He initially quoted a value that seemed reasonable, so I left it with him (on a Saturday, close to the C.O.B). We exchanged calls (mostly me calling him) during the week to see how its coming along. Exactly a week later, I was frustrated that my laptop wasnt fixed and was prepared to get my laptop back. So, I went there to pick it up.I decided to ask him why it wasnt fixed and he said he wasnt well during the week and couldnt come to work for a couple of days. He advised me that it wasnt worth fixing the laptop because the motherboard had gone bad and would cost an amount that could actually buy me a cheaper new laptop.He apologized for not getting back to me any earlier because of his health. He said he felt really bad about me coming 3-4 times to check on my laptop and made me a deal that really worked in my favor.Give people a chance and see how they can fix things. He definitely made me leave there as a happy customer. And the least I could do is to leave a good review.Im definitely hoping they continue their business like this, ethically and conscious-driven.

After a big box computer store said theyd diagnose my laptop in about 4 weeks, I found this place. The building looked a little dicey, run down, but dont judge a book by its cover. I thought my laptop was going to be a paper weight but he was able to fix it! Ive built computers and changed hardware all my life but couldnt figure this one out. I tried getting help at Geek Squad and Micro Center where I bought the Acer laptop, but neither seemed like they knew any more than I did. I needed someone with a deeper technical knowledge and was blessed to find him.I had accidentally corrupted my BIOS when making changes in an attept to get it to recognize a hard drive. I tried every way that I could find to flash the BIOS and restore it to factory default but could not get it to work. He was able to restore the BIOS and get it running again. His price was reasonable, under $100. I had just spent some money on upgrading the RAM to maximum size and changing from running the operating system on an old spinning HDD to a new SSD so you can imagine how sick it made me feel to think I had wasted those investments and bricked my system. I am so happy and grateful. Thank you for saving my laptop!

What I loved was the fact that, I had a last minute situation bc I attemd school online. My child broke my screen. However, NAVEED which I wouldnt go to anyone else made feel not only secure of his knowledge but he fixed my computer in literally and hour. I thank him so much. Came to Naveed for my HP laptop speakers he took the laptop he opened up and he was stating that it was a loose connection and myScreen was giving me hard time but he fixed that as well he gave me a really great deal and then I liked one of the monitors at his shop he helped me choose and the price was reasonable for me I needed that monitor for my work but Naveed is the best guy for any computer issues over all I can say he gave me the best service .

As happens, there were a few technical difficulties with a new laptop purchase and Naveed was more than happy to refund my money IF he couldnt personally fix the problem. I had an expanding battery in my HP omen 15. I did not know what the problem was till my palm rest broke due to battery expansion gradually. I visited geek squad and a lot other repair stores to fix it. Every one is scared to even get close to it. They said and I quote “it is a health hazard and it will burst into flames”. Hopeless at the end I finally gave up before I visited this one last stop. In a hour he removed the air from the expanded battery and asked me if I would still like to keep the battery till the new one arrived or just dispose it and wait for the new one. He even assured me there will be no issue from using the old battery after puncturing it and taking out all the air. Unfortunately I did not have guts to still use the old battery, ordered a new one and disposed the old one and got a tuneup/clean up on the laptop and left. Very reasonable price. This is your go to spot for laptop repair.

I had to get my laptop fixed after it hit the ground and the charger snapped off inside it. It was more difficult than usual because the motherboard was involved. I brought it here and the part was ordered the day I brought it in. Waited a little under a week for the part and then it was fixed in less than 24 hours for a super fair, affordable price. Other companies in the area quoted me a $200-300 repair fee, but it was fixed here for far, far less. In short, excellent service, fast repairs, affordable prices. Ill bring anything I need fixed here in the future because my experience was excellent.

I needed a new ac port for my laptop. I called a few other places, including micro city. They were more interested in up selling me rather than giving me good customer service. Micro Center wouldnt quote me unless I brought my laptop in and paid the consultation fee.Thats when i found this young man. If you want someone who does good work, is honest, and has good prices, this is your guy. Wonderful experience from top to bottom.

My very old laptop that i know was going to fail on me one day did fail all of a sudden and took it to this Richardson location. The Gentleman there did his best over 2 weeks to try and recover the data. He then advised what needed to be changed to get this laptop as new and he did with almost fraction the price of a new laptop. He saved me a lot!..all through the process he was very courteous and decent. Highly recommend it

Its a little hole in the wall, but its the interior that matters. The owner of this shop is nice and understanding, and he gave me a couple of options to choose from when my laptop hinge broke. His pricing is quite reasonable, and he repaired my laptop quickly because he understand that it was critical for me to get it back ASAP. Would recommend, and most likely would come back again if I had an issue with other technological devices.

Customer service here is fantastic, he know exactly what he is doing and will take care of your computer. It took about a week for me to retrieve my computer, but honestly he finished it like two days after I turned in my computer. Very competitive pricing, any one else, like if you go to Micro Center, or another laptop repair not even 0.5 miles away you are easily spending over $100 more than you need to. It looks old, and it might be a hole in the wall type of place, but dont judge a book by its cover! Get you laptop fix here, you wont regret it at all!

What a great experience. Had laptop screen go 1/2 dark. Geek Squad warranty was going to take week at least to repair. Found this shop close to office, called for appt late on Fri afternoon. The owner looked at it...checked it, showed me what was up with broken flex cable and replaced it all in about 10 min. I was good to go. Fast and inexpensive. Speed was most important to me, as cant go long without this laptop. He also has a great selection of used laptops that I will check out more soon....always need an extra computer. Actually taking a MAC in today to have repaired. I rarely write reviews, as I am rarely impressed these days with service, but this place is really good. Hope he is very successful.

Karim was great! He took care of my 4-year old laptop with a water damage on the mother board and replaced it quickly. As I picked it up he mentioned that the hard drive is getting old (which I could hear in the constant ventilation and feel in the computer getting slower). He offered to replace the hard drive with an SSD that I could order from Amazon or get at a store for only 40$. Of course I did that and I now have practically a new computer for the price of nothing!!! Excellent customer service.
