Tom was super nice and extremely helpful. They did some body work on my front bumper. It turned out looking amazing and the paint matched the rest of my car perfectly! He gave an accurate estimate of the time it would take for my car to be finished and kept me up to date on everything along the way. He also restored my headlights without me saying anything about them for free and now they look brand new! Thanks again!

Cant recommend this place enough! Tom was so nice when I first talked to him on the phone, and they actually finished repairing my car even faster than the expected date! Full disclosure I didnt have my car repaired here because it was declared a total loss. I felt I needed to write this review to attempt to return the kindness my wife & I were shown here. We had a wreck from out of town. He calmed us both down after our accident, he was so calm and nice. The owner opened up on when he was closed just for us to collect our belongings. He was very professional and courteous with us and our insurance. I would feel good about doing business here.

This place was recommended by my mechanic and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The service was as promised. They were professional, timely and honest. I highly recommend them, even if it isn’t the closest repair shop to where you live. They even fix some minor scratches on the hood of my car at no charge.

This place is great. The owner (Tom) is kind, accommodating, and easy to talk to. Good service. I took my vehicle in for a new bumper. The original paint job on the new bumper wasnt perfect and the shop stood behind their work and was willing to repaint it at no charge. The shop worked well with my insurance company. After the work was done, I was involved in a minor hit and run. The shop was very reasonable on pricing since insurance did not cover the cost of damages.

These guys are awesome, I have never been in a wreck before and didnt really know where to start. they helped me with the insurance company and fixed my car in a timely manner. Later on down the road I had related issues with the car and instead of trying to get out of fixing it they said they stand by there word and fixed it for free. I will send my friends and family to them for any issue no matter how serious, knowing they will fix it!

I came out of the local WalMart one day to find a woman trying to figure out how to leave me a note, having crunched the rear bumper on my Tahoe.Central Collision Repair was recommended to us by a longtime friend who owns The Auto Shop in Plano (Jerry Kezhaya). We contacted Tom at CCR and he took great care of us.I took it to Tom for repairs and it now looks good as new. Tom went above and beyond, touching up paint scratches that were not caused by this event.Thanks Tom! The Tahoe looks GREAT!

I decided to go here after I wrecked my car, I did not appreciate the fact that when I went in they had felt no need to explain to me that there was a $55 a day storage fee. After I decided that I was not going to get my car repaired here they then decided to tell me it was a $700 charge because I had kept my car there, which I wouldve gotten it out immediately if I had known. Yes, I shouldve read the sign, but at the same time customer service is letting your clients know all of the possible outcomes of what happens when your car is in their shop. So greedy. I am a college student and that money was so hard to come up with on my own I was so mad finding out that day of no work on my car I had to pay just $700 because it was sitting in their PARKING LOT.
