We had a GREAT experience at this store! Everyone we engaged were so helpful! Jason introduced a phone and a watch for my wife based on her needs. Ray performed all of the setup for both to PERFECTION! Tiff, the manager, ensured that everyone in the store was being serviced, as the store was busy during our time there. I would recommend this store over all others in central OH area!!! GREAT job and THANK YOU!!! Licking County stores need to step-it-up.

Manager and staff is extremely rude! Manager told me “I AM T-MOBLE” and stated toe that tech-support at T-Mobile (611) lied to me and I would not be getting the bill credits that I was told I was getting! Avoid this place like the plague! Upon leaving the store I called tech-support and filed a complaint against the store, the store employees and the store manager. Drive a little farther go to the store on refugee Road near Pickerington North high school. Very friendly staff they will go out of their way to help you!
Lie lie lie. Horrible service. Had to wait for a tmobile employee. Then that kid seemed like he hated life. No smile mono tone voice. Felt like it was a hassle to be a customer

So I arrived at the new store @ 2177 State Route 256 in Reynoldsburg.I was the only person in the store, but the manager named, Demetrius told me he doesnt do returns. Sorta of like it is beneath him.He told me I had to wait on the guy to get off his lunch break.Do not go to this store .Friday 10/16To respond to your reply, I sent you an email, and I would like to speak to someone.As I read your reply, your response to what that man said to me is not accurate at all.But I look forward to giving you the opportunity to fix it .I did not put all the things he said to me in this review, so I look forward to hearing back from you, via email.

Customer service and professionalism is terrible, employees aren’t helpful at all, they don’t care what your problem is after the sale, sprint needs to retrain their employees or get rid of them. I went in to start service by the time it was time for me to go I cancelled the line/transaction and went to at&t. I’m not about to give my money to rude people
You get a star for easy check in. Service bad and down grading. If you spent a little time with me I could have bought a phone...then I would still have been mislead by the activation fee. As it stands I had a conversation with customer support to get clarification that I couldnt get from you and plan to visit a different Sprint store to purchase even though Im still in your parking lot. Good service will win every time!

Carl was so patient and helpful. He went out of his way to help us keep our old phone numbers. He worked on our phones for close to an hour to get everything squared away. He really went above and beyond, never lost his cool, even in a very frustrating situation. We really appreciate his help. The entire staff was very welcoming and created a comfortable atmosphere.

I absolutely dread the time that is spent getting new items like this. Brandon and the entire staff at this place made it one of the more enjoyable experiences, purchasing something new, that I’ve ever had. Right now I’m on my new phone, listening to music on my beats head phones, and doing so while spending around $50 less monthly. And by a simple conversation, Brandon saved my sister almost $100 from her Verizon bill. The female asst manager was a sweetheart and other employees were cool too. Go see these people! You’ll be better off!

Everybody in this store is always extremely helpful. Store is clean and always has everything I need plus more. Whenever I go in the store Jodi has gone above and beyond even when I wasnt buying something. Ive bought 6 iPhones and 1 Galaxy in the past 6 months. And anytime Ive had questions or needed help Jodi has ALWAYS come through for me. If youre a Sprint customer, do yourself a favor, go to the 256 store and ask for Jodi! If you arent a Sprint customer, ask Jodi to help you make the switch.

Tyrell, Carson and Whats his name are the best in the area amongst all carriers. Polite, product knowledgeable, courteous and organized. Answered all my questions and provided great solutions. Been a long time since Ive seen this level of customer service from any retailer.

Called to ask a few simple questions about my account. Was told they no longer do that over the phone that I had to provide my identity in person at a local store. What a joke... Your customer service is just a good as your cell service TRASH

Rude, over board with Corona virus policy, only two people at a time in the store my wife had to wait outside the employees thought they were doing us a favor, prices for the new Samsung, more than a house payment or rent.
Employees were friendly and nice. I went in to replace my iPhone 4, according to them the best deal was a preowned iPhone 7 for $400.00. I told them one of my best friends traded in their iPhone for an iPhone 7 for $75.00 six months ago and was looking for something similar. They told me, no way did that happen. I said I like Sprint but they do charge a lot more than Boost and Cricket.. They said you know who owns Boost. I said yes Sprint, so why are your charges almost twice as much as Boost? No answer giving. I told them if Boost can make deals why cant they? Again no answer giving. Ok, if you dont want to try to work deal, time to go, have a nice day

DO NOT GET SPRINT! They steal money from your account and lie we had 3 month long fight and a lawsuit against them we won but the harassment you get is not worth it! All I can say is be like us keep all of your bank and Bill statements and always question it!
The staff at the store were helpful when I was browsing phones, but as soon as I said I wanted to use my two-year upgrade, the helpfulness stopped. They tried to push me into leasing or buying the phone outright through a payment plan, which is probably how they make the most commission. The phone I wanted was in stock, but priced $50 more than what was posted on Sprints website and the store would not honor the price. I ended up ordering from Sprints corporate phone number instead and couldnt be happier.
Upgraded my phone with Jodi, she was awesome, super helpful, and funny/personable. Great experience and great new phone!

Charged wayyyyyyy more than necessary after my phone broke even though I had insurance. Switched to android and now I cant recieve messages. I went back to explain the problem and got this as an answer: sorry we dont know much about android, we all have iphones here. I only keep sprint because I have enjoyed their cell service for 10 years

Every time i go there i am ignored. I get no greetings or even an aknowledge. Not even a head nod. Just sat there for 20 minutes with 2 people working and one person in there other than me. I walked out, and they didnt even notice. Take my advice DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE, unless you enjoy poor customer service.

Jodi was very disengaged from the beginning. She was of no help when it came to Androids. She questioned and doubted me, and didnt listen. To not help a customer because youre not getting any sales for an upgrade is bad business. I left the store dissatisfied, and was told to reach out to another store for help.
