My experience at Classic BMWs collision center was amazing! Peter Madsen and Derek Dickerson were instrumental in ensuring my needs were met and questions answered. My car was involved in a minor incident where an 18-wheeler launched a tie-down strap onto my car, damaging my bumper and fender. I took my car in to Classic BMWs Collision Center for an estimate and dropped it off for repairs a day later. When I got my car back, my entire front bumper and driver side fender looked as if they were brand new!I would not take my car anywhere else for collision or body repairs!

Never bring your BMW anywhere else. My X4 M40i was involved in a little fender bender with a lesser car that was totaled. Derek Dickerson was professional, courteous and communicated frequently as to the costs and status of then repairs. Over $25K in front end repairs and the car is as good as new.

I read other comments from others about good communication from Randy Smith. That was not my experience. Other than an initial call I never received any status update without calling myself. Even after talking to the collision center director that promised updates going forward every other day I still had to follow up myself to get any information. When I called for an update so I could inform my rental company of plans while randy was out for a week no one knew of the status and had to call me back after they researched. There was miscommunication about my rental car being extended and covered by my insurance which wasn’t at all the case. Took multiple calls to get that clarified. Empathy is very much lacking and it’s obviously just another job for them. No one offered any apology for lack of communication. All I heard is well it’s a big job. They didn’t get the issue was about lack of and poor communication. End result was good but very much offset by communication and caring about customers.

When I arrived, Randy Smith greeted me with a smile (he’s not bad on the eyes either) and said he would get everything thing taken care of and not to worry. When I came back to pick up my car, I was pleasantly surprised it was done on time and looked like new. Thank you Classic BMW and Randy Smith for a job well done!

I was hit from behind back in early March while driving my 2018 X5. The impact was so severe it pushed me into the vehicle in front of me and caused over $15K in damages to my car. Car accidents are never a pleasant experience. And the aftermath of having to deal with Insurance companies and body shops are not something that one ever looks forward to. Rarely does a body shop get the body work done correctly and the paint job to match and blend in properly with the rest of the car. Our X3 is leased so when we need work done we dont take a chance on a low-cost insurance provided contractor and risk a problem on the lease return. Once again Larry Jackson and the team at Classic came through with a beautiful repair on the front fender. It looks as good (or better!) than new.

At first, I thought choosing Classic BMW Collision Center was a big mistake. My decision to go there was based on it being BMW and a manufacturer collision repair station. Leaving the collision center, there were obvious repair defects that were not caught by QA. The repair defects were so noticeable that they were written up as damage by the Classic BMW Service Center on its next maintenance visit. I was at a loss on what to do as far as the Warranty they offer on their repairs because I didnt want to go through the agonizing process of warranty work and hoping that they would follow through and produce a quality product. So I left a bad but honest review on Google. I never got so many calls from a bad review so I decided to answer. I was talked into coming back and having BMW fix the issues. Talk about an amazing experience! The Shop manager apologized and gave me his new X3M as a loaner (not sure that was a good thing because now my wife wants an M...but so do I, so maybe it was a good thing!), fixed all the original repair issues AND took care of two other damaged areas around the car. They polished the car up new and filled the fuel tank, all this in less than 48 hours!!! I would use this shop again in a heartbeat. Not only do they actually care about their customers, they do produce an exceptional repair service consistent with all my other BMW experiences.

Derek kept me informed about the status of my repairs and was great to work with! Extremely happy with the repairs! Sadly this is my second car to be wrecked and I will never take them anywhere else!

I had awesome service working with Randy Smith. My car had a small window seal issue that made it noisy when driving at higher speeds. Randy was very flexible and got me in the day I called. With in 30 min the issue was fixed and Randy also helped me out by topping off my coolant. Over all I have worked with Randy before and he is very consistent, professional and the work done on my car under his oversight has been great! Received excellent service from Randy on my new M3. Randy was very professional and kept me updated on the claim progress with my insurance company, which was half the battle, and then on getting my car repaired. I had a lot of damage but the car is running and looking like new and I feel confident in the quality of the repair. I dont really feel there is another option in Dallas other than Classic if you want your BMW repaired properly.

Its never fun when you have to have work done at a collision center but the service (provided by Bill Clarke) and work done were great. Their warranty coverage also makes you feel comfortable when you do get the car back. I would like to thank Bill for keeping me informed of the progress and making the transaction as smooth as possible.
