I took my car in on a Monday and the car was ready by Saturday. They stayed true to the quote. They called me when there was a small item that would be slightly more. Shaun was great to work with for getting my car repaired after an 18 wheeler dragged off my front bumper. The body work was wonderful quality and completed timely in coordination with the at fault driver’s insurance.In a coincidence of poor timing, a mechanical issue on my vehicle appeared right after it came out of the shop due to a manufacturer’s recall. Collision Masters went above and beyond to get my car running before I had to get it settled with the dealer. I really appreciated the work they did for me before the recall was identified. I had a wreck and my fender was rubbing against my tire making it a driving hazard… they said give us 2 hours and only charged me for the labor… using his own lunch time… so that I could drive safely and open my passenger door again. It was the biggest blessing and I will be back when I can afford the replacement. Thank you for not taking advantage of but caring for a person in distress!!

This is my third time at Collision Masters and as before their quality of workmanship is unsurpassed. The dent repair and repaint was perfect. No eggshell, ripples, nor transition lines. Even better they dealt with the insurance company saving me the hassle of that process. Hopefully Ill not need their services again but if I do Ill be back.

I found them about 5 years ago and will never use any other body shop. They are professional, do excellent work and always on time. They dont try to rip you off and they explain everything in detail. We had a great experience we moved here from Miami Fl and we needed work done to our car. Shawn made sure we get our claim paid and got the job done. The car turned out like new we are very happy with the turn out.

I had driven by this place so many times, but never used their services. That finally changed this summer. I went in for a quote on a fender replacement and painting. I met Shaun and gave me a VERY fair price. I was shocked. So then I asked them if they could replace the front struts. He said they could, and gave me another very fair quote. So, fair pricing, but what about the quality of the service? Also very good! Im happy with my fender and struts replacements, and they even polished my headlight covers, as a bonus, for free! My Chevrolet Colorado Crew Cab was caught in the March 2019 hail storm that came through Fairview, Texas. It received extensive hail damage on every surface: hood, top, sides, etc. I selected Collision Masters to do the repair because of its excellent online reviews. Boy did I make the right decision. All I had to do was drop the truck off and pick it up when it was done. Shaun and his crew did a magnificent job including dealing with my insurance where the insurance adjuster was a bit light on what needed to be done. Bottom line is that my truck looks better than the day that I bought it (new). For me, the experience was absolutely painless. I highly recommend Collision Masters.

I was a little disappointed with the service of this company. What was a simple one day job to replace the bumper turned into months of driving back and forth to the place to get it repaired. The first bumper was the wrong one, even though they were letting me drive off with the wrong bumper and the splash guards underneath were not attached properly. They ended up refurbishing my old bumper after having two near accidents because the splash guards fell down and drug on the ground. They had to order those so more trips to get this done. Nice people but not enough dependable help to serve their customers in a professional way.

Excellent service, on-time, great communication, well done work!I brought in my Chevy Cobalt after an accident. They gave me a ballpark estimate when i first got there, but we very clear that there might be some other issues they find when they take it apart. There were some unexpected issues that they found. They gave me the whole rundown. They also gave me a break down as far as what repairs were necessary and what repairs were for quality of life or cosmetics, which saved me some money!

These guys repaired my European vehicle (which would have cost an arm and a leg anywhere else) at a great value and did a phenomenal job - and finished the work when they said they would! Flawless work and great customer service. I am very pleased. I had cracked my rear bumper on my Dodge Charger. When I took it to the dealer they said they would have to replace it and then repaint it. Bruce over at Collision Masters took a look at it and quoted me a price to repair it that was less than half the dealer quoted to replace and repaint. The price they charged was exactly what they quoted. On top of that, Collision Masters got it done fast. It looks like it just left the showroom, nobody would ever know it was repaired. Right now the entrance to office and garage is blocked by construction on Beltline Rd but you can reach them via Texas Street/Greenville. dont let these guys go out of business!

When I saw how highly rated Collision Masters was, I decided to take my vehicle there. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. This was my first time handling an auto insurance claim, and Shaun, the shop manager, explained everything I had to do step by step (this was much needed and appreciated). Of course, I had to call my insurance and take care of a few logistics, but everything else carried on without a hitch. During the course of the repairs, whenever I checked in on my car, Shaun would appraise me of what the status was and what repairs still needed to be done.Im writing this review one full week after getting my car back, and everything seems to be in order. After we had our accident we filed the claim for the insurance and they sent us a check, telling us to go to any shop we wanted. My husband and I got around 3 quotes for the repair + some existing damage. The first several places asked us what happened and gave us a price (after some judging looks). Say dont take your car here it the worst u can do big time liars they dont keep u informed they had my wifes car for a week and some days for us only to find out that they did nothing I mean nothing if we had to pay for a rental we would have been on the hook for 100s of dollars please dont do business here they also damaged the car further and people that gave them good reviews must be on the pay roll.

I had a door closing problem after the wind caught it and took it to one shop who refused to do it, another gave a high estimate and wasnot sure it would work. I called Sean at Collision Masters and took it there. He has a tool for this purpose and was done in 5min.

My trunk door for my Rav4 had a dislodged piece and wouldnt open. I went to three shops to get an idea about the repair. The first said they couldnt fix it. The other wanted to order multiple parts and just in case and return them if they werent needed and couldnt get me a timeframe for when it would be fixed. Shaun at Collision Masters gave me a quote and even let me look at the screen for the part and what they charged for labor. I knew everything upfront and it was fixed within a day just as he said it would be. I would come here for any body shop because in the least they are honest and can figure it out for you.

Shaun did an awesome job repairing my daughters Rogue. He was very honest and upfront about the process, about the cost to repair and helped us deal with the insurance companies. He completed the entire job before most other collision places could even get me in for an estimate.And an top of that, he actually hit his initial timeline estimate for job completion (which was a first for me dealing with these situations - 3 teen drivers).You might find cleaner, newer facilities in the Plano/Frisco area, but you wont find anyone as easy and honest to work with as Shaun. Glad I made the drive.
