I finally checked out Homegoods after it was recommended to me and I found a decent priced floor lamp for under $40. I was impressed at how affordable many of the items were and will go there again.

Very good prices on very nice home decor. Really couldnt believe the price tags and how low they were with how good the quality was. Employees were super helpful and got my heavy piece loaded up and secured in a matter of minutes. Of course my 5 year old found some toys he just had to have..... Who can say no when the toys are super cool and very inexpensive 😉. Guess we both scored at HomeGoods.

The store has good products the reason they get one Star. I purchase an item that did not have a tag on it and the manager just make a number. They over charge me for this item, hopefully corporate office read this review and do something with this d*** manager.

Oh, Homegoods. What would I do without you? It’s always an adventure coming here. I always find something I didn’t know I needed. Great cookware and interesting food finds. Candles, rugs, whatever...it’s all here for you.

Home Goods is awesome. Its similar to TJMaxx and Marshalls except they carry better items for your home and they do not sell clothing. They have some VERY eccentric things in their store every time I go.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!I was browsing in the store and fell in love with the beautiful amethyst cathedral that weighs 22.7kg. Fortunately, one of the employees, Marvin was present that night and he was able to assist me in loading this natural piece of art in my car without much effort (one strong young man!). My husband had to help me unload it when I got home. Very happy with my purchase!

Love this place! Watch for sales and coupons! Sign up for specials online. The store is big and not all great sales finds are in the front, so look around. This is a great place to shop for first time home buying needs or the special finds you want for your 35 yr. Old place. There is something that will spark your interest on every isle. The prices can vary so watch for specials online, but you cant buy online. Variety of prices and finds for every price range and decor! This store is my great find! Love it💜

Great very organized

The staff went out of their way to make my mom happy and made everything easy. Put all our things up front to be ready for our pickup and set us up with a delivery service. Very happy customers here ! :).

I go to many different homegoods stores & this store is by far the cleanest! It’s been a long time since I’ve used a homegoods restroom that was actually clean! Also, the store was super organized and clean- especially for a Monday!

Used to shop here, but after my experience with Ethel or Ethal, Ill shop where the guest isnt treated poorly. Waving your hand in a hurry up manner, sigh because Im returning items, and telling me you cant read my mind when Im making sure you get the right receipt is beyond rude. I get it was close to the end of your shift, but customer service skills you definitely do not have. Such a shame.

This is a great store to find treasures. They have beautiful things and unusual snacks and foods. They carry many gluten free items and health foods.The dishes are beautiful. There is a large dog section. There are linens, but not many towels and bathroom rugs.Some funny things too. Markdowns dont happen often. If you love it, buy it because they might never have it again.

I love this store and make it a point to stop by 3 or 4 times a month. Ive learned my lesson, if I want something I buy it immediately then return it later. I love the location too, very convenient for me. Its a little messy at times but thats to be expect from a off-price store. I love the brands, prices and quirky items you can find. I am grateful for the Holiday schedule; however, 20 minutes before 10:00 P.M. we decided to quickly stop by and look at the media consoles at this Campbell location, while we were looking the manager, Mary, asked us if we needed help and we said no, since we were done and on our way out, my husband felt extremely uncomfortable since Mary was two feet behind him, therefore he asked her not to rush him since there were still customers at the register, I said to him just to ignore her behavior, yet, she was rudely kicking us out of the store and threatened us to call the police if we did not leave at that time, 10:03 P.M.! The way we were treated was completely unacceptable, no one should be treated that way.

Love this store! The lines can be very long at check out but they move people through quickly. Cashiers are typically very friendly and helpful.

I usually only go in to look for rocks and Crystals. Everytime I go in, I feel like I am being watched. Very uncomfortable.

First time ever going to a Home Goods store. Their selection, price and quality is beyond amazing. I went there with one thing in mind(Geodes). I couldnt believe how beautiful their selection was and pennies on the dollar compared with other places. I will be back many more times.

Very bad experience with their reps, especially Sandy. There was an item on hold for a customer that we wanted to buy, but Sandy told us, I want to be fair and will give you second dibs since it was already on hold till 1PM. If the first buyer would not show up, then we had time till 3PM to purchase it. We agreed and left our phone # with her, and went home which is a bit aways. Well, the first buyer didnt show up so Sandy called us around 1:30 informing us that it is ours if we want to buy. I told her, Yeah, I will leave in around 15 minutes but I will be there before 3PM. She said sounds good. I get a call around 1:55PM from Sandy, and she tells me, I cant wait that long. There is someone interested in buying the item right now. I said, we agreed to have time till 3PM and if you are ready to sell someone right now, why didnt you sell it to us when we were there at the store? What happened to your concept of fairness? She just hung up.I called her back and she gave me something about you can talk to my manager. she will call you . And of course, the manager didnt call back.Very bad experience, and especially the fairness policy is whatever they want to do.

Whatever you do make absolute sure you make it over to Home goods RichardsonTexas. I repeat it must be the one in Richardson! And specifically you need to speak and deal with Comfort the salesgirl and her manager Brian. The reason I say this is because I had been shopping for three days straight from sun up to sundown and been to every furniture store in the DFW area. I met quite a few sales people on the floor but no one compared to Comfort!! All sales people can honestly take quite a few lessons from this young man! She was as cool as a cucumber and made shopping for me an absolute joy and breeze at the same time. She went to all ends of the world to make sure I was satisfied in every respect of the experience. I pray to God that her employer values her as much as she needs to be valued and that she gets a raise immediately. I also want to recommend that the supervisor at Homegoods makes absolute sure that all other sales people are trained under Bryan. God bless you both tenfold thank you so much for a out of this world experience because of you I will always come to Homegoods!

Very average place - prices are somewhat reasonable, and the location is convenient; however, the place needs to be organized better, and items placed neatly. Also, for a place specializing in home goods, they have a very limited variety of things compared to target, walmart, and other such places. I do recommend at least checking it out, but I dont feel like its one of those places you would go to again and again.

Sections are marked clearance but items in the section do not have marked down prices on them. There were lots of employees and not one greeted us or smiled. The cashier was particularly unfriendly. There were some very nice items in the store.
