Its been now over 3 months that I have had my car back and my window is still not fixed, my suspensions is terrible, my color is orange peel looking and there is a broken panel where my air bags are in the back that is broken. I have called so many times to arrange something to get all the way out there. The two times that I have made it, they were unable to help me. Mind you it is 50 mins without traffic from my house. Ive talked to the manager and two other employees and nothing has been done to help me. I will not recommend this place AT ALL. I should of went to caliber collision!
Service King in Richardson, Texas was excellent! After a terrifying car accident on I-20W, Michael, the Collision Expert, let me know that I was in good hands. The service by the staff was professional, timely, and patient! They communicated on a regular basis and communicated with the insurer on my behalf when they noticed tire work needed to be done before releasing the vehicle back to me. Great work Service King!
Staff was friendly, recieved text messages along the way, car was vacuumed out and wiped down when I returned to get it, and the car looks nice. Additionally, they were able to complete it for less than than originally quoted which was a positive. Even agreed to return the rental as I picked up my vehicle on a Saturday.However, 2 things that I had to give feedback on.....I made an appt and had to wait 25 mins to be checked in. I flew over there to honor their time since they allow for online scheduling and then waited which means I couldve taken my time getting there no problem. And when receiving my car back I was told about the emailed surveys but anything under a 10 is considered a fail so please call us first before responding on a survey if you had any issues. I dont think thats fair to other customers. I wouldve gave a 9 because this location needed to be more adequately staffed as the phone rang with 2 people in the lobby but I refuse to lie for numbers sake so I skipped their survey but wanted to inform people here.Maybe call before you go and see if its a good time, idk. Just my thoughts!
Terrance is the MAN! I needed my car repaired after a portion of my front bumper came off driving down the highway. He got me in, gave me an estimate, and was able to meet my deadline before I moved across the country. Iβm 100% satisfied by their work!
The Staff Members are very Professional and they do an excellent job with excellent customer service special thanks to Mr. Richard who goes above and beyond to answer your questions and concerns and so does the staff members I highly recommend this company especially this Location this is my first time there and everything went great.
To start, this team is amazing! We had our truck broken into the night before we called them, brought it in and they estimated it would be a few days before they would be able to get the parts and install them. It was only a few hours that I received a call from them that it would be ready to pick up the next day. The staff there really took care of us knowing this was our only vehicle since we are from out of town. I highly recommend this shop, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast.

AAA insurance sent me to get estimate for the damage of my car after the accident. I called many times because I either got disconnected or my call got dropped after I was put on hold. Fortunately, I talked to Ashley, and she helped me all the way until the estimate is uploaded into AAA insurance system after 2 weeks - when I told her that I would like to experience to be a king. :-)

If you expect your car to not be filthy inside when you get it back, go somewhere else. Had a knob on the steering wheel that someone at the shop took. There was no need to remove anything from the steering wheel for services that were done to the vehicle.Celestino was my service advisor and he was very helpful and professional. I would never use Service King again, but Celestino was fine and not part of the problem.If they say the car will be done on the 1st, expect to hear nothing till the 4th, then they will tell you it will be ready on the 9th. And it wont be ready on the 9th. They are very disorganized.Trash and plastic bins were left in the car. They left a cover for the back hatch in the truck that doesnt belong to my car. Im sure someone else is looking for it.Took a month and a half to complete job. Not entirely the shops fault, had some delays with insurance authorizations. Still, run from this place, go elsewhere.EDIT: Now that I have seen it in bright sun light, the paint job is pretty horrible. Several shades darker than factory, poorly blended. Bad orange peel texture. Will be contacting service king to her them to fix their poor painting.

Take your vehicle elsewhere!! This is how this Service King returns vehicles to customers (I dealt with Zach). The employees were nice, but you are paying for the vehicles service/repair and in that department things are substandard.1.) Ripped Trunk liner around carpet fastener2.) Markings on vehicle exterior3.) Disheveled tool foam around spare tire

AWFUL place to take your vehicle. Iβve been back 3 times. After the first time they left the inside of my car dirty and didnβt even wipe it down! Also scratched the lights on the inside roof of my car and βforgotβ to put the shelf in the back of my car back. I also sat there for a total of 3 hours when my car got towed in. There was no other customers there, but the advisor who originally handled the car took his sweet time. All I have to say is what warranty? If you deal with Russell Royce, you better be prepared to deal with an a**. He should not be working face to face with people. They are very insistent that their work does not have any defects. My car was a few months old after it was repainted, and the chips in the paint that started a month later are awful, (but itβs apparently rock chips). Iβve owned 4 cars and Iβve never had a problem with the manufactured paint on them. Will not be going back to service king EVER! Only reason they got 2 stars is because I have relatives who work there.
Ive never been in a accident before the guy up front bradley was very nice and understanding and helped me get through the situation the repair was great it was like it never happend and they cleaned my car it was a great experience i will be returning if ever in another wreck thanks.
Donβt you even waste your time with this shop. Very poor customer services! They do very unprofessional job poor finishing the worst of it all is the staffs are very rude. You are better off trying out the little shop who are hungry to make a better name than service king who believes they are a big company already and can get away with just anything!

This is the second location Ive brought my car to for auto body work. Zach has been main point of contact here and he has completed incredible work on my car.I also must mention the entire experience was on point. I was texted with updates regularly and a phone call here and there with the status of my vehicle. Im the type of customer who prefers not to be called every other day with an update. And Zach tailored the experience accordingly.I wont be bringing my car anywhere else for any auto body needs outside of Service King in Richardson and in Plano!

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced. Spoke to 3 other customers in the waiting room who experienced the same. They took apart my car and then told me it would be two weeks before I could have it. They then pushed the day out 4 different times. Ended up getting my car over three weeks later. When they called me to come in I waited 2 hours in the waiting room until I got my car. DO NOT GO Here!

Eric was terrific! I took my car to Service King after the hail storm in June. They were swamped but Eric made the experience painless. He kept me informed and answered every question I had. I was able to view pictures of my car online as it progressed through repairs thanks to the Nationwide Auto Watch. When I picked it up yesterday Eric was outside buffing some small areas to be sure it was perfect! I cant recommend them highly enough! Ask for Eric.

Trent was excellent. Car looks great, brand new. Would recommend to a friend. I use to take my BMW to Caliber until they used a sharpie to blacken some spots I complained about in the paint. Service King has been my choice since then.
Sent my car to the shop to fix bumper. The complete date was changed for 3 times and reason is they ordered a wrong part! They said it will be ready today and looks like may be not! I will be out of country tomorrow and my car is supposed to be ready 4 days ago! Now its really hard for me to manage not mention I have to take Uber every time these days. Tried to call them but front desk transfer call and soon... voice mail. Disappointed. One start is actually for representative, at lease he is polite when he communicate to me every time.
So far it has been 3 days since I met with Daryl for an estimate. I was told the computers were being fixed and he would email my estimate within 30 minutes. I called this morning and Daryl is not working. I have to wait until Monday. The person who I spoke with, spoke to me like I was taking up too much of his time and said no one had acces to Daryls computer. Is this not a business? That explains only one thing. Daryl has not even written my estimate. Why patronize a business that obviously treats their customers like their business is not needed or appreciated?
Even though I was hit from behind and the other carβs airbag deployed, Service King didnβt check the alignment. I had to take it to the dealer and handle the situation myself.

Worse experience ever. Let me start by saying their customer service is pathetic, they laughed on your faces thinking is funny to look at a frustrated customer. Ive been doing customer service for so long, and Ive had frustrated clients on my face all the time and Ive never laughed at them nor argued with them. A good customer service agent, would try to calm the customer down, not frustrate them more. Plus they damaged my car even more by cracking my windshield when one of their techs remove the hood without my permission, they tear it up without my consent and without a singed copy from me saying it was okay to do so. Their service is poor, Id give them no stars if I could, because they dont deserve a single one. Their front desk lady literally yelled across the room, and argued back with me. The person supposedly in charge while the manager was out laughed on my face, thinking is funny. This location and their service is sorry...
This location became upset because I called for the estimate they stated they would send out the day before. made contact with the insurance company without my knowledge and before sending the estimate as stated. then they didnt want to finish the job because I asked them what was going on. I think I would find another place to get the job done.as a ASE Certified Master Technician this is not how it is done
All they had to do was give me a new hood, it was dented. The first time they said that they had finished my car, they left it dirty, with swirls and scratches in my paint. So I made them redo it. They also damaged my bumper while it was in their care and had to repaint that as well. It took me getting my insurance companys site inspector out to their location for them to do a passable job. A month and 2 rental cars later, they finally finished the job. They managed to do a decent paint job but when they buffed the hood and fenders they damaged my windshield wipers and plastic trim with the buffer ... They also left dried, caked on polish on my headlights, trim and edges of the paint. They were unprofessional, rude and I had to call them for updates, they did not keep me informed of the process or when it was done. I would stay far far away from these hacks!

DO Not go here even if your insurance recommends that you do. Someone hit my bumper and their insurance company recommended this place as a one stop shop because they have someone here that can make the estimate and the rental company could pick me up.If Dylan Michaelis does your estimate then you better RUN!this kid wanted to paint and blend HALF of my bumper HALFF a bumper on a benz. I dont care how good you are I will always see the blend on half a bumper. I asked him 3-4 times to call state farm and tell them that I wouldnt accept a blend I want the whole bumper painted and he simply would not do it.I went to caliber and not only they painted the whole thing they replaced the bumper completely
Worse experience. From scheduling to communication to damages to my car after being painted. There is paint splattered all over my driver window, the tint is scratched inside of drivers window, tools were left in my car, and masking tape was left all over my car. Horrible.
When a 200lb deer ran across the highway and slammed into the side of our brand new honda CRV, we filed a claim with USAA. They recommended the nearby Richardson Service King and we worked with Gary. Lots of issues but the final straw was getting it back with no front license plate. They have removed the damaged Hinkley and threw it away, license plate and all.
