While I give this location 5 Stars for service. The young guy working was great. However, while adding a line the computer generated a number based on my zip. That generated number is not a local number. I called customer service while in the store. They refused to change the number unless I paid an extra fee to do so.

A man named Josh, he is so nice and so helpful, he has always been able to give me an answer to my questions.

My next visit will be tomorrow. I have a problem every time I get on my phone to talk to someone. My phone makes a buzzing noise after talking to someone for 6 mins and then it automatically ends my conversation by hanging up on the person I was talking too. My phone is underneath full warranty and I just up graded to this phone less than 3 days ago. So somethings got to give. They have tried to fix in the store but it didnt work. So Ill be back tomorrow

I was never there

MY wife and waited at the front door from until 11:15AM today. According to your website & Facebook the store opens at 11AM on Sunday. We were coming to switch from sprint. No one answered the phone or unlocked the front door. We even attempted to knock on the door several times.

Added a line and got a phone. Service was quick and efficient.
