Hhgregg has never been my go-to electronics store, but Ive shopped this location a few times over the years. The computer selection was never great, but there were occasionally good deals on TVs. The staffing seems extreme to one end or the other...either no one to be found or youre being stalked by every employee in the store looking for commission. Ive always found that a bit off-putting. As of this review in April 2017, all hhgregg locations will be closing. The entire store is discounted. Mostly appliances and furniture remain.

The customer service is terrible. no one asked if we needed help we had to ask and the employees were not busy one was even playing with a ball and never once looked our way. This store is HORRIBLE despite the reviews mi went anyway, bought a washer and dryer waited for delivery and they never showed. when I called I was told I wasnt scheduled for delivery even though my receipt said otherwise. I asked for a refund and have yet to see my money. will NEVER shop here again.

Would never shop there again, EVER! Thank God we purchased every extended warranty they have to offer on our appliances. Went to open the freezer door yesterday and the damn handle just ripped off. Now I dont directly blame HHgregg since it was a Samsung fridge but the store experience I had using the $100 gift card was horrible..... AND God forbid if you return something make SURE you have ALL the packing material. It even says it on the receipt, but who saves Styrofoam? I can understand that you need to have the remote, the manual, the TV obviously, the box, and the stand. But the Styrofoam are you kidding me. Just another reason for them to try and avoid a return. This is just the worst kind of store.

Bought an Asko dishwasher in 2011 and it recently came loose. There are six screws that keep it in place, three on each side. The top four were too short and drilled in at an angle so they came loose. The bottom two had a short screw head but no hole had been drilled into the wood to secure it--it was basically fake.

Fast easy service, didnt try to upsell on anything. Very knowledgable empolyees.

We went to the store for a few things, wall mount for a TV, price a sectional and new fridge. We were completely ignored in the furniture department, the 1person who offered to help us with wall mounts couldnt answer our question (will this hold our TV?) We were told well, you can try it. Um...if it wont hold, our TV will come crashing to the floor...I dont want to try it. Then while looking at refrigerators, the salesman walked around us to help another couple. Worst service ever!!!! Never did get help. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Excellent customer service, went to all the local electronic stores and hh Gregg was not the cheapest but they were the most knowledgeableand the most helpful.

I will NEVER shop there again if I could even give no stars I would. We went and bought and washer and dryer this weekend with my aunt and let me tell you when I was asking questions to the associate helping us he didnt seem to thrilled to talk to me he seemed more interested on getting his $2000 well I was over it at that point so today they installed them. Let me tell you worst experience ever! The guys who installed them broke the little vent that connects the dryer to the wall when they pushed it back well I called them and they just said oh we will refund you since I told them I need the part tonight and if could not get it than I will go get it. When then we couldnt figure out why the hot water wasnt working is because those dummies didnt take out the little filter stopper in the part where you connect the hose so good thing they left directions for the installation or my boyfriend and I would have never figured it out well when I called back to explain what happened the guy was rude didnt want to talk and said well is it working now. Yes its working now but the whole point is if Im giving you a big amount a money and you guys being rude you should be able to atleast install it right. Good thing we spent the extra 200 for a 5 year warranty because Im scared something else will go wrong with the installation. Just terrible expirence and will not go back.

The store is practically empty. Nothing here is worthwhile and the staff is nonexistent.
