I tried calling this place 3 or 4 times over a few weeks to get a quote for installation and gear. Every single time, I was told theyd get back to me. The one time I managed to speak to someone beyond the receptionist, he seemed annoyed that he had to even pick up the phone. I was promised a quote again and received radio silence instead. If this is the treatment they give potential new customers, I would absolutely avoid them.

Theatron pre-wired our home and provided the equipment and installation for an integrated home entertainment and security system. This included over 16 televisions, a home theater, speakers throughout the house and pool area, security cameras, and wiring for a phone system and a wi-fi. Rick and John have been a pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job. Fantastic. No issues whatsoever. They were very responsive from start to finish.
