Unreasonable charges from the shop, I dropped off the car on 10/19, they have listed the price for fixing the vehicle, they called me on 10/25 telling me that the vehicle is total loss, when I picked up on 10/27, the invoice showing I need to pay for 9 days of storage fee, never ever heard before that the body shop charging the storage fee during the time they were checking and fixing the vehicle, I even asked the tow truck driver, he also told me that it don’t make sense that you guys paid the charge, I told him it’s only because the manager dealing with us being so rude by saying he doesn’t have whole to argue with us for the charge cuz they already waive $150 admin fee, didn’t even left us choice to make decision, I will be telling everyone I know not going to that place
Finally got my car back after 6 wks. I’m usually read the review before doing something, but I didn’t read this time cause I ask my friend about the shop waving deductible. I ask them to fix the dent on my car and they circle like they going to fix it. That dent wasn’t fix. I don’t have time to tell them cause it take 6 weeks. If you ok with waiting for 6 weeks, it be your place. This is the last time with any Toyota of Richardson I be willing to do business with.
The lady in the front door is not helping. I asked for something else, she replied with something else. People don’t appreciate what you want.
Great service. I had my Camry repaired after a collision in January. Shortly after, we noticed a check headlight system alert. Finally brought the car back in last week after covid concerns lessened. They found the problem and corrected it at no charge even after 7 months. Great service.

RIP OFF!!!I called and said I need to drop off a car and wanted to see if part can be replaced under warranty, they said I had to bring it in.So I brought in my moms car for repair which I thought was under warranty. I told them exactly what needed to be replaced. The lower ball joint need to be replace. They said they will need to check if it is indeed actually need to be replace and if it is under warranty. They said it will cost me $77 if I do not want them to do replacement, and that is just for the diganostic and check on warranty. I said ok. They called me hours later stating ball joint need to be replace and not under warranty. They added the lower arm contoll also need to be replace and also not under warranty. So I asked them what is covered then. They said axel is, but not ball joints and control arms.They quoted me $2900 something. I said I dont have that much money, they said theyll call me back and maybe help me out on the price. Less then 2 mins, they called back and dropped $1000. So $1900 something for the repair. I said no I will bring to an independent mechanic that also use OEM parts. When I picked up the car, they charged me $140, even though they wrote down $77 in big letters on the paper that I signed when I dropped off the car. I pointed that out and cashier said that was just the preliminary quote.So I had to pay $140 to check of the part was under warranty. If this is not rip off, I dont know what is.
Took my car here because I kept hearing a strange noise but they failed to listen to me even though I knew what the problem was from two other mechanics. All they did was ruin the brand new parts that my mechanic had just put in my car and lied about doing so. Definitely not going back again.
They are wasting your time... I taught since Toyota was huge corp they might have a culture of honesty, but not everything big is good. Take your business somewhere else. They lie, and lie again and again.
Took my car here multiple times. Always amazing service. They communicate timely and get my car done to where you never know I was in an accident. Alex is the best but everyone seems nice there.
This place was the worst place that i ever been rude people the don’t how to talk to customers i took my car to repair they were charging me 7K and i ask them them okay i will take my car now but i will bring back once i am ready to repair then they ask me pay us 350$ for storage fees coz your car was here for 2 days i told him why you didn’t told me in advance that you will charge me the storage fees i have no option otherwise i will not gave them even 1 star
This place is completely abysmal - avoid at all costs.I purchased a vehicle from the nearby Jeep dealership, and unfortunately had to bring my new car in to get checked on the same week. Its incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone here, they give mixed messages, I was told to get my car towed in so they could look at it even though they had NO technicians on Friday evening or Saturday. Its Monday now and the phone rings off the hook even though they opened an hour ago. I feel like my car has been kidnapped.

Horrible, unprofessional, waste your money and time! zero Star if I could! My car supposed to be ready in 5 business days. Because of a wrong estimation from these guys, we had 2 more weeks to just back and forth with my insurance and unfortunately after 2 weeks they forgot to communicate with my insurance and finally I gave them a call to tell my story. This is not final story, then, they said their labor has family problem, another day said they are in vacation and it takes 2 more weeks!!!! after 5 weeks my car supposed to be ready and I just wont to get away from this horrible place, just guess what was happened?!! They changed my RF door and they said the door plastic panel is still on the way from Huston and you have to come next day to install that!!! after more than a month, Whatttt !!??????Ok, till now I didnt talk about the quality of work I just talked about unprofessional and poor services. When I checked my car, from an amateur point of view not expert person, I saw waves in my new door very clearly. To cut a long story short, they will talk with you very friendly at the first meeting but we are not looking for a friend over there. we are looking for good quality of work and professional service that they dont have at all!So, dont waste your life, time and Money !!!!
This is the first review I ever taken the time to write. Long story short, a gentleman (named Richard, I believe), helped me reattach my front bumper after it came off. He just went out to my car and fixed it without charging me. Was it very minor damage? Yes. But, at the end of the day, they helped me when I needed to get on the road fast and without charge. I know other body shops might have charged me $50 or more for the work done. They have gained a loyal customer. Will be back again. Thank you!
Hahaha, terrible place. These arrogant fools will not even do an estimate. Let me quote, If I do an estimate, I am gonna have to pop the hood, and start working and looking at it. You will then HAVE TO get a repair here. so basically you want people to commit to you no questions asked😉 Ya, we worked directly with farmers insurance, if you want an estimate, do it somewhere else like caliber, ok? with a smile on this managers face. I would punch him in the face 😃

Way Overpriced - lowered book value on my suv. They put on over 150 miles on my car for test drive? Really!!!!????Looks like the mechanics used my car to go to lunch and run errands. Leather seats are ruined. They didnt cover them. Oil and dirt were found on all seats even the rear passenger seats were oiled. Also the engine was not covered after they removed the hood, rust found on bolts and some parts. Stay away from this place.

Not only did they try to bill us for things we had not authorized they never answered either phone number for over a week of trying no matter what day or times we called. I will never let my insurance force us to go to these people ever again. Worst experience ever.
First time in my life I didn’t check review and gave my car for this body shop!I was very sad when they finished my car, I was sad!They work about four week!It still not finished yet!They have a lot of work and they don’t care about costumers and they fix car like for fun!They don’t have good mechanic.But Ray manager is good.He is one person who try to work!Guys always first check reviews and after try to fix!
