I needed a dining room chairs since my last one broke this morning. Googled chair and xoom came up. It was close to my house so off I went. I was in and out with in 10 minutes with 2 new chairs. It was that easy. The chairs have change the look of the room.

I stumbled upon Xoom 5 years ago when I first moved to Dallas. They completely furnished my first apartment; bed set with mattress, couch, dining room table w/chairs and two rug for a little bit under 2k. I know right? What a steal!! They came and delivered and assembled everything. I’ve had most of the furniture still today but I recently got a two new couches and love seat and sofa bed, which I got at another great price. They came delivered and assembled per usual but also dissembled the old couch and threw it away; there was a small fee added for the them to that but hey with all the money I saved why not pay it. I just purchased a new bed also great price!!I’ve been to a few other furniture places with friends and family and have never received the hospitality, and the hard work to get you what you want. They have several locations so if there’s something you don’t see in that show room please believe they have it at one of the others.My mother is moving out here and this is where I’ll be buying her furniture and making sure she’s comfy and sheek in her new place!

Day 2 of writing a review until they contact me about my couch. Button still hanging by a thread and still has a hole on the side. This is terrible business. They’re nice to you until they get your money. They don’t take debit or credit cards so you won’t be able to get your money back from their scam. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!

After waiting for many years to go here, I finally had the extreme pleasure of entering this establishment. It is a wild ride to go in there, everything is eye catching. Even if you dont need a gold chair, you will most likely find something you want to buy. The people that work there are extremely friendly. They do have plans for moving the store due to the demolition of Valley Mall.

I drove to this store early afternoon yesterday 02/06/2021 only to find that they were closed. Although the sign on the door also indicated normal business hours. Lights outs, dark, no signs of activity, closed. I did not think to call before making the trip as the listing doesnt indicate hours may vary or anything to that nature as many websites have due to the implications of COVID. I drove from Bedford to Richardson, wasted trip. I wont say wasted time as I was with family and all time shared is a good time. However, I am extremely disappointed they were closed as their website and previous reviews seemed promising.

They’re great!! I went to 8 different furniture stores and no one had my bed that they claimed on the Internet. I stopped at Xoom and Yvonne asked if there’s anything she could help me with. I told her I want this bed but no on has it 😫 She said let me call my vendor. Then BAM she asked you want a queen or king! Bed was delivered next day. Ty!!!

I was told the sofa is white, which it’s off white like ivory colored. I was told I would be notified once the sofa was received and I could schedule a delivery date and time, I was notified 20 minutes before they were on the way, I asked for a different day as I just moved in and wasn’t ready that moment. I was told it would be double the delivery charge. I spoke with Yvonne and she pretty much called me a liar and said she told me the day before which was not true. I hadn’t spoken to her for days and was told I would have time for the delivery. I did hang up on her as she wouldn’t stop arguing with me as to what she thought she had said. The sofa is pretty, I was told it was not hard and it is very hard.

Yvonne was great and very helpful! She even helped me pick out accent chairs to go with my couch. Cant wait for everyone to see my couch!!!

From the time I walked through the doors, I was acknowledged right away. They were very friendly, patient, and helpful. I furnished my living room through Xoom. The staff here is exceptional. I ran into an issue and they were very helpful in helping me to resolve. They have a large inventory and items to compensate for all budgets. Its not always easy picking the perfect furniture, but Xoom is the place to go. for it all.

Randomly came across this place and it was a great experience. A ton of unique pieces of furniture along with a very helpful sales team with no pressure on buying. I bought a couch and recliner, and came back in 2 days later to look at a mattress and bar stools. Awesome place highly recommended

I recently purchased a TV stand from this store and my overall experience was very good. They were very helpful in answering my many questions over the phone and recommending different options plus offering advice on items I saw on their website. I was able to get my item delivered to their store that day and I picked it up the same day. I assembled the TV stand without any issues and it looks great in our living room. I heard of Xoom from the Letgo app. The sales rep Erica was extremely helpful and patient while helping me pick out the perfect bed set. Erica was great! I placed an order from Atlanta and she provided exceptional service and paid attention to every detail. You would think she was based in Atlanta and not Dallas.

My husband and I drove 45 min to the address on their website (Preston Rd). It was a construction site. I knew they had moved but I had never been there before and figured the right address would be on their website. We called and was told they have a new address (South Sherman St) and the person on the line texted it to me. Because it was not far we mad our way there. The door was locked. No sign saying Xoom or anything. The owner of the building said yes they have new furniture tenants and tried to knock on the door for us. I called the same number I spoke to someone on about 15 min earlier...no answer. I texted the person who texted me...no answer. Never again!
