Was simply trying to sell an older flat screen TV and I called ahead to see if they would take it. The lady (who I was able to find out was the older short lady behind the jewelry counter) screamed “I told him he’s only gonna get 5 bucks for it”Not one time did I argue or say anything other than great that’s fine. We are moving and just needed to get rid of the TV.Seems to me that the clients that frequent this place are selling/pawning in order to fulfill a drug habit. That doesn’t mean you have to treat everyone like trash.

I absolutely LOVE this cash America! The new manager is cool and he’s funny and personable. I waited over a year for an item to come in and he remembered called me up and I was stoked!! Great people even better service. They were very accommodating and helped me find all the weird dvds I was looking for. Hunter and Chris were working and made the experience so fun Ill definitely come back. Sometimes being genuine people goes really far and I really cant wait to come back and find more random movies for movie night.

When I asked a lady how much the gold chain was, she answered the price, and when I said how to make a payment because I could, she said it was not for sale and took it to the back without selling. Trust me it was an outstanding pretty chain of 24 gold.

I went in today to try to sell my new window 10 laptop and it was brand new nothing wrong with it and they offered me an amount then the manger came and said we can’t accept the laptop anymore...they were racial profiling.

Management is rude and interrupts you when you’re trying to speak. Over talks you like you have no idea of what’s going on. Management needs people skills, she has none.

I want to buy 2 tablets and a laptop 630pm on 2/31/2018 got home had to reset tablet then when it was finish there was a password I needed to unlock then I was playing around with the laptop then came to find out there was 2 user on it none of them where me and could not doing anything with out the main users password so we took them backto pawn shop they told us we did not buy the warrant so we where stoke with this trash 250 we spent on nothing the lady asked me if I wanted the warranty put did not explain that there rules changed a month before and everything is sold as is no matter what with out paying more to insure they where not scamming you this is not ok one of the tablets cant even be unlocked cause Verizon them selfs have a lock on it your would have a better chance on Craigslist then this scammer company dont ever buy there things are cheap cause they dont work 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡and manager so rude she dose not need to be working with others she called me a lier 4 times when I was not lieing

Aside from the rude asain guy wich i believe was the manager. It was a great store. The employees that were there were extremely nice and helpful. It would have received 5 stars if not for that on rotten employee. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends/family. However, plane your visit ahead of time because if that asain dude is there you wont even get 1/3 of the value for your items.

THIEVES. I attempted to retrieve my property with both cash and pawn ticket in-hand. They accused me of manipulating the ticket and refused to return my property!! The error on the ticket is of their own incompetence and not my fault whatsoever. Due to their mistake they believe they can hold my property?? Contacted the Attorney Generals office. See you in court Cash America.

These employees are rude service sucks...it seems like they give out deals to people they know..and try to sucker others to accept less for items that basically could get more..most people go to pawn shops to get help just to get by..but there treated like stepchilds and brushed off...they need to work on there customer service...but hey you wouldnt know that uless you go somewhere else and see the differents
