Paul & team have been servicing my familys cars for about 25 years now. Theyre not always the cheapest option, but theyre honest, capable, and will tell me when theres something I can fix myself or if I shouldnt fix it at all. We used to live 5 minutes away and now live 30, but still continue to make the trek over there to get things done. I recommend Christensen Tire for sure.

My GO-TO guys for my 2002 Red Firebird. I love that thing and trust only them to poke around at it. Plus, they are really nice and great conversationalists, and with them being efficient and me not realizing the time is passing quickly, I had a superb inspection done the other day in two shakes of a lambs tail! Christensen Tire is my Go To place for all car related stuff. Ive been a customer for close to 20 years now and have never felt like I was being taken advantage of nor pushed into doing more work than what I took my vehicle in for. The staff is consistent. Im pretty sure most of this team has been there since I started going. It is convenient, especially since you can make an appointment in advance. They will also take you home and pick you up if you would rather wait in the comfort of your home while they work on your vehicle. I love these guys! Keep up the good work.

I have been coming here for 20 years. Always great service and great folks. Recently Quinton found my problem with a motor miss that I though was a burned valve. Just a great shop and I highly recommend them.

I never write reviews, but this place almost seriously ripped me off. told me my wheel was bent and quoted me over $650 to replace it. not only did i find the proper wheel for less than $100 online, and no wheel for over $250 on the manufacturer’s site, but the firestone on campbell and jupiter said the wheel was actually improperly installed and this place caused some minor damage. firestone fixed it for freethis place did have good customer service but it sounds like they tend to rip customers off

Dan was helpful from the git-go.I took my pickup in late afternoon and it was ready next morning by 9:30am. I use my pickup for my business so no dead time.

Christensen employees are ASE certified mechanics, so I knew walking in to expect quality work. What surprised me was how friendly, professional, accomodating and thoughtful the guys were. I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They fixed an issue another shop had screwed up. The waiting area made my short wait quite pleasant. Manager Paul, Steven and the crew are top-notch mechanics. I will be back.Update: Back again today and these guys are even more amazing! Truly great shop!

These guys stripped the threading off of my oil pan by over-torquing the drain plug and tried to charge me $1200 for a new one. After discussing with the management, they refused to take fault, despite the fact they are the only shop to have touched my oil pan for the past 3 oil changes. I suggested a longer drain bolt to catch the remaining threads, and the guy at the shop tells me that they tried that, and it wont work.I finally get them to agree to retap the oil pan, only to get a call a couple of hours later saying they dont have the right tools to do it. What?!So they call and offered another solution - guess what it is? A LONGER DRAIN PLUG! My God! I feel like Im taking crazy pills. Go somewhere else, seriously.

First lets talk about the team at Christensen on Arapaho. Every time I walk into the store, they great me (and my family) by name. They really make you feel like they care about you and always seem to work with your best interest in mind.Ive been going to this location for over 10 years now and wouldnt consider going any place else. Dealers have offered me free oil changes, but Id rather support my local store knowing that they will treat me right every time and I wont be pressured to buy something I dont actually need.Ive had everything done at this location from fixing a flat tire to rebuilding a car engine. Ive never been disappointed in the quality of their work. Ive had friends drive 50 miles to have their car serviced at this shop because the dealer couldnt fix their problems and over charges for the work. Ive never heard a negative comment from all the people Ive sent their direction.If youre looking for a shop you can trust, I highly recommend checking them out.

Love this place and been taking our vehicles here for 6 years. I trust everything they recommend and they have previously helped me prioritize repairs for an old vehicle I wasn’t going to keep a long time. They helped me to understand what needed to be fixed in order to keep the car running in order to buy me sometime to find something better. Stand-up guys working here and awesome service! The old guy in the front desk is very rude and asking irrelevant questions. very rude to the customer of color when I visited a week ago. He dont know how to talk and address the customers. I wonder how he is working over there with this attitude.

We use the Arapaho shop. Excellent service at the front desk and in the shop by these guys. We are pleased to have moved our scheduled maintenance for both vehicles (Tacoma truck and ES350 Lexus) to Christensen.

Great place I recently had to stop in to get a tire repair Steve greeted me with a hello and asked what he could help me with I told him what I needed he was quick to enter my info into tge system and get my car to the back where the shop entrance is and get the repair done very professional guy took a little longer than most repair shops but it was done right and that I do not mind the wait as long as the repair is done right woukd recommend this repair shop to any friends and family If you need a repair tires anything give these guys a shot

I got an alignment, two new tires, and my tires balanced here. I wish I remembered the name of the man who was at the front, but he was so nice and approachable. When I was about to leave to lunch, he and another employee suggested numerous restaurants in the area. To think, I was just going to walk to McDonalds! Instead I got pizza.I liked that the employees are talkative and friendly. It helps pass the time when youre waiting on your car. Im satisfied with the service I received.

Took my car in this morning because one of my tires had a slow leak. Nate was at the front desk and was very nice and courteous, seems like a chill dude to me. Juan was the tech that fixed my tire. It was a Saturday morning so I figured I would probably have to wait a while, but they got it done in about 15 minutes and I was super pleased. I would definitely come back here.

My car was done when they said it would be. Everything was fixed above expectations and they even worked at keeping the price down for us un our time of need. Great people and will do business with them again.

This is the preferred place to have my cars serviced. The staff is always courteous and they never tried to oversell service and parts.I found them many years ago when I had an alignment issue that three other shops (including and authorized service repair) could not figure out. I never looked back.

What a great experience getting tires for my Toyota Tundra. Made an online appointment, got a great tire recommendation, and they provided a shuttle to/from my nearby office. Was informed every step of the way if there was an additional charge, and was treated well from start to finish. Definitely impressed, have already recommended this company to my co-workers (and the tires look phenomenal on my truck). Most definitely will go back to them for any tire-related needs for the truck and will try out the next maintenance due with these guys.

They are effecient and courteous. They explain what else may be needed to be done to your vehicle besides what you brought it in for. They do a thorough checkup on your vehicle. They also have competitive prices on their tires. They do automotive repairs, oil changes, and they sell very good tires at good prices. They are well worth referring to your friends!

The staff here does excellent work and I never feel like I am being done over. If parts have to be replaced they offer to show you the original parts so you can verify they were toast.This visit especially impressed me as I showed up an hour before closing to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was completely prepared to schedule for another time but they got me in immediately.I’ve been going here for years and plan to continue coming here even though I no longer live in the area.

The guys up front took care of me and my son, and our 2016 Honda C-RV. They didnt try to oversell or anything. We also got the $3 washer fluid refill, and we were on our way. They are pretty fast too. We will definitely be back.

When other issues arose that the mechanic(s) discovered while address my original requests, they came to discuss it with me and offered an action plan without surprising me at payment time. I absolutely recommend and will return.

I visited this establishment twice recentlyFirst visit for a new tire. I got 5 miles down the road and the tire was flat. They failed to change a part and I suspect the tire was not faulty to begin with and they used this opportunity to gain a $250 purchase instead of a $20 repairSecond visit for wheel alignment. Told me that the wheel bearing was out $400 to replace before they could do the alignment. They were really pushing for me to have it fixed that day. I refused. Then discovered the bearing is covered under warranty. Took my car to the dealership and it was not the bearing. The hub just needed to be tightened. This garage lies about the issues your car has, I seriously regret spending 7k there last year probably only needed 1k of work. Avoid at all costs - or just pay the overinflated cost I guess...

My girlfriends car got a flat tire and I was on a time crunch to help her get it patched or replaced. I first called Sears auto who were rude and not very understanding that I was limited on time due to having to be at work. I called Christensen Tire who told me to bring the car in and they would get the tire issue fixed for me quickly. They did exactly that and were very friendly during the whole process. I would go back in a heartbeat for any tire issue. Excellent service!

I came by not too long ago about a battery situation on my 04 Toyota Camry and Dan was helpful. He explained that I needed to have a new battery and showed me basically a graph about my batterys status. Good thing I did research on how often I had to change my battery, so it was definitely time for that. An oil change was done and something about the coolant reservoir. I was only there for about half an hour (wasnt too busy) and the price wasnt too bad. About $300. I like it here as a first-timer

Rick took the time to research this chronic problem and found an alternative method that some dealerships have chosen to try and unfortunately my dealership did not knowing after time i would be faced with this very costly problem again.I appreciate the time and concern Christensen Tire & Auto has always given to my vehicle. I have been a customer for years and have always been met with superb service. Now i have complete confidence because of Rick going the extra mile that this chronic problem will be fixed for good.

I received excellent service at this location. The tires I wanted were not available so they sent out for them...they arrived within the hour and my service was completed the next hour. I was very impressed by the speed of the service and level of communication regarding vehicle status.

Made my first trip to Christensen Tire and Automotive yesterday to fix an AC issue with my 2014 Ford Focus. I went to Firestone to fix the issue and they thought it was a pigtail wire harness that needed to be tapped and never replaced or tried to.... Went to Christensen later that day to drop it off. Conveniently a couple blocks from my residence. Next day they went l far and beyond to see the problem which was a worn cabin filter and a shot blower. Fixed it all up and replaced way ahead of the projected time. Stephen and Paul are just downright awesome and treat you like family. Rest assured I will take my future car services right there. They do it right. Also they hace very comfy sofas and you can watch tv while waiting. Plus coffee, water, and sodas in the fridge as well. They are true pros! A+++++++++

I have had good service at Christensen so far. I saw the manager get curt with a customer, but the customer was asking for it. I am cautious after reading some of these reviews, but I can only speak of what I have experienced there. Have had 4 tires installed there. Four batteries changed, and new AC installed in my 2000 Grand Prix for around $1200 bucks and its been working for a year. I have not tested them in more complicated auto repairs. This place or any place may be reduced as performance electric vehicles take over that dont need near the maintenance and repair that internal combustion engines need.

Ive been using Christensen for over 10 years. Their staff is friendly, and they know their business. I also like that their waiting area has a desk to set up on to allow you to work (or play games) on your laptop while you wait.

I will not be returning to this shop. The customer service was extremely unprofessional and I had to take my car in multiple times before they fixed it right. They were not very nice people and I would not recommend their services to anyone I know. Too many issues to write here... It is quite unfortunate because I took my car here due to the the good reviews I heard and did not receive that same service.

I was frustrated at the Texas state inspection by Christiansen. They failed my car due to faulty wiper blades when mine were practically new and worked perfectly - because a VERY small part of the rubber (less than an inch) had become slightly separated from the base. I realized technically by the state regs this could mean a fail - but I felt it was a frustrating judgment call.

Christensen has serviced our automobiles for several years. They are the only ones in our books. Just keep up the good job.
