Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. I have been repeatedly surprised by the level of professionalism and care George and his co-workers from 1st Call display. Had a severe glass issue that needed clean up. They bent over backwards to get it clean and safe, went the extra mile for us and the total cost was extremely reasonable. Surprisingly reasonable. I live 30 minutes away and I wouldnt go to another detailer. Just awesome.

Took my truck in for hail damage repair and I could not be more pleased. From the initial estimate to delivery of my truck after the work was completed the customer service was top notch. Great experience! This was my first auto hail claim ever. I have been one of the lucky few. I heard about this place from a friend and decided I would use them because all the other companies wouldnt return my phone call. They were in Richardson, which was farther from McKinney than I would have liked. But, they proved to be the best decision in the end. Not only is Aric, the owner, a fantastic individual and super motivated with customer service, but all of their crew working on my car kept in touch with me throughout the process. George was just amazing and Johnny on the spot at all times. As for professionalism, George is tops! Although their space is not as fancy as some other shops, the work they do is better than what I have seen with some of my other friends who got hail damage. Just picked up my car this morning and I couldnt believe it was the same car. Not only did they get the hail dents out, but they got some other dents out I had on one door I thought were never going to be able to be fixed. They detailed my car inside and out too! Honestly, it looked like a newer car than when I bought it two years ago! They even called the rental company for me to come pick up my rental car and let me leave it right on the lot. It took a little longer than I expected, but well worth the wait and well worth the drive. Ill wont use anyone else in the future if I have auto damage. You will not be disappointed! Thrilled with the finished product. Just unbelievable what you guys can do with hail damage!

Took in my Miata to get some dents repaired, Aric was able to fix a few on the spot and blew me away! They used to be so obvious but I cant even find them anymore. We also sent in our Honda Accord that had some super dry old tint that they removed and retinted, and they were in and out in one day. Thanks!

I asked for emblem removal on my vehicle. When all was done, there were visible dents where the emblem was pressed into the paint of the vehicle. NOT the proper and “professional” way to de-badge a vehicle. They should have been more careful, or should have been upfront that they were not familiar with how to properly de-badge a vehicle instead of damage my new car.

Amazing. Dings and small dents disappear like magic. I had a larger dent from a minor collision that I thought would require traditional body work for sure. Dropped it off in the morning and picked it up at lunch ready to go! Thanks 1st Call!
