks are all super nice and well trained.

The barista named Vanessa was too busy chatting about her personal life with other male customers from the other window that she ended up messing up my drinks: I ordered two megafoot drinks, one with an extra 5 shots of espresso and both with whipped cream, blended. Vanessa had to redo one of my drinks THREE times since she kept forgetting to add the extra shots of espresso and then she didnt remember to put whipped cream on top. When I politely reminded her, she decided to give me attitude instead and then gave me back my drink with spilled coffee all over the cup and the ice blended coffee was no longer ice blended but liquid cold coffee instead. I am spending MY MONEY on these drinks and I expect them to be made right the FIRST time WITHOUT THE ATTITUDE. I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I received at this location.

If I could give no stars, I would have. My fiancé and I ordered two drinks, both with extra shots. My white zombie barely had even one shot of coffee, and my fiancé’s drink was basically just steamed milk. Instead of a white chocolate breva with 4 shots. Of course we got charged for those shots that we did not get. Never going back there again.

Great chain but this location needs to work on their communication, customers shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes to place an order only to be told that they are closing down at the window when the person in front of you gets their drink. They should of at the very least served everyone who was in line.

Gave a $1 tip next day I found out they upped the tip from $1 to $4. When called to figure out what was going on was told they just had a meeting and this was a know issue all I can do is to call cooperate…..

Really good coffee. I like the service and when there is a line, they come out and take the orders so when you get to the front of the line your drink is ready.

Im happy I got my drink. But one of the baristas was rude.

When they couldnt put some tap water in a bowl for my dog because it was against the rules I decided Im never going back there can you give out doggie biscuits but not a little bit of water from the top make you buy a bottle and believe me the dog doesnt care if its a bottle or from the tap

Drinks are good, but this location is very slow. Went to Bonney Lake BFJ and was there less than 10 min. Rentons wait is 30 min to an hour... For drive through. Cheers!

I think you guys may ofHired the wrong girls most recently... I have been in the line now for 25 minutes and watched 6 cars leave because it’s taking so long... the lines are down the streets now... I have never had toWait so long...gonna have to go to Kent or issaquah I think to get faster service...

Im a Big Foot Java fan all the way but this location always takes forever and Ive been to numerous locations. I was in line for maybe 30 minutes. There were three girls working but only two of them helping the customers; the other girl was stocking. I think upper management really needs to step in and do something about this or you will lose valuable customers.

Love Bigfoot Java. Hands down favorite coffee place, but the roads around this place are so confusing. I ended up going the wrong way as I was leaving and had to turn away from where I wanted to go. That was annoying. But still great coffee. Their mythical mocha blended is my all time favorite.

First time stopping at this location. Definitely was not let down, the morning ladies were just as amazing as my usual B.F. and I wont hesitate to stop here again when in the area! In n out access was a little tricky

The night crew is horrible. Profanic music, extremely slow (20+ minutes), on their phones the entire time. Literally, as you order, they are on their phones.

Drinks are always great they always make the drinks fast, however the person who made my drink didn’t have their mask on properly. The mask wasn’t covering her nose and had the audacity to say “seriously” after I didn’t tip. Keep your mask on 👍

This is my favorite big foot to come to the girls are always super friendly and remember what my usual drink is. They have even been super helpful with giving me new drink recommendations when I want to try something new.

I go in Bigfoot Java almost every day, for coffee. i was there Tuesday at about 1 pm, and they did not have any sugar in the store....friggin amazing, especially as there is a food market in the same parking lot..is it to much to expect of an employee to take it upon themselves to go and purchase some sugar..... unless the owner is a a-hole im sure they would be re-embursed the 2 or 3 dollars needed...just piss-poor planning and incompetent employees

This my favorite coffee shop in Renton. Affordable coffee, fast service, and really friendly baristas. I go almost 3x a week.

My husband tried to order a blended Red Bull drink which he’s ordered before. Today they told him they couldn’t do it because it ruins their blender and makes it sticky! So if this is true sounds like they aren’t cleaning their blenders properly. The guy also told him that they only blend it for certain customers.

Always a great place to visit. Some days with long lines and some days short. There are a few specific locations I love going too. This one is cool and conveniently near by.

No we cant do water, Refusing to sell water is the stupidest move any drink stand has ever done, it is almost free profit dumbest thing ever!

These guys are always out of dark chocolate. -3 stars for that. But the whipped cream is the best Ive ever had. My girlfriend doesnt even really like whipped cream but I ask for it on her drink as well so I can eat it. Is it possible to just order a bigfoot sized whipped cream? I dont even know. Havent tried it. +6 stars for the whipped cream alone.

I have absolutely no idea as to why the reviews are so good.... If I could choose 0 stars I would. Mediocre over priced coffee... extremely extremely slow workers who aren’t very friendly & are trained horribly. Messed up my order the two times I went. Don’t waste your money

Ive had great experiences with Bigfoot in the past but tonight they really let me down. I ordered 3, 16.oz drinks, they decided to give me a 12.oz instead. They made me pay before I even received my drinks and then gave me my drinks 8 minutes later. It was probably because they were chit chatting with their friends on the other side of the booth. I left as I was in a hurry and only noticed after. Terrible. Thanks for dropping the ball Bigfoot. Im never going back to the Renton location again. Id take my chances at Starbucks.

I love coming here!! I only ordered a warm milk for my toddler( I always order for me but not feeling so good tonight). The girl was so nice n friendly! I didnt catch her name but works weekends basically. Shes a doll!!

Good coffee but be ready to wait a long time. Everytime Ive gone here (5 times), I was lucky to get through a 2 car line in 10 minutes. Not sure if Ill come back.

I am writing this review in the 35 minutes I’ve been sitting stuck in this line. While there are 6+ cars on each side. Only one employee is making drinks while the other is doing tasks around the shop. This seems unnecessary considering it is a 24 hour establishment. If the lines are full. Wait to take the trash out for a few more minutes.

Ordered 2 blended Chai vanilla drinks and it straight tastes like blended coconut milk, no flavor, to slushy, i dont recommend going here, theres a better coffee spot right up the street. Id leave no stars if I could.

My go to for 24 hour coffee! I work nights so this place has always been a fav! Baristas are great is this location and they work the lines fast without sacrificing quality. They are all very mask compliant as well during Covid which I appreciate!

Everytime i go to bigfoot the lines take forever and the employees are working too slow, i ordered a redbull with two flavors and a Coffee and they took 15 minutes to make, i think its unbelievable how slow they can be sometimes, i dont ever write reviews on anything but i think this should get some attention

Get a bigfoot but and the parking lot there is a Mini mart in a burrito stand we went to the Mini mart and the burrito stand and grab some food

Lovely coffee when u luck up and get an attentive barista. This location is inconsistent and slow. Line or not you always sit and sit. 20 -25 minutes is far too long for a drive thru anything

The coffee is good, but it is SO SLOW! Every single time I go it takes at least 5-10 minutes per car and it takes me at least 10 minutes to get through the line. The most frustrating part is that when I get up to the window the workers are not even trying to go quickly, they appear to be taking their sweet time. I love Bigfoot but avoid this stand because it never fails to take incredibly long.

The staff was extremely courteous, theres plenty of parking in the surrounding area and the location is great. Our hostess took us to the top floor which is very spacious yet cozy with a great city view. The food was amazing and the entire family enjoyed! Will definitely return.

Frendily and pretty quick drive through... could be a little on the less expensive side, but they make up for it in quality.

Not sure what the complaints about the wait are. Staff must have changed at some point. We go here regularly and the staff is just about the same speed as all the other coffee huts in the area. Night staff is a little faster.The menu selection is very strong for being a small business. Both sweet and coffee drinks.

Worst customer service

Normally I give Bigfoot five stars- theyre my favorite coffee stand. But, theres a gal working at this location who seems very distracted. I always order a 24 oz. blended Mythical Mocha with 4 shots, almond milk, sugar free syrup, with whipped cream, and no caramel drizzle. I get it, thats not the simplest drink in the world. But Ive never had an issue with a barista making it incorrectly. If they cant remember a part, they usually ask and I really appreciate them doing so. The last time I ordered, I had ordered that drink with NO whipped cream. The gal who made my drink didnt add the additional shot, and didnt use sugar-free syrup. Then she put whipped cream on it with caramel. The funny part is that when I was watching her make it, she paused before putting on the whipped cream and I could tell that she couldnt remember if I said with whip or not. Yet, she put it on anyways without checking, even though she couldnt remember. Not to mention she just seemed like she was off in her own little world during the whole encounter. I didnt say anything because I was in a hurry. Just watch them to make sure they make the orders correct. The coffee is great otherwise.
