It’s really obvious that the team at Desi cares about their customers. They provide such a useful service. I’ve had them come out to repair our walk-in cooler twice now and they’ve always done a great job. They have very reasonable prices and they come out quickly when needed. This company is very reliable and if you own a restaurant you know how important that is. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful I found Desi Appliance Sale and Repair. My freezer stopped working and I went into full blown panic mode. I called a bunch of different places but not only was this company able to come out right away but their prices were fantastic. They were able to get my freezer back up and running the same day I called. Their service is excellent and they are so highly skilled at what they do. If you have an appliance that needs repair I would give them a call. They do great work.

Desi has now fixed two different appliances for our restaurant. Most recently they took care of our pizza oven after it stopped working. They always respond to phone calls quickly and it’s always easy to make an appointment with them. They not only do quality repairs but they also give very processional advice. Their prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend them if you need any help with a broken appliance.

Our walk-in cooler stopped working unexectedly. We had a lot of food in there and needed someone to come out as soon as possible. I called several places but I couldnt find anyone who was able to come out right away. Thankfully I get ahold of these guys. They were so professional. They were able to come out right away and get the cooler working again. They were friendly, highly skilled, and had out cooler back up and running within an hour. We didnt loose any food and we have this company to thank for it. If you need an appliance repaired this is the company to call. I am so grateful to them.

Experience was great. Purchased item off of Facebook marketplace over the telephone at 5 pm. Had next day delivery for a fair price. Victor was extremely responsive and delivered product promptly. It’s difficult to find a quality commercial deep freeze in 2020 because much of the inventory is on back order. But victor had this brand new product to us in less than 24 hours!

I have been trying to get a fryer fixed for over two months. He came by got money to order a part and hes been saying he was going to refund us for a month. Everytime I call he says hes coming by today. He never shows up. Find someone who is professional and will not steal your money. Hes a complete thief and joke

He is very responsive and good services. He repair my refrigerator with in genuine prices and satisfy me.

This guy is a joke, multiple times schedules appointments and never shows up. Repaired a walk in freezer and 2 months it broke again and now he is not answering.

Called to get a pizza oven repaired, was told that he was going to come in an hour. He never came. Texted him to see if he could come the next day no reply. If you cant fix it dont tell me your gonna come in an hour and not show up, and than stop replying terrible service would not recommend to anyone.
