Wow these guys are amazing! I went in to get an alignment done, and within an hour after I left my front wheel came off . They had told me that the front end was loose but nothing to worry about. After I posted an unhappy review, I got a call from Alex, the owner or manager. He said they would do whatever it took to make it right and asked me to bring the car back in even though this was not necessarily related to anything they had done. I brought the car in and they really took their time, replaced motor mounts and did a very thorough inspection. Roy, the mechanic was very kind, thorough and obviously knows his stuff! After a couple hours they asked if I could come back the following week and they were going to replace more parts to make sure everything was working perfectly, even including the front wheel opposite the one that came off! In the meantime I took it back to the garage who had done the original suspension work and they replaced more parts to make the car safe. When I brought it back to Meineke they agreed to check it all over and double check the other garages work. In addition, they noticed the A/C was not blowing cold so they diagnosed and advised me on that as well! All of this was at no additional charge. Alex and Roy were serious about not letting me go without having my car taken care of! I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone! They do business the old school way and take care of their customers, I am a believer! But any work they do perform, they will make sure they treat you right! Thank you guys!

Great experience!They treat you and your vehicle with care and respect.I went to get my blinker light changed, but they found out it was just loose and not broken, so they didnt charge me anything. Even if it was, their pricing seemed fair. Ive been to many auto repair places but this one has been the best one so far!

Ive been a Meineke customer for many years and usually frequent my neighborhood location, they were fully booked so I had to find an alternate location and came here. Amys oustanding customer service will be the reason why I will go 30 min out of my way to have my car serviced at this location. My car had been running so bad After thinking I went to Firestone to get it fixed. Roy and Alex were AMAZING at helping it get ACTUALLY fixed and Alex even told me how everything works and WHY. Amazing service. I plan on coming here in emergency needs like that one. My car runs like a champ now as if it’s day one. And big thanks to Amy who also kept communication and was very considerate of what I had going on and communicating it to the manager in her absence. Loved it here. ❤️

The customer service was phenomenal. They walked me through everything they were doing to my car and even took me back to see exactly what they were talking about that was wrong with my car. The job itself took quite a bit of time and but they compensated me with a free oil change for my time. I highly recommend this place. I was so impressed with the level of service that I received. They were so attentive to my needs and knew everything that there was to know about my truck. When there was a surprise maintenace repair that I needed they took the time to discuss different options, their prices, there value and there different recommendations. New customer for life!!! Alex (store manager) and his team are by far the most down to earth people I have ever dealt with when it comes to mechanics. At no time did I feel like I was being lied to, forced, pressured or ripped off. In fact, my experience was the complete opposite. A+++I wont get into the details of the issue with my car. Ill just say this, it was a little bit of a mystery at first as to where the problem was coming from but Alex and his guys were able to pinpoint it, offer not just one option but multiple options on how to fix it.Cost: Usually with a chain auto repair shop you see larger costs since there are more expenses, overhead etc etc... The original quote I received was a little more than my budget, however it was completely inline with what it costs to get the work done. I even went online and priced out the parts and checked out previous car owners that had same/similar work done.The Surprise: So I moved forward with getting the work done. Dropped my car off at 8am and it was done by 2pm. Alex called me to discuss the repairs and cost. I was already prepared to spend what I was originally quoted and then Alex let me know he was able to SAVE me $150-$200 from the original quote. While working on the car, they came up with another option to lower my cost.Now tell me, whens the last time you went to a mechanic and they said Oh, by the way, its going to be cheaper than originally quoted?These guys are top notch. I called this location to get a quote on a catalytic converter replacement after mine was stolen from my vehicle in my garage. I spoke with Alex on the phone and right away I knew I was calling the right shop. Alex was professional, personal and understanding of my needs, providing me a quote and making me feel at ease.I brought the car into the shop the next morning and was welcomed like a lifetime customer. Anne was also very kind and helped me get setup and walked me through what I needed and the options available. I received a detailed report with descriptions and photos of the issue I brought in and other areas for concern. Alex called me and walked me through each item and we discussed the risks and the costs; ultimately I got everything fixed because I trust Alex and I trust this location to do whats needed and for the right price.I got my car back just a few hours later which exceeded my expectations. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had with any service, not just auto repair. I am an instant life long customer and I urge everyone to come to this shop and trust that you are in good hands.

Please read the whole review. My experience started out frustrating but due to a personnel change it turned out great.I initially took my 1975 Chevy C20 in to fix an exhaust leak from the engine block. I had the gaskets replaced with the assumption that this would fix my leak and I was not told otherwise. After the work was done it began to leak again a few days later and so I called back to have it rechecked to see what the issue was. The next person that looked at it explained to me that the header was warped and so I would need to replace the headers and one of the heads to fix the problem which I was fine with. About that same time Alex and Roy had basically taken over in the shop and the prior mechanics were now gone. Roy called me and explained that the maintenance I was going to have done was more of a quick fix and that there was a chance that I would be needing to come back again for a similar issue. Roy had explained that what I needed to do was have both heads replaced and machine in order to ensure they were a perfect match as well as replacing the headers like I had planned on doing. I left for vacation while they were working on my truck and when I returned to pick up my truck it sounded and was running better than I could have expected. There was no longer a leak, Alex and Roy had repainted the top of my engine block, my spark plug wires were replaced because they noticed (and showed me) a misfire issue, and the new headers looked perfect. Finally, they had me drive it for a couple days and bring it back to make sure everything was calibrated as it was supposed to be.Overall I am very happy with the experience that I had and I will be returning to Meineke for any major maintenance that I need. I highly recommend Alex and Roy to take care of your vehicle. If you had a bad experience in the past or know of someone that has give this location another shot because the personnel change has made a very positive impact on customer satisfaction. I have also attached a couple photos that show how great my engine looks now.

We brought Van Diesel in on Thursday, late in the day, due to our exhaust being very loud. We got him back the next day with a whole new exhaust and it was much quieter. Van Diesel is back in action transporting sick and injured pets to our veterinarian hospital.

Went to get my horn fixed on a day they were super busy. The manager Alex took the time to check out my car even though they were busy and got my car in the next day and got it fixed in no time. Horn is honking at full potential again. Great customer service, fast and super nice. Highly recommend!

After calling around town to get the best pricing on recharging my AC, I decided this shop had the best price.I have an older vehicle(2011) and was unsure of what it would cost but I knew I had to fix it because my 8 yr old grandson is spending the summer with me.After giving a lil bit of vehicle history to Alex, (the shop manager) he began the process of fixing my AC.When it came time to pay, Alex said it was on him! 🙂I was blown away!!!He knew I had been saving money to get this fixed.I was shaking & crying happy tears. I went in to get my engine light checked out and follow up on a potential oil leak. After checking everything out for me, Alex assured me I was all set and nothing was leaking. As I was leaving, we noticed my break line was damaged and leaking. He immediately got my truck back into the shop and fixed the problem. I called here after having a bad experience with another business. I called around 5:30 and they close at 6pm. Amy was was so inviting even through the phone and told me to go right away so they can do the service. Was visiting from out of town, for a doctor appointment, our van started overheating. This is by far the best service, quality and price you will ever find for car repairs and maintenance. The wait times are small, the prices are (very) competitive and they look out for the customer. In fact, they checked to see which services/fluid actually needed to be done compared to what the dealership told me, and they found that the dealership tried to sell me a fluid change I truly did not need (they even showed me the dip stick).Youd be hard pressed to find the customer service and quality this Meineke provides. I came out to my car after a meeting and found one of my exhaust pipes was loose. Being OCD about my car I immediately started searching for a place that could repair it at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. After unsuccessfully trying Pep Boys and a local repair shop, they recommended that I try a muffler shop. Google said there was a Meineke shop within 5 miles on 75. Frantically I drove to the location but got lost. I called the shop got a voice mail and hung up. Now what do I do. My phone rings and its Amy (I really hope that is her name) from Meineke calling me back asking how she could help. I started to explain the situation, and she stopped me, gave me directions, and told me to bring my car right over.As soon as I arrived Allan (I sure hope that is his name) took my car and immediately started the repairs. In less than 30 minutes my car was ready completely fixed. I have never been given such excellent service by a repair shop than I had today. I was given the best birthday present. The responsiveness and willingness to help made my day. I have found a new home for my car repair as they do much more than mufflers. Thank you guys so much for helping me today and I will see you again in two week. Tremendous Service.

Loved this new place. This was the first time visiting a Meinke location, and I will be returning. I had an oil change and a brake check. Alex was kind, honest, and friendly. And honesty is hard to find these days when it comes to a good mechanic. This is a full service shop, and they have an app making it easy to schedule appointments and such. I highly recommend them!

First time here to get my mirror changed and I was so surprised by how fast they were, great service and I didn’t get charged. My new go to mechanic service, will definitely be coming back.

I had to get my brakes replaced over the holiday weekend so willing to pay almost anything to get it done. Was told my caliper was locked up, which was easy to confirm since one side had a lot of pad and the other was grinding the rotor. I was ok if they had to replace it, but they took the time to rebuild it and save me some money. It’s comforting to know they didn’t just take the easy way out and replace it knowing I would have been OK with that.

Went in for an oil change and they were able to get me in quickly, only took 20 to 25 minutes if that. Also I was able to get new windshield wiper blades installed.Amy was awesome with her customer service and very prompt with status updates. I will definitely be going back for future car maintenance and repairs.

The workers were very accommodating and were able to successfully and efficiently repair my ac. They were had a pretty tight schedule, but were able to work fairly quickly in order to get us in and out!

They were so nice and professional. I was even worried about a sound coming from my front end when I drove, so they drove around after to ensure it wasnt anything dangerous. They also made sure my tires were aired up good. And their system will text you all the results from the inspection they included. Very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend! I brought my car in for an oil change and to get the brakes looked at as they were making a horrible squeaking sound. Alex was the mechanic that helped me out. He was very professional and got me in and out in reasonable time. He also was very honest with me about what needed to be done with my car and didn’t try to scam me.

While I was in San Francisco, my wife’s 2016 Audi A6 had “check coolant “ alert, and we later found a puddle of yellow liquid under the car.Around 2am pst, I text messaged Meineke Car Care center in Richardson to get an estimate. Around 5am pst, the store manager Alex text messaged me back and said he could check the leak today.After he identified the issue, he explained a couple choices to get the leak fixed. Luckily he could get the required parts from Audi before noon and completed the work before 1pm pst. He also explained to my wife what to watch after the fix, and that certainly help my wife a lot as she had never taken car issue before.We truly appreciated Alex and Meineke Richardson and we will certainly bring our cars to Meineke for services in the future.

Oil change, two rear tires, I ordered them when I made the appointment, brake inspection, and vehical inspection, all completed in a timely manner. I love this place and they have earned my trust.1st visit, Husband and wife ownership team, they are just nice people, helpful and professional. I pulled up in front, walked inside, answer a few questions sat down and my car was ready to go in short notice. Ill do business with this location next time I need an oil change, tires, or just general maintenance and repairs. Its important to have trust in your auto care providers.

Wanted: Inspection (machine under audit), oil change (lifts were booked until the next day, new wiper blades.Received: Because Alex couldnt get the inspection and oil change done, I left with new wiper blades, for free, in 5 minutes. Phenomenal service!

I usually dont post reviews but had such a wonderful experience, I had to share! The staff was attentive and worked with me (without being pushy) to get the best deal possible. Up to this point, I have always used Groupon for oil changes and these prices were comparable, with the service much better than places I have gone to in the past. I can not recommend this shop enough after the quick, thorough, and high-quality service I received there. Will definitely be back in the future!

Friendly, incredibly efficient and I appreciate that I was asked and given an explanation if anything other than routine was recommended or needed.

Went in to get a cat-back exhaust installed. Alex the store manager quoted me very fairly. Jesus did a extremely thorough job installing and making the welds, I was very impressed with his attention to detail.

This is by far the best mechanic shop I’ve ever taken my vehicle to the customer service is outstanding and all employees are very polite the work that was performed on my vehicles was perfect I would recommend this to anybody that has any issues with their vehicles
