I visited this morning per a recommendation from the parts department at Toyota of Richardson. It was definitely worth a trip. They were very professional and addressed my concerns in a very timely manner. They didn’t even charge me a fee for fixing the problem even though they took nearly an hour on it. I went and bought the team breakfast burritos for my gratitude. They are truly a professional and ethical company. Kudos to their wonderful technicians!

This is a great auto glass shop, very easy to work with and they are fast. They do drop offs at the store or will come out via mobile. We have dropped off both of our cars at various times (darn highway rocks) and they’re ready in about two hours. They did recently sell the business to Safelite but it looks like most of the staff is staying which is great.

They were very flexible with appointment timing, even when I had to change it. The customer service was friendly and funny and they replaced our windshield in about 30 minutes! Definitely will be back if we ever get another crack...especially as it was half the cost of an insurance claim!

TRUE gem of a place! Restores faith in smaller, well run, customer-focused service companies. Needed a relatively minor glass service done on car. Larger chain companies and others near Frisco wanted $200 just to look at it. Chris at McKinney location actually listened to me and provided quote of $50. Actual charge once completed… $35!!! That just doesnt happen anymore! Give these guys a chance or youre just cheating yourself out of a likely positive experience involving car repair. Where else are you gonna find that?!!?

It took longer than they expected due to my cars construction, but Im glad they took the time to do it right. It required additional replacement parts from Lexus. I would use them again. The new windshield looks great.

True customer service! Setup a time to replace a windshield at their shop. Same-day had a flat, instead of taking the cancellation, they came to the tire shop and replaced it there. Did have a minor issue with the way the windshield was placed so I took it to the shop - was in and out with zero hassle. Makes me feel confident in their work.

Richardson Auto Glass replaced my cracked windshield as well as my wiper blades. I figured I would let the professionals install them since they can be a pain to put on. A few days later, one of my wiper blades flew off during a rain storm causing the wiper to scratch my new windshield. I called them the next day and they came right out and replaced the windshield as well as my wiper blades. What a delight it was to see that a company has such great customer service!
